Abstract

Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Classroom Action Research atau penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilaksanakan dalam 3 siklus. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Oktober 2019. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan aktivitas belajar siswa dan hasil belajar selama pembelajaran dengan penerapan pembelajaran kontekstual pada mata pelajaran IPS di kelas VII SMP Negeri 11 Bandar Lampung TP. 2019/2020. Hasil penelitian dan pengamatan diperoleh: 1) hasil belajar siswa diukur dari aspek kognitif yaitu rataa-rata kelas pada siklus I adalah 69,29 dengan ketuntasan klasikal 65,71 dan 2) pada siklus 2 diperoleh nilai rata-rata kelas 76,86 dengan ketuntasan klasikal mencapai 80%, senjutnya 3) pada siklus III diperoleh nilai rata-rata 81,57 dengan ketuntasan klasikal 91,43%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan pembelajaran kontekstual dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar pada pelaksanaan pembelajaran mata pelajaran IPS kelas VI SMP Negeri 11 Bandar Lampung TP 2019/2020.

Abstract

The essence of education is a learning process. There is no quality education without quality learning. Changes in the system of management, both from the point of view of educators and educational personnel, must have clear supervision. Therefore, in order to improve the quality of education in madrasah, the government, in this case the Ministry of National Education, is developing various programs which are expected to improve the quality of learning, especially through supervision activities. This study aims to determine whether there is a positive and significant relationship between the academic supervision of the head of madrasah and the improvement of the quality of learning at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Jamiatul Huda Bekasi district. This research is based on the idea that one of the ways to improve the quality of education is by increasing the quality of learning. In this case the learning process is an important component in determining the quality of education. besides teachers and students who are in the implementation of the learning process. The activities of the principal of madrasah in supervising, guiding, fostering teachers in the learning process use academic supervision. For this reason, the research was conducted to determine whether there was a relationship between the academic supervision of the head of the madrasah and the improvement of the quality of learning at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Jamiatul Huda, Bekasi district. The approach used in this study is a quantitative approach, correlational type and uses a simple linear regression method. The population is all teacher councils at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Jamiatul Huda Bekasi Regency and as many as 28 people. Research data using the SPSS 26 for windows program. The results of this study indicate that the academic supervision of the head of madrasah has a positive and significant relationship with the improvement of the quality of learning at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Jamiatul Huda Bekasi district. Based on the results of the research, the following suggestions can be made: (1) Madrasah supervisors and madrasah principals are expected to supervise not only matters of an administrative nature, but prioritizes supervision in the academic field, so as to improve the innovative performance of teachers who In the end, improve the quality of education, (2) maximize classroom observations or class assessments, so that the head of madrasah is aware of teacher teaching developments and teacher constraints and is able to provide solutions in improving the learning process.

Abstract

The Ministry of Education West Java Province provides scholarships for residents of Western Java called Jabar Future Leader Scholarship (JFLS) which is included in the Yuknis Regulations of Governor (Pergub) West Java and is based on the decision of the Governor of West Jawa Number: 305/HK.02.03/PSMA (JFLS). This research uses qualitative research, where the researcher intends to analyze the data on the Jabar Future Leader Scholarship (JFLS) from the start of the planning to the evaluation. The method used is a qualitative method with an analytical-descriptive approach. The JFLS program is designed to be accessible to the public, so its management or implementation requires an effective and efficient management system. In line with the main objective of the program, which is the dissemination of education, in its socialization there is an effort that utilizes information and technology, like the use of information media such as websites, social media platforms, and YouTube channels. Exhibitions and learning opportunities for students who have difficulty paying for education in particular the JFLS Graduate Program to the region as well as improving the quality of education in the West Java Territory. Inter-agency collaboration with scholars can be a source of inspiration and quality improvement. It is suggested that the institution motivate students more, so that students who take the scholarship program can improve their achievements in both academic and non-academic fields.

Abstract

Suatu organisasi bisa sukses tergantung dari sumber daya manusia dalam mengelola organisasi. Untuk menciptakan sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas pada suatu organisasi atau lembaga pendidikan perlu dilakukan pengembangan. Upaya-upaya yang dapat dilakukan untuk menjamin kualitas sumber daya manusia yaitu pemberian bimbingan dan pelatihan yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan sikap positif sebagaimana layaknya seorang pegawai suatu lembaga pendidikan. Kegiatan supervisi sebagai alat untuk meningkatkan kualitas proses dan hasil pendidikan. Kegiatan pengawasan dilaksanakan secara sistematis oleh atasan sebagai pengawas agar seluruh pegawai dapat melaksanakan tugas dan tanggung jawabnya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan gambaran mengenai pelaksanaan supervisi terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Bidang Pengembangan Pendidik dan Tenaga Kependidikan (P3TK) Dinas Pendidikan Kota Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Lokasi Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Dinas Pendidikan Kota Bandung pada Bidang Pengembangan Pendidik dan Tenaga Kependidikan (P3TK). Hasil penelitian implemantasi supervisi terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Bidang P3TK meliputi perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan dan pengawasan. Implementasi supervisi dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai pada Bidang Pengembangan Pendidik dan Tenaga Kependidikan (P3TK) Dinas Pendidikan Kota Bandung, Umumnya telah dilaksanakan sesuai dengan peraturan sehingga dapat meningkatkan Kinerja pegawai sesuai dengan tugas pokok fungsinya masing-masing.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the student's response to the electronic module product of integrated vertebrate material imtaq values that have been developed. This research was a research and development (R&D) using a modified Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and evaluation (ADDIE) model, but this research only reached the Development stage. Determination of student samples by purposive sampling with a sample of 60 students from 3 schools. Student responses were obtained through limited trials at SMA Negeri 1 Tapung Hilir, MA Roudhotul Hidayah, and MA Al-Falah. Data was collected through observation, documentation, interviews, and student response questionnaires. The data is analyzed descriptively. The results showed that the developed e-module received a very good response from students with an average of 95.67%. Thus, the developed E-module can proceed to the stage of wide-scale trials. DOI: http://dx.doi.org/10.23960/jbt.v11.i2.28431

