Abstract

Abstrak. Rumah sakit sebagai sarana pelayanan kesehatan merupakan tempat berkumpulnya orang sakit maupun orang sehat, atau menjadi tempat penularan penyakit serta memungkinkan terjadinya pencemaran lingkungan dan gangguan kesehatan. Adanya tuntutan memberikan pelayanan yang baik, pihak rumah sakit perlu mengutamakan citra managemen rumah sakit, sehingga menimbulkan kepuasan bagi pasien. Salah satu hal yang perlu diperhatikan oleh pihak rumah sakit yaitu kondisi lingkungan fisik ruang tunggu rumah sakit. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan kondisi lingkungan fisik ruang tunggu poli rawat jalan dengan kepuasan pengunjung di RSUD. Kabupaten Klungkung. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah analitik kuantitatif dengan metode cross sectional. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah pengunjung ruang tunggu poli rawat jalan RSUD. Kabupaten Klungkung. Pengambilan sampel penelitian menggunakan rumus Slovin sebanyak 84 pengunjung, dan teknik pengambilan sampelnya menggunakan nonprobability sampling dengan teknik purposive sampling. Analisis data menggunakan uji statistik chi square, dan cross tab. Berdasarkan Uji statistik dengan menggunakan Chi-Square test diperoleh nilai Sig. Sebesar 0,000, jika dibandingkan dengan nilai ά (0,05), maka nilai sig kurang dari daripada nilai ά (0,000 ≤ 0,05) makan Ho ditolak yang artinya menunjukkan ada hubungan kondisi lingkungan fisik dengan kepuasan pasien di ruang tunggu poli rawat jalan RSUD Kabupaten Klungkung.

Abstract

. Hospitals generate waste, both medical and non-medical waste that can cause disease in the surrounding environment pollution, an important role is needed for nurses in the management of infectious waste because they are the producers of medical waste from health service activities. Nurses' self-awareness plays an important role in sorting medical waste. This study aims to determine the relationship between nurses' self-awareness and sorting medical waste at the Bali Provincial Mental Hospital. The type of research was correlation analytic with a cross sectional approach. The research sample was nurses in the Bali Provincial Mental Hospital Inpatient Room, sampling that met the inclusion criteria of 100 people with proportional random sampling technique. The types of data used were primary and secondary data. Data processing with Spearman Rank test. The results showed that nurses' self-awareness was mostly in the good category, as many as 44 people (44%). The sorting of medical waste by nurses is mostly in the good category as many as 46 people (46%). There is a significant relationship between nurses' self-awareness and sorting of medical waste in Bali Province Mental Hospital. The results of the Rank Spearman test also obtained a coefficient corelation value of 0.949 indicating a strong correlation with a positive direction that the better the nurse's self-awareness, the better the sorting of medical waste. It is recommended to nurses to pay attention to behaviour when sorting waste when it will be disposed of in the appropriate waste bin.

Abstract

Abstract. Kerobokan Kaja is a village in North Kuta District, Badung Regency. A house is a physical structure or building that is used as a shelter where the environment is beneficial to physical and spiritual health as well as social conditions that are beneficial to the health of individuals and families. The number of heads of families in the Kerobokan Kaja Village is 3,876 households. This study aims to determine the state of house sanitation in the Kerobokan Kaja Village in 2023 based on the Ministry of Health 2002, In the questionnaire there are 3 aspects that are assessed, namely the components of the house, sanitation facilities and the behavior of residents by conducting interviews and observations of the head of the family and other family members. This study uses a descriptive study because researchers want to see the existing conditions. Based on the results of surveys and observations conducted by taking a sample of 68 families. The results obtained were 35 houses (51%) that did not meet the requirements, while 33 houses (49%) did. Efforts for residents in the Kerobokan Kaja Village are expected to pay more attention to the cleanliness and sanitation of their homes. Keywords: Home sanitation, home components
