Abstract

This study aims to determine students' responses to the electronic module product of sensory system material integrated with the values of faith and piety that have been developed. This research is research and development (R&D) using the modified Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation (ADDIE) model, but this research only reaches the Development stage. Determination of the student sample by purposive sampling with a total sample of 60 students from 3 schools. Student responses were obtained through limited trials atSMAN 2 Siak Hulu, SMA Al Azhar Syifa Budi Pekaanbaru, and MA Al-Ihsan Boarding School, Data were collected through observation, documentation, interviews, and questionnaires. Data were analyzed descriptively. The results showed that the developed e-module received a very good response from students with an average of 92.14%. Thus the developed E-module can proceed to the large-scale trial stage. DOI: http://dx.doi.org/10.23960/jbt.v11.i2.28433

Abstract

Pendahuluan: ibu nifas memerlukan nutrisi untuk proses penyembuhan luka pasca melahirkan. Selain itu nutrisi diperlukan juga untuk memperlancar ASI. Konsumsi Ikan gabus salah satu cara mencegah malnutrisi dimana ikan gabus kaya akan protein dan albumin, yang penting untuk kesehatan. Albumin membantu pembentukan jaringan sel baru dan regenerasi sel, serta mempercepat penyembuhan luka. Oleh karena itu, pasien disarankan mengonsumsi ikan gabus untuk pemulihan tubuh. Tujuan: Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini yaitu melakukan penyuluhan tentang pentingnya memenuhi kebutuhan nutrisi pada masa nifas. Metode: Metode yang digunakan berupa penyuluhan dan diskusi. Media yang digunakan berupa media leaflet. Peserta dari kegiatan adalah Ibu Nifas dan kader kesehatan di Desa Pindahan Baru. Hasil: Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat di Desa Pindahan Baru berhasil meningkatkan pengetahuan ibu nifas dan kader tentang nutrisi selama masa nifas, pentingnya ASI Eksklusif, tanda-tanda bahaya, dan edukasi tentang pengolahan ikan gabus. Simpulan: Ibu nifas menjadi mengerti pentingnnya menjaga nutrisi selama masa nifas.

Abstract

Emergency nursing is specialized nursing that focuses on care that requires immediate medical attention to avoid long-term disability or death. During the COVID-19 pandemic, emergency nurses are on the front lines and must be prepared, and must be able to sort and select patients safely. However, emergency nursing services are very risky in transmitting exposure to the COVID-19 virus. This study aims to assess and compare the levels of mental and emotional disorders, depression, and anxiety suffered by emergency room nurses in the Intensive Care Unit, Operating Room, and Emergency Room. In this comparative study, we collected data from 92 nurses using a cross-sectional correlation design. In addition to the Sociodemographic Characterization, Psychoemotional Disorder Scale, Depression Scale, and COVID-19 Anxiety Scale. Levels of depression were higher in operating room nurses than in the intensive care unit and emergency room nurses (54.17 ± 14.08 vs 48.53 ± 11.92, p<0.01). (48.36 ± 13.40 vs 45.74 ± 11.79, p < 0.01). The pandemic is having a significant impact on the mental health of emergency room caregivers. New specific support measures should be formulated. More research is needed to focus on the psychological resilience of emergency department nurses.

Abstract

Higiene saat menstruasi merupakan bagian dari vulva hygiene (kebersihan personal) yang memegang peranan penting dalam perilaku kesehatan reproduksi remaja putri. Di Indonesia, data statistik menunjukkan bahwa sekitar 43,3 juta remaja putri berusia 10–14 tahun masih memiliki perilaku higiene yang kurang baik, dan sekitar 25% remaja perempuan belum memperoleh informasi yang tepat mengenai kebersihan saat menstruasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara pengetahuan tentang vulva hygiene dengan perilaku vulva hygiene saat menstruasi pada remaja putri. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan desain cross-sectional. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh remaja putri di MTs Hasanuddin Kaliguha, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 84 siswi tahun 2025 yang diambil menggunakan teknik total sampling. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Agustus 2025 di MTs Hasanuddin Kaliguha, Pesawaran. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan uji chi-square. Hasil analisis statistik menunjukkan nilai p-value < 0,05 (p = 0,001), yang berarti terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara pengetahuan tentang vulva hygiene dengan perilaku vulva hygiene saat menstruasi. Remaja putri dengan tingkat pengetahuan yang baik cenderung memiliki perilaku vulva hygiene yang lebih baik. Oleh karena itu, disarankan agar remaja putri meningkatkan pengetahuan mengenai kebersihan diri saat menstruasi, khususnya terkait vulva hygiene.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of using the digital educational game Zep Quiz to improve students’ learning independence on the Pythagorean Theorem topic in eighth-grade junior high school. The method used was a pre-experimental design with a one-group pretest–posttest model involving 21 students from SMP Islam Hasanuddin. Data were collected through learning achievement tests and student perception questionnaires. The results showed an increase in the average score from 57.62 on the pre-test to 78.09 on the post-test, representing a 36% improvement. The questionnaire results also revealed positive student perceptions toward the digital game-based learning media, indicating that it is engaging, interactive, and helpful in understanding mathematical concepts. Therefore, Zep Quiz is considered effective in enhancing students' independent learning skills and mathematics achievement in the Pythagorean Theorem topic.
