Abstract

Abstract Government departments in Banyumas district usually use a third party as Project planner and supervisor, therefore  consulting services are really needed. Moreover, nowadays  there are only 7 active consultants in Banyumas district. However, these opportunities do not guarantee the smooth process of establishment and survival of the company. There are things that can happen during the process of establishment and after the company running, which can not be predicted. For that purpose we need a study on risk management. After collecting data that relevant to the risk to be analyzed, economic analysis is used as a reference in identifying and determining the risk level and to find out the feasibility of a company established by calculating the NPV, IRR, BCR, and BEP. From the analysis of the feasibility study we can identify risks that might occur during the establishment of a company or at the time the company has been running up to reach the break event point. Furthermore identification that has been obtained are analyzed and quantified to determine the strategies that needed. From the calculation of engineering economic analysis it can be concluded that the risks that might occur greatly affect the value of NPV, IRR, and BCR to determine whether or not the company are feasible to establish. With the risk management review we can obtain strategies to face the risk of establishing consulting services for construction in Banyumas district.  Keywords: Risk Management, Consultancy Services, Banyumas District

Abstract

Parking is one of the important elements of hospital. The increase of activitiesparticularly hospital in RSUD Banyumas, requires sufficient supply of parking facility.However, so far there is no study on parking characteristics and quantification of standardparking spaces demand. The objectives of this study are to analyse capacity spaces parkingand to analyse standard of parking spaces demand. Data required are primary data which isobtained from survey on site toobtain parking characteristics. Primary data were obtainedfrom seven day survey an Monday - Saturday between 06.30 am to 21.30 pm and secondarydata is obtained from the management which is used to analyse standard parking spacedemand.Pursuant to result analyse, is hence got by result sum up the check park needed at themoment pursuant to accumulation culminate is to motorbike needed 614 SRP, for car needed193 SRP.From the analysis highest parking index capacity spaces parking hospital in RSUDBanyumas, with parking supply problems. Taufik Dwi Laksono, Dosen Teknik Sipil Universitas Wijayakusuma PurwokertoDwi Sri Wiyanti, Dosen Teknik Sipil Universitas Wijayakusuma PurwokertoPemadatan tanah memegang peranan yang sangat penting terhadap kekuatan jalan. Pelaksanaan pemadatan tanah harus menimbang banyak faktor, diantaranya peralatan yang digunakan, kondisi tanah asal, material yang dipergunakan untuk pemadatan, waktu yang tersedia, dan lingkungan sekitar pekerjaan jalan. Ketidaksesuaian dalam melaksanakan pemadatan tanah dapat menyebabkan kualitas jalan yang dikerjakan menjadi tidak sesuai dengan standar yang telah ditetapkan. Pada tinjauan terhadap pelaksanaan pemadatan tanah ini diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa kondisi tanah, volume pekerjaan dan waktu yang tersedia sangat menentukan dalam pemilihan peralatan yang dipergunakan sehingga kinerja proyek dari segi waktu, mutu dan biaya akan tetap terjaga sesuai yang ditetapkan.Keywords: pemadatan tanah, jalan, peralatan.

Abstract

ABSTRAKMaraknya pembangunan konstruksi mendorong pelaku konstruksi untuk dapatmeningkatkan kemampuannya dalam memahami hal-hal yang terkait dengan pembangunankonstruksi tersebut. Dalam melaksanakan suatu proyek konstruksi hal yang paling mendasaradalah adanya perjanjian antar pihak yang terlibat dalam proyek konstruksi tersebut atausering disebut dengan perjanjian pemborongan proyek konstruksi. Banyaknya pihak yangterlibat dalam proyek konstruksi harus diatur dengan jelas sehingga jika terjadi permasalahanmaka dapat diselesaikan dengan baik sesuai peraturan yang ada. Pemahaman dan kemauanpelaku konstruksi untuk lebih menguasai tentang perjanjian pemborongan proyek konstruksisudah cukup baik. Dari penelitian yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa 64,87 % respondensudah mengetahui adanya perjanjian pemborongan proyek konstruksi dan 45,95 % diantararesponden sudah memahami tentang perjanjian pemborongan proyek konstruksi. Hal lainyang menunjukkan bahwa kepedulian terhadap pengetahuan tentang perjanjian pemboronganproyek konstruksi ditunjukkan dengan 81,08 % responden menghendaki adanya penyuluhanyang diberikan kepada mereka agar mereka dapat lebih memahami tentang perjanjianpemborongan proyek konstruksi.Kata Kunci : Perjanjian Pemborongan, Proyek, Konstruksi

