Abstract

Aggression is often interpreted as a behavior that aims to hurt others both physically and verbally. This study uses a quantitative approach, the research technique used is a correlational technique that is a research model that intends to conduct research and assessment of the characteristics of a population through samples drawn from that population. Based on the findings of the researchers, spiritual intelligence has a positive and significant effect on the Aggressiveness of Students of Malang's Maulana Malik Ibrahim UIN which is indicated by a significance value of less than the level of significant ie 0.050 or (0,000 0.050) that the influence of spiritual intelligence on students' aggressive and significant, thus the higher the spiritual intelligence, the lower the aggressiveness of the UIN Student Maulana Malik Ibrahim

Abstract

The company still uses manual recording of reports, namely using paper media in production activities, so during this pandemic it is quite difficult for admins and superiors to check reports. In addition, because the reporting process is still manual, data loss or data redundancy often occurs. This research designs and creates a web-based system to assist admins and superiors in checking reports. This system can provide item status reports, good item reports, service items, and damaged items, as well as monthly sales charts. For making this application using the agile method, where the application is made by collecting data which is then made an application that goes through the phases of planning, implementation, software testing, documentation, testing and maintenance. Based on the questionnaire on the satisfaction of using the system, a minimum number of 83.33 was obtained which indicates the application is in accordance with the company's request, where data can be stored properly and can detect double input data.

Abstract

In the ever-evolving digital technology era, the role of data analytics has become increasingly vital in optimizing digital marketing strategies. Data analytics enables marketers to gain deeper insights into consumer behavior, allowing them to make more informed and targeted decisions. Through the use of big data, machine learning, and advanced analytics algorithms, companies can identify market trends, consumer preferences, and areas that need improvement in their marketing strategies. Data analytics also facilitates the personalization of marketing messages, improving conversion rates and customer loyalty. Furthermore, analytics technologies provide real-time insights, enabling swift decision-making and responsiveness to changing market dynamics. On the other hand, challenges in implementing data analytics include the need for adequate technological infrastructure, data analysis skills, and the safeguarding of consumer data privacy and security. Therefore, integrating data analytics into digital marketing strategies requires special attention to both technical and ethical aspects. With proper utilization, data analytics can serve as a highly valuable tool in enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency of digital marketing.

Abstract

Desain grafis merupakan salah satu keterampilan penting di era digital, namun banyak siswa menghadapi kesulitan dalam mengakses dan memanfaatkan alat desain yang kompleks. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan memberikan pelatihan desain grafis menggunakan Canva bagi siswa SMK Al-Ikhwaniyah. Canva dipilih karena kemudahan penggunaannya dan fitur yang sesuai untuk pemula. Pelatihan dilaksanakan selama satu hari melibatkan 30 siswa. Materi yang diberikan yaitu Penggunaan aplikasi canva mulai dari membuat logo dan poster yang menarik serta mengembangkan bakat yang ada pada siswa. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan bahwa siswa mengalami peningkatan signifikan dalam keterampilan desain grafis dan pemahaman prinsip-prinsip desain. Selain itu, hasil pelatihan juga menunjukkan peningkatan motivasi dan minat dalam kegiatan desain.
