Abstract

Terdapat banyak faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja proyek konstruksi. Salah satu faktor yangmempengaruhi adalah faktor keuangan. Kemampuan kontraktor dalam mengelola keuangan yangdiperlukan untuk menyelesaikan proyek konstruksi memegang peranan yang sangat penting bagiterselesaikannya proyek tersebut. Sistem pembayaran yang tertuang dalam kontrak konstruksi menjadiacuan bagi kontraktor dalam mengelola keuangan proyek, baik yang menyangkut terminnya yang akandiperoleh maupun besarnya dana yang harus disediakan oleh kontraktor.Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa disamping sistem pembayaranyang tertuang dalam kontrak konstruksi sangat mempengaruhi besarnya dana yang harus disediakanoleh kontraktor, ternyata time schedule yang dibuat oleh kontraktor berpengaruh terhadap besarnyadana yang harus disediakan oleh kontraktor. Berdasarkan sistem pembayaran dan time schedule yangdibuat diperoleh hasil bahwa untuk mencapai progress fisik 37.39% maka diperlukan dana sebesar17.39%, untuk mencapai progress fisik 75.03% maka diperlukan dana sebesar 13.64%, dan untukmencapai progress fisik 100 % maka diperlukan dana sebesar 0.97%..Kata kunci : Mengelola keuangan, time schedule, progress proyek

Abstraksi Untuk dapat memperoleh kualitas yang baik maka pengendalian dan pengawasan terhadap pekerjaan menjadi faktor yang sangat penting sehingga kualitas pekerjaan yang dihasilkan dapat terpenuhi sesuai dengan harapan pemilik proyek. Taufik Dwi Laksono, Dosen Teknik Sipil Universitas Wijayakusuma PurwokertoDwi Sri Wiyanti, Dosen Teknik Sipil Universitas Wijayakusuma PurwokertoPemadatan tanah memegang peranan yang sangat penting terhadap kekuatan jalan. Pelaksanaan pemadatan tanah harus menimbang banyak faktor, diantaranya peralatan yang digunakan, kondisi tanah asal, material yang dipergunakan untuk pemadatan, waktu yang tersedia, dan lingkungan sekitar pekerjaan jalan. Ketidaksesuaian dalam melaksanakan pemadatan tanah dapat menyebabkan kualitas jalan yang dikerjakan menjadi tidak sesuai dengan standar yang telah ditetapkan. Pada tinjauan terhadap pelaksanaan pemadatan tanah ini diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa kondisi tanah, volume pekerjaan dan waktu yang tersedia sangat menentukan dalam pemilihan peralatan yang dipergunakan sehingga kinerja proyek dari segi waktu, mutu dan biaya akan tetap terjaga sesuai yang ditetapkan.Keywords: pemadatan tanah, jalan, peralatan.

Abstract

AbstraksiPelaksanaan pekerjaan tidak terlepas dari kemampuan seseorang dalam menyelesaikannya. Semakin cepat seseorang dapat menyelesaikan pekerjaan tersebut maka dapat diartikan orang tersebut memiliki produktivitas yang tinggi. Salah satu yang mempengaruhi produktivitas adalah metode kerja yang dipergunakannya. Karenanya telaah metode kerja ini perlu dilakukan untuk mengetahui rangkaian kegiatan yang dilaksanakan dalam metode kerja tersebut sehingga apabila ada langkah-langkah yang tidak perlu dapat ditiadakan sehingga produktivitas dapat meningkat. Pada pekerjaan plesteran terdapat 6(enam) metode kerja yang dilakukan oleh tukang batu dan diantaranya ada yang menghasilkan prouduktivitas yang paling tinggi. Abstract

ABSTRAKMaraknya pembangunan konstruksi mendorong pelaku konstruksi untuk dapatmeningkatkan kemampuannya dalam memahami hal-hal yang terkait dengan pembangunankonstruksi tersebut. Dalam melaksanakan suatu proyek konstruksi hal yang paling mendasaradalah adanya perjanjian antar pihak yang terlibat dalam proyek konstruksi tersebut atausering disebut dengan perjanjian pemborongan proyek konstruksi. Banyaknya pihak yangterlibat dalam proyek konstruksi harus diatur dengan jelas sehingga jika terjadi permasalahanmaka dapat diselesaikan dengan baik sesuai peraturan yang ada. Pemahaman dan kemauanpelaku konstruksi untuk lebih menguasai tentang perjanjian pemborongan proyek konstruksisudah cukup baik. Dari penelitian yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa 64,87 % respondensudah mengetahui adanya perjanjian pemborongan proyek konstruksi dan 45,95 % diantararesponden sudah memahami tentang perjanjian pemborongan proyek konstruksi. Hal lainyang menunjukkan bahwa kepedulian terhadap pengetahuan tentang perjanjian pemboronganproyek konstruksi ditunjukkan dengan 81,08 % responden menghendaki adanya penyuluhanyang diberikan kepada mereka agar mereka dapat lebih memahami tentang perjanjianpemborongan proyek konstruksi.Kata Kunci : Perjanjian Pemborongan, Proyek, Konstruksi