Abstract

Abstract            Pavement is a hard structure that is placed on the subgrade and functionate to hold the traffic weight that passes through. Based on its binding material, pavement construction can be distinguished into flexible pavement and rigid pavement. Flexible pavement consist of surface course, base course, subbase course, and subgrade. Rigid pavement consist of concrete slab and base course (can be not exist) on the subgrade. The main differentiations of those two kind of pavement can be seen from their type of binding, repetition of the load, depression of the subgrade, and depression of the pavement. From its main differentiations each kind of pavement has its own profits and losses. In choosing which kind of pavement that will be used, it is recomended to compare flexible pavement and rigid pavement based on their profits and losses.  Key word : Profits, Losses, Flexible Pavement, Rigid Pavement

Abstract

Many concrete study studied the use of substitute material that is fly ash, a coal combustion product from the steampowered electric generator. Coal is also used by PT. SCI, a Dilem leaves processing industry in Purbalingga regency. To determine whether the utilization of the residual ash from coal combustion of Dilem leaves industry meet the required compressive strength, a study was conducted on the compressive strength of concrete that use coal combustion ashes from PT SCI. The purpose of this study is to find out the effect of using coal combustion ash on concrete compressive strength and to find out the deviation in compressive strength of concrete that produced with the 10%, 12.5%, 15%, and 17.5% of coal combustion ashes on the weight of cement. The use of coal combustion ash affects the compressive strength of concrete and 12.5% of coal combustion ash as a cement substitution gives the maximum compressive strength that is 23.0 Mpa.Keywords: Concrete, Compressive Strength of Concrete, Fly Ash, Coal Combustion Ash

Abstract

ABSTRAK Pantai Logending terletak di Kecamatan Ayah Kabupaten Kebumen. Secara geografis pantai logending terletak pada koordinat 7º 42’58.7”LS, 109º23’19.7”BT berbatasan langsung dengan pantai Jetis Kabupaten Cilacap dan bermuara di Kali Bodo Ijo. Namun seiringnya bertambahnya waktu breakwater (pemecah gelombang) yang telah dibangun saat ini di ujung segmen bangunan telah rusak. Data yang digunakan pada perencanaan pemecah gelombang ini antara lain: Data angin dari tahun 2012-2022, Peta Batumetri dan data pasang surut. Metode analisis angin menggunakan aplikasi WR-Plot. Untuk menghitung kala ulang gelombang ekstrim dengan metode Gumbel dan Weibull. Berat butir lapis lindung dihitung dengan rumus Hudson. Didapatkan dimensi bangunan pemecah gelombang seperti berikut ini: Tinggi breakwater 10,315 m. Panjang breakwater 300 m. Kedalaman breakwater 5 m dengan lebar puncak breakwater 4.616 m. Berat batu core layer (batu pecah) 35 kg, berat batu secondary layer (batu pecah) 3,2 ton, lapis lindung luar (tetrapod) seberat 2 ton dan untuk bagian apron/berm menggunakan tetrapod seberat 0,2 ton. Untuk volume batu per 10 m2 pada layer lapis lindung kuar sebanyak 13 buah, sedangkan pada apron/berm sebanyak 59 buah. Tebal lapis lindung Layer kedua 2,5 m, layer lapis lindung luar 2 m, dan layer apron/berm 1,1 m. Tinggi gelombang laut signifikan di lokasi dengan periode 50 tahun (Hekstrim) diperoleh 3,922 m sedangkan tinggi gelombang rencana yang akan bekerja pada bangunan pemecah gelombang berdasarkan analisa didapatkan 3,34 m. Abstract

Roads are one of the important transportation facilities in social life. The damage that occurred was in Gang Mawar Jalan Riyanto with the level of damage being quite severe, disrupting the activities of some people who usually use it. Seeing these conditions, it is necessary to plan road improvements in this activity, namely Gang Mawar, Jalan Riyanto, Sumampir Village, North Purwokerto District, Banyumas Regency. The objectives of this activity include getting the results of the planning for the repair of Alley Mawar, knowing the budget plan for carrying out the repair work on Alley Mawar and knowing the time needed to carry out the repair work on Alley Mawar I, II and V. From the measurement results, a floor plan and cross section is planned with the planned dimensions.