Abstract

This study aims to determine students' responses to the electronic module product of sensory system material integrated with the values of faith and piety that have been developed. This research is research and development (R&D) using the modified Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation (ADDIE) model, but this research only reaches the Development stage. Determination of the student sample by purposive sampling with a total sample of 60 students from 3 schools. Student responses were obtained through limited trials atSMAN 2 Siak Hulu, SMA Al Azhar Syifa Budi Pekaanbaru, and MA Al-Ihsan Boarding School, Data were collected through observation, documentation, interviews, and questionnaires. Data were analyzed descriptively. The results showed that the developed e-module received a very good response from students with an average of 92.14%. Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk dapat mengetahui kesulitan belajar yang dialami siswa selama proses pembelajaran online pada mata pelajaran biologi. Pelaksanaan penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan teknik survei pada siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri 4 Pekanbaru Tahun Ajaran 2020/2021. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sampling secara acak (simple random sampling). Jumlah sampel pada penelitian adalah 126 siswa. Instrumen pada penelitian yang digunakan berupa angket sebanyak 38 item dan telah divalidasi. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian menggunakan angket online yang dibuat menggunakan google form. Berdasarkan penelitian didapatkan hasil bahwa faktor penyebab kesulitan belajar siswa selama pembelajaran online pada mata pelajaran biologi adalah konsentrasi belajar siswa 60,65% kategori sedang, motivasi siswa 86,26% kategori tinggi, rasa percaya diri 60,05% kategori sedang , perhatian orang tua 64,92% pada kategori sedang, nilai persentase kategori rendah yaitu keadaan ekonomi keluarga 52,38%, cara mengajar guru 53,70% kategori rendah, kendala proses 60,01% kategori sedang dan kendala teknis 57,31% dengan kategori sedang. Maka dapat disimpukan analisa kesulitan belajar siswa mempelajari materi biologi pada pembelajaran online di kelas XI SMA Negeri 4 Pekanbaru memiliki nilai rata-rata persentase sebesar 61,91% dikategorikan cukup

Abstract

Spending life and growing old with the ideal lover can be said to be a dream for everyone. Many people struggle to be able to build a legal relationship through a marriage. The implementation of a wedding reception is one of the events that is expected to be carried out once in a lifetime. The selection of MUA services is important to carve out a sweet marriage with MUA who is reliable and has good quality. So that the marriage documentation becomes memorable to look back on when old age arrives. This study aims to analyze the feasibility of the MUA service business. The research method used is a qualitative approach. The location in the selection of MUA services coincided with the Duwi Samawa Wedding MUA Service inPemalang Regency. The research results show that the analysis of market, competitor and marketing mix aspects shows that the prospects for the MUA Duwi Samawa Wedding service business are very good and feasible, this can be seen from the interest in renting MUA services where during Eid al-Fitr they make up three times the contract and reception in one day. The price range for renting is quite friendly, starting from Rp. 8.0000.000,- to Rp. 30,000,000,-. With quality make-up and excellent service, it can be said that those interested in renting MUA services have great opportunities. Through digital marketing promotion media and electronic word of mouth to support the marketing mix and expand the market share network.

Abstract

The relationship between seller and buyer previously had limitations, mainly by distance and time. However, as more and more people use the internet, it opens up great opportunities for businesses who can take advantage of this digital marketing trend. Digital advancements provide an opportunity for them to advertise their goods through online marketplaces and be able to generate income for life. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of flash sales, convenience and customer reviews on product purchasing decisions on the marketplace platform. The research instrument uses data from the results of a questionnaire using a quantitative approach. Classical assumption test analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, and analysis of the coefficient of determination were all used in analyzing the data. Data analysis used SPSS software version 25. The findings of the study show that flash sales, convenience and customer reviews all have an impact on consumer decisions to buy products on the marketplace platform. These three variables have the power to influence 81.8% of the decision making process when buying a product.

Abstract

The learning strategies carried out so far by biology teachers prioritize cognitive and psychomotor achievement targets so that affective aspects, especially the values of the Qur'an and As-Sunnah and the formation of Islamic character, tend to be neglected. As a result, it is necessary to provide prospective biology teachers with learning strategies that integrate the values of the Al-Qur'an and As-Sunnah in the hope that they can later be applied to their students. The learning strategies carried out so far by biology teachers prioritize cognitive and psychomotor achievement targets so that affective aspects, especially the values of the Qur'an and As-Sunnah and the formation of Islamic character, tend to be neglected. As a result, it is necessary to provide prospective biology teachers with learning strategies that integrate the values of the Al-Qur'an and As-Sunnah in the hope that they can later be applied to their students. The aim of this workshop is to equip Biology teacher candidates for Madrasah Aliyah and High School so that they have the knowledge and skills to apply Integrated Biology learning with the values ​​of the Al-Qur'an and As-Sunnah. The method of this activity is through a workshop which consists of several activities, namely Product Knowledge debriefing activities, discussion of the stages of the Al-Qur'an and As-Sunnah integrated learning model, simulations and assignments. The workshop was attended by 72 prospective teachers.. Based on the assignment to practice applying the 6 Phases of learning integrated with the values ​​of the Al-Qur'an and As-Sunnah, student skills are not very good. This could be due to several factors, including not being used to it.
