Abstract

Embroidery in Kudus has a potential to export. Based on these, the purpose of this study was toidentify and analyze the readiness of SMEs Kudus embroidery to export their product. Themethods of collecting the data were questionnaire, Documentation, and Library Studies.Questionnaires were distributed to 45 SMEs embroidery sector as respondents. The studymethod uses multiple linier regression analysis.The multiple linier regression result shows that Y = 0.456 + 0.315X1171+ 0.216 X+0.904X4+ 0.193X5+ 0.082X. It means that result of regression gives a positive influence on theexport readiness. The coefficient of determination is 0.681 or 68.1%. It means that product,production, marketing, human resource, finance/export cost, and export procedure providepositive contribution to export readiness of 68.1% and 31.9% were influenced by others 6variables that were not examined in this study.Keyword: SMEs, Embroidery, Export Readiness

Abstract

This research analyzes the influence of job stress, compensation and organizationalculture on employee turnover intention at PT Sari Warna Asli II Boyolali. This studyuses a multiple linear regression. The primary data that used in this research iscollected from questionnaire. The total of respondents in this research is 86 peoplewho are employees of PT Sari Warna Asli II Boyolali. The empirical result showedthat (1) the low level of job stress among employees have a significant positiveinfluence on employee turnover intention; (2) the high level of compensation andorganizational culture has a significant negative influence on employee turnoverintention; (3) the job stress is the factor that has the highest influence on employeeturnover intention. The result from SPSS 16 shows that from coefficient of adjusted Rsquared(R2) reveals that the independent variable (job stress - X1, compensation – X2and Organizational Culture – X3) influence on dependent variable (employee turnoverintention – Y) amount by 65,4%. Whereas, other factors, amount of 34,6%, are notmentioned in this research.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the influence of organizational culture and work facility on employees performance at the delivery department of PT Pos Indonesia SPP Semarang. The method that used for data collection in this study were observation, questionnaires, and literature review. The total sample determination were calculated using Slovin formula. It obtained 60 sample of respondents wich were chosen by using incidental sampling. Hypotheses were constructed as four hypotheses and tested using multiple linear regression analysis. The data analysis methods that has been used in this study were Instrumental test, Classic Assumption Test, Multiple linear regression analysis, and Hypothesis Test. The results of this study find out that organizational culture and work facility are partialy had a positive significant influence on employees performance. Simultaniously, organizational culture and work facility are partialy had a positive significant influence on employees performance. Work facility had the biggest influence in increasing employees performance.
