Abstract

Abstrak: Pembaruan adalah proses atau cara membarui yang menghasilkan perubahan da-lam penyesuaian situasi dan kondisi. Pendidikan Islam adalah proses mempersi-apkan generasi muda (pembentukan individu) untuk menjalankan kehidupan (sebagai khalifah) dan untuk memenuhi tujuan hidup secara efektif dan efisien berdasarkan sumber-sumber Islam berupa al-Qura’n, sunnah, dan ijtihad. Pemba-ruan pendidikan Islam merupakan tuntutan kebutuhan dunia pendidikan Islam saat ini. Melihat ketertinggalan dan keterbelakangan umat Islam dewasa ini, maka inti dari pembaruan pendidikan Islam adalah berupaya meninggalkan pola pikir lama yang tidak sesuai dengan kemajuan zaman (future oriented) dan berupa meraih aspek-aspek yang menopang untuk menyesuaikan diri dengan kema-juan zaman. Pendidikan Islam yang sebenarnya adalah balanced between worldly life and hereafter (keseimbangan antara dunia dan akhirat), balanced between revealed knowledge and acquired knowledge (keseimbangan antara pengetahuan wahyu dan pengetahuan usaha manusia), balanced between iman-taqwa and science and technology (keseimbangan antara imtak dan iptek) sehingga menghasilkan kesejahteraan spiritual dan material.Abstract: Renewal is a process or a way of renewing the adjustment results in a change in circumstances. Islamic education is the process of preparing the younger genera-tion (generation people) to run life (as Caliph) and to meet life goals effectively and efficiently based on the Islamic sources, the Quran, the sunnah, and ijtihad. Renewal of Islamic education is a demand to the needs of Islamic education in this time. Seeing underdevelopment and backwardness of Muslims today is that the core of the reform of Islamic education is attempting to leave the old mindset that is not in accordance with the progress of time (future oriented) and strive for sustaining aspects to conform with the progress of time. Islamic education is actually is balanced between worldly life and hereafter, balanced between revea-led knowledge and acquired knowledge, balanced between iman-taqwa and science and technology so that resulting spiritual well-being and material well-being.

Abstract

The reporting process at the Agricultural Extension Center takes quite a long time due to the distance from each village, where getting report data to the office to collect reports is quite far, and the media for collecting reports are still conventional. From these problems, the researcher aims to create a planting area reporting information system and a harvest-based website that can assist in collecting, processing, storing, and presenting data reports and assist extension coordinators in making decisions and planning. This study uses qualitative research, data collection methods of observation, interviews, and literature. The system design method uses a waterfall. System testing uses the Black Box, and system feasibility testing uses the System Usability Scale (SUS) method. The results of the study are in the form of a website application where from the results of the system feasibility test, an average value of 80.1 is obtained; on the grade scale assessment, they get a grade "B," and on the adjective rating they get a "Good" rating which indicates that respondents accept and agree with the existence of an information system. Reporting of added area planted and harvested.

Abstract

Achievement is the value of students' learning activity achievements given by the lecturer in the relevant course based on previously determined assessment criteria. This research aims to develop a forecasting information system for low achieving students which can help identify which students have low achievement. The algorithm used is Support Vector Machine (SVM) to model the relationship between variables related to low student achievement. The dataset used comes from alumni from the 2015-2017 class, while the sample for forecasting student achievement uses the 2020 and 2021 classes. The research results show that in creating a forecasting information system for low achieving students, factors such as 1st semester GPA, 2nd semester GPA, 2nd semester GPA 3, 2nd semester credits, 3rd semester credits, semester 1-3 absences, as well as student participation in competitions and organizations have a significant influence on low student achievement. Accuracy shows that the Keras library has an average accuracy of around 83%, while scikit-learn has an average accuracy of around 82%. With these accuracy values, it can be concluded that this system has good performance in predicting low achieving students.

Abstract

This study explores the key issue of ineffective integration between science and technology studies and religious values at Universitas Islam Negeri (UIN) Alauddin Makassar, with a focus on the Faculty of Science and Technology (FST). Although there have been efforts to integrate these fields, inconsistencies and variations persist, particularly in how Qur'anic verses are used in scientific research. Often, these verses are added superficially without thorough analysis, compounded by students' challenges in manually finding relevant verses. To address this challenge, the study developed a digital platform aimed at easing the search and integration of religious verses within scientific and technological research. The approach included analyzing user needs, gathering relevant verse data, and testing the platform's effectiveness and user-friendliness. The findings indicate that the new platform significantly improves the integration of science and technology studies with religious values. Users, including students and researchers, found the platform to be an effective tool for accessing and incorporating Qur'anic verses into their research. As a result, this platform shows promise as a widely adoptable model for fostering a more robust and enduring integration in higher education across Indonesia.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas tentang implementasi nilai moderasi beragama pada santri di lembaga Pendidikan Diniyah Formal (PDF) Ulya Al-Junaidiyah Biru Bone. Kajian penelitian ini bersifat kualitatif yang dipaparkan secara deskriptif analitis dengan menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus. Metode pengumpulan yang dilakukan dengan studi lapangan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan adalah diawali dengan observasi, kemudian dilakukan pengamatan, dan wawancara langsung kepada informan. Implementasi moderasi beragama pada santri di lembaga Pendidikan Diniyah Formal (PDF) Ulya Al-Junaidiyah Biru Bone pada tiga kurikulum yang dimiliki yaitu kurikulum pendidikan keagamaan, pendidikan umum, dan muatan lokal. Pendidikan keagamaan berupa kajian kitab-kitab kuning pada setiap mata pelajaran seperti Tauhid, Fiqh, Ushul Fiqh, Akhlak Tasawwuf, Tarikh. Pendidikan umum seperti pelajaran Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan, Bahasa Indonesia, Matematika, IPA, Seni Budaya. Pada pendidikan muatan lokal berupa pembelajaran Komputer dan keguatan ekstrakurikuler. Kesimpulan bahwa santri mengimplementasikan indikator moderasi beragama pada komitmen kebangsaan, toleransi, anti kekerasan, dan akomodatif terhadap budaya lokal Kegiatan yang dilakukan santri untuk pengimplementasian moderasi beragama seperti pelaksanaan upacara bendera merah putih pada hari sabtu, upacara perayaan 17 Agustus, perayaan hari santri dengan berbagai kegiatan. Santri juga menerapkan indikator moderasi beragama dengan mengikuti ajaran dan akhlak dari para ustadz/ustadzah, guru mata pelajaran yang lain. Santri saling menghormati, menghargai, toleran terhadap siapapun yang ditemuinya.

Abstract

The Information Systems Study Program at the State Islamic University (UIN) Alauddin Makassar offers a course on Ilmu Tajwid, which is the study of the rules of Qur’anic recitation. Several challenges are commonly encountered, including scheduling conflicts between students and lecturers, which often hinder students from submitting their memorized recitations. Additionally, the memorization records are still managed manually, posing risks of data being misplaced or lost. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to improve and overcome the limitations of the manual submission system by developing an online submission system with video features and digital record-keeping. This research employs a descriptive qualitative approach, utilizing data collection methods such as observation, interviews, and literature study. The system design for managing the Ilmu Tajwid course and student memorization uses the waterfall model. The application was developed using the Flutter framework, and the system was tested using the System Usability Scale (SUS) method. The result of this research is a mobile-based system that achieved a final SUS score of 88.5, indicating that the application is effective for the submission and monitoring of Juz 30 memorization in the Information Systems Study Program.
