Abstract

Phenomena in Indonesian society today is the explosion of interest in the community for precious stones, poultry,fish, plants, animals, and much more. Hobby Value of community could as stimulus point for empowerment andcommunity development based community. Community empowerment is a business community learning effort, sothat they are able to manage and be responsible for program development in the community. Learning isimplemented for capacity development community, where implementation must be adapted to the characteristics andcapabilities of the local community because basically every community is unique.Unfortunately, these communitiestend to be seasonal, but the value that can be captured there is how the management system so that the value ofcommunity specialization occurs continuously. Here the system management becomes important, because ofseasonal activity in the community is actually happening rapid economic turnaround from upstream to downstream.Government intervention and non-governmental parties to manage systems specialization community in society as astimulus point of community development and empowerment is key.The design of this model using literature basedon empirical studies of previous research to strengthen the sides of the economic growth model based onspecialization in the community. Abstract

CV. Karya Muda Karoseries pertama kali didirikan pada tahun 2008 dan merupakan salah satu indutri karoseri yang ada di Indonesia. Pada dasarnya CV. Karya Muda Karoseries berkomitmen untuk selalu memberikan layanan terbaik kepada konsumen akan tetapi hal tersebut tidak sejalan dengan performansi perusahaan saat ini. Terjadi penurunan order dari tahun 2017 yang diakibatkan oleh terlambatnya perusahaan dalam proses produksi dikarenakan leadtime pembuatan produk tidak sesuai dengan yang dijanjikan perusahaan. Ternyata perusahaan belum menerapkan konsep lean manufacturing dan managemen yang baik. Penelitian terkait penerapan lean yang diterapkan di CV. Karya Muda Karoseries. Dalam melakukan penelitian terdapat beberapa tools yang akan digunakan yakni, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), Lean Assessment, Process Activity Mapping BORDA Voting Method, dan Root Cause Analysis. Hasil dari penelitian ini didapatkan waste kritis yaitu waste waiting dan transportation. Sedangkan untuk pengukuran lean assesment didapatkan beberapa kriteria sebelum menerapkan implementasi lean, diantaranya terdapat kriteria VSM, setup reduction, plant layout, standard work dan lean product and process design. Selanjutnya dilakukan analisis akar penyebab masalah dengan menggunakan teknik 5 Why’sdan pendekatan risk analys untuk mengetahui root cause dengan prioritas tertinggi.
