Abstract

                                                   Abstract This study aims to examine and discuss the phenomena of classroom management  and student learning behavior while in learning and to the level of understanding of accounting cycle class XI AK SMK Negeri 1 Pontianak. This research use associative method, and sample of this research is counted 100 student class XI academic year 2016/2017. Data collection techniques used are: (1) Indirect Communication Techniques (2) Direct Communication Techniques. While the data collection tool is: (1) Questionnaire research, (2) Interview guide. The results of this study indicate that: (1) There is partial influence of class management on the level of students' understanding of class XI AK SMK Negeri 1 Pontianak with the value of sig 0.001 <0.050. (2) There is partial influence of learning behavior toward level of understanding of student of class XI AK SMK Negeri 1 Pontianak with value of sig 0,036 <0,050. (3) There is a linear influence between classroom management on learning behavior with deviation from linierity 0,073> 0,050 siginifikansi value. (4) There is significant and positive influence simultaneously class management and learning behavior toward student understanding level shown from SPSS resume table obtained significance value 0,002 <0,050, and big influence of determination coefficient (R²) equal to 35%.   Keywords: Classroom Management, Learning Behavior, Level Of understanding

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan fenomena-fenomena iklim sosial dalam pembelajaran dan sikap belajar siswa di kelas XI AK SMK Negeri 1 Pontianak. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode asosiatif dengan bentuk penelitian studi hubungan, dan sampel penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI AK tahun ajaran 2014/2015. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah: 1. Teknik komunikasi tidak langsung 2. Teknik Studi Dokumenter. Sedangkan alat pengumpul datanya adalah: 1. Angket penelitian, dan 2. Lembar catatan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dan positif iklim sosial terhadap sikap belajar siswa yang ditunjukkan dari tabel resume SPSS sebesar 0,000 dimana sig < dari 0,050, dan besar pengaruh koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 52%. Kata Kunci: Iklim Sosial, Sikap Belajar Abstract: This study aims to identify and describe the phenomena of social climate in the learning and attitude of student in class XI AK Vocational High School 1 Pontianak which is better than conventional learning model. This study used a associative methods with form research used studies relationship and the samples were students of  XI AK. Data collection techniques used are: Indirect Communication techniques and Documentary Studies. While the data collection tool are: 1.Questionnaire research  2. Sheet notes. These results indicate that there is a positive and significant effect between social climate to attitude of student which shown on the table resumes SPSS for 0,000 where sig < 0,0500, and the influence coefficient of determination (R2) is 52%.
