Abstract

Program Nasional Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Mandiri (PNPM Mandiri) merupakan program yang fokus dan intensif untuk mengatasi persoalan kemiskinan dan ketertinggalan masyarakat. Berkaitan dengan hal ini perlu untuk dilakukan analisis mengenai efektivitas program PNPM Mandiri. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah; (1).Untuk mengetahui efektivitas Program Nasional Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Mandiri Perkotaan Pada Kecamatan Krian KabupatenSidoarjotahun 2015). Untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruh iefektfitas Program Nasional Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Mandiri Perkotaan Di Kecamatan Krian. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif .Lokasi penelitian in iyaitu di Kecamatan Krian Kabupaten Sidoarjo Pengumpulan data penelitian dilakukan melalui wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dilakukan melalui teknik analisis deskriptif kualitatif dengan proses pengumpulan,reduksi, penyajian dan verifikasi data. Hasil dari penelitian yang dilakukan tentang efektivitas. Program Nasional Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Mandiri Perkotaan Dikecamatan Krian Kabupaten Sidoarjo menunjukkan bahwa telah bisa dikatakan efektif. Meskipun masih banyak kekurangan dalam pelaksanaannya.Kata kunci : Efektifitas, PNPM Mandiri

Abstract

Assistive technology in public sector services is an effort to reduce discrimination in public services. Studying bioethics as part of life sciences is important, especially regarding administrative and humanistic bioethics (Becker, 2021). This study aims to analyze the continuity of the BREXIT (Braille E-Ticket Extraordinary Access for Visual Disabilities) innovation in improving the quality of health services for persons with visual disabilities in Malang City, Indonesia. The variables used were the Service Innovation Variable (X) and the Public Service Quality Variable (Y). The data analysis technique used is the Multidimensional Scaling (MDS) method with the software Rapfish (Rapid Appraisal of Fisheries) 3.1 for Windows. The results showed that the BREXIT program succeeded in reducing the perception gap between people with disabilities (visually impaired) compared with non-disabled people, especially in health services at Janti Health Center Malang City, Indonesia. Abstract

This study aim to know and analyze about how Social Concern in Post Conflict by PAMM at Village Mamala and Village Morela in Community Development Approach. Metodology used in this study is qualitative research in evaluation studies by using observation, interview and literature study to obtain to necessary data.The result of the evaluation study research shows the action by Social Concern by PAMM land to the community post conflict at Village Mamala and Village Morela went smoothly and people took it well. But seen from side of social worker, Community Development aproach has not been to good, because PAMM is not a profession organization, most the activities undertaken still nature of social action mediocre and not very serious in the development concept, so that effectiviness and the efficiency of the results of the activitiesare not so influential in orde to restore their social functioning in improving the social welfare state.