AbstraksiDeveloper before executing housing development shall conduct the matured evaluation so that housing developed can be enthused and saleable of marketable, because without matured evaluation non housing not possible to be the is not saleable sold. Procedure which is a lot of developed is how far marketable project, elegibility goodness technically and its profitability. Abstract

Many concrete study studied the use of substitute material that is fly ash, a coal combustion product from the steampowered electric generator. Coal is also used by PT. SCI, a Dilem leaves processing industry in Purbalingga regency. To determine whether the utilization of the residual ash from coal combustion of Dilem leaves industry meet the required compressive strength, a study was conducted on the compressive strength of concrete that use coal combustion ashes from PT SCI. The purpose of this study is to find out the effect of using coal combustion ash on concrete compressive strength and to find out the deviation in compressive strength of concrete that produced with the 10%, 12.5%, 15%, and 17.5% of coal combustion ashes on the weight of cement. The use of coal combustion ash affects the compressive strength of concrete and 12.5% of coal combustion ash as a cement substitution gives the maximum compressive strength that is 23.0 Mpa.Keywords: Concrete, Compressive Strength of Concrete, Fly Ash, Coal Combustion Ash

Abstract

Buildings are the kind of facility needed by everyone. The accuracy in determining the amount of costs required to build a building has become a challenge for all parties involved in the process. This study aims to determine the factors affecting the cost of a building. By using four independent variables, i.e. floor area, number of floors, foundation depth, and project implementation time, and one dependent variable in the form of a contract value of the building project, an analysis to determine the factors that influence the cost of a building has been made. Using 81 samples in several cities in Indonesia and multiple linear regression of stepwise method, the results show three factors that significantly affect the cost of building projects. They are floor area, number of floors, and project implementation time. This is indicated by tcount for floor area of 12.770, tcount for the number of floors of 46.05, and tcount for project implementation time of 2.321.

Abstract

Development problems in Indonesia are divided into two large parts, namely the problem of development objects and the problem of subjects who will carry out development. The problems that originate from the subject of development are procurement. The problem of providing land is very vulnerable in its handling, because it concerns the lives of many people. If we look at the government's need for land for development purposes, it can be understood that the available state land is very limited, therefore the only way that can be taken is by liberate land belonging to the community, whether it has been authorized by rights based on Customary Law or other rights. The method used for data processing in this research is a mixed method (mixed methodology), namely a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods. Quantitative methods were used to describe technical data at the research location. At the stage of explaining land acquisition issues, a qualitative approach was taken because it tends to be very subjective. This research was conducted by applying SIDLACOM. Based on the research results, in the Bagong dam construction project there were several problems in the land acquisition process, including social problems, technical problems, financial problems and administrative problems. In the Bagong Dam construction project, social problems and administrative problems were the main keys in causing delays in land acquisition, thereby causing delays in the construction project. The solution for handling delays in land acquisition is that first, accurate research needs to be carried out to determine the value of compensation by considering the location of the land, criteria for land and buildings, land use, quality of buildings, and the economic conditions of the affected communities. Second, improve coordination between related parties. Third, carry out appropriate and repeated socialization. And fourth, conduct good negotiations.

Abstract

The Kediri Airport development project encountered challenges related to underground ducting work. The design of Kediri Airport adheres to international standards, which led to the use of materials not readily available in Indonesia, specifically pipes and duct spacers. Duct spacers are tools used to arrange ducting pipes according to their formation and prevent them from floating during concrete pouring due to buoyancy. The SKEP/114/VI/2002 serves as a reference for underground cable installation, involving direct burial of cables at a depth of 70 cm, covered with a 5 cm layer of sand above the cable surface. These two approaches significantly differ, necessitating problem-solving solutions. To address this issue, research was conducted to find suitable duct spacers in Indonesia. Two alternative materials were considered: PVC and lightweight hollow steel. The study compared costs and time associated with these materials. PVC duct spacers would be imported and be fabricated in Indonesia, while hollow steel duct spacers would be fabricated on-site. The research focused on three aspects: ducting work methods, duct spacer design, and cost-time analysis. Given tight installation spaces and busy schedules, duct spacers needed to be compact, simple, and adaptable to various pipe formations. The design for hollow steel duct spacers aimed for simplicity to reduce on-site construction work. However, care was taken to avoid potential injuries from exposed bolts on the hollow steel frame. The PVC duct spacer design utilized Polytam PF 1000 material, with a nominal shear strength of 399 kg and a nominal moment of 266 kg·cm—sufficient to withstand saturated soil loads up to 162 cm but not vehicular loads. Analyzing procurement time, PVC duct spacers from Indonesian manufacturers were the quickest, taking only 56 days due to no port clearance delays. The fastest completion time for the project was achieved using PVC duct spacers, taking 122 seconds—three times faster than hollow steel duct spacers. While lightweight steel was the most cost-effective option for on-site procurement, combining cost and time analysis favored PVC duct spacers. The minimal cost difference allowed for accelerated production, minimizing the risk of delays
