Abstract

Sebagai salah satu lembaga mikro di Indonesia, koperasi syariah menjadi salah satu lembaga yang terdampak akibat wabah pandemi covid 19 lalu. Dalam rangka meningkatkan kinerja koperasi syariah pasca pandemi covid-19, diperlukan upaya pemberdayaan koperasi syariah agar lebih efisien. Tujuan program pengabdian adalah meningkatkan kapasitas pengelolaan koperasi syariah dan memberikan pemahaman pengelolaan manajemen koperasi secara syariah sehingga berdampak pada peningkatan kinerja koperasi syariah. Dengan peserta pengurus pengelola dan anggota koperasi syariah di Surakarta, materi yang diberikan kepada peserta meliputi manajemen koperasi syariah serta strategi pengembangan koperasi. Berdasarkan tahapan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yang telah dilaksanakan dapat disimpulkan bahwa peserta pendampingan dapat menerima materi yang diberikan dengan tingkat pemahaman materi yang cukup tinggi. Abstract

This study analyzes the influence of Electronic Word of Mouth (E-WOM) and product diversity on purchasing decisions for Hanasui cosmetics in Klaten. The primary objective of this study is to understand how these two factors influence consumer behavior in determining product choices.The study employed a quantitative survey method, distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents. IBM SPSS Statistics v23 x64 was used to analyze the data to obtain accurate and valid results. The findings of the study indicate that both E-WOM and product diversity exert a significant positive influence on purchase decisions, thereby confirming that effective marketing strategies, including the utilization of digital consumer reviews and the provision of a wide product variety, play an important role in increasing consumer attraction and interest in Hanasui cosmetic products.

Abstract

This study analyzes the effect of profitability, liquidity, and stock price volatility on firm value in coal issuers listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) and indexed in the Indonesian Sharia Stock Index (ISSI) for the period 2019-2023. Profitability is measured by Return on Assets (ROA), liquidity is measured by Current Ratio (CR), and stock price volatility is measured by Standard Deviation of Stock Returns (STDV), while firm value is proxied by Price to Book Value (PBV).Secondary data were obtained from annual financial reports and analyzed using panel data linear regression with the Fixed Effect Model method. The study's findings suggest that profitability (ROA) and liquidity (CR) have a positive and significant effect on firm value, indicating that companies with high profitability and adequate liquidity tend to have higher market valuations.Conversely, stock price volatility (STDV) has a substantial negative effect on firm value, indicating that high stock price volatility increases investment risk and reduces investor confidence. The findings of this study offer valuable insights for financial managers and investors, guiding their efforts to enhance firm value by managing internal factors and taking into account market risks.

Abstract

This study examines the relationship between Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) practices and environmentally friendly behavior among students of Raden Mas Said State Islamic University Surakarta as prospective employees. The study employed a quantitative cross-sectional method, analyzing data from 160 students using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Partial Least Squares. Results indicate that GHRM positively influences both task-related and voluntary green behaviors. Specifically, Green Recrutment and Selections (GRS), Green Performance Management (GPM), and Green Compensation management (GCM) significantly affect task-related behavior, while GRS, Green Training and Development (GTD), GPM, and Green Employee Involement (GEI) impact voluntary behavior. Green psychological climate mediates this relationship, though its indirect effects were weaker than expected. These findings highlight GHRM's role in promoting green behaviors among prospective employees, offering insights for organizations seeking to attract environmentally conscious talent. The study contributes empirical evidence on GHRM's impact from the perspective of future employees. Abstract

This research aims to find out human resource management in the formation of a lifelong learning spirit at SDIT Mutiara Insan Sukoharjo. The method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative method of research typefield research. The results of the research on human resource management in the formation of a lifelong learning spirit at SDIT Mutiara Insan Sukoharjo which has been conducted are as follows: a) recruitment and selection, recruitment and selection teacher SDIT Mutiara Insan Sukoharjo is strict in ensuring that teachers have competencies and visions that are in line with the school. b) Professional Development, Professional self-development of teachers towards rapid technological developments and the ever-changing needs of students needs to be done so that teachers can adapt quickly. c) Performance Evaluation, carried out as a control for teachers who may still use old methods that may no longer be suitable for the needs and diversity of today's students in order to build a culture of critical and contextual thinking. d) Motivation and Empowerment, starting to become a teacher Life Long Learnerwhich is fun, can be done such as: creating learning goals, learning from small things, changing the way of learning to be fun, building an ecosystem of learning teachers, leadership support.

Abstract

Introduction: This study aims to analyze the role of customer satisfaction as a mediator between the effects of service quality and price perception on Batik Solo Trans customer loyalty in Surakarta City.Methods: This research uses a quantitative approach. The population in this study was all users of Batik Solo Trans (BST) public transportation services in Surakarta City. Data collection techniques through questionnaires. The data analysis technique used in this research is path analysis. The data were processed using SmartPLS v.3.Results: Service quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Price perception has no significant effect on customer satisfaction. Service quality has a significant impact in customer loyalty. Price perception has no significant effect on customer loyalty. Customer satisfaction has a significant impact in customer loyalty. Customer satisfaction mediates the effect of service quality on customer loyalty. Abstract

Introduction: This study aims to determine the effect of halal labeling and product knowledge on purchasing decisions with religiosity as a moderating variable for buying halal cosmetic products. Methods: This research uses quantitative methods. The population used in this study was residents of Sukoharjo who had bought cosmetic products. The sampling method used in this research is non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling technique. The analytical tool used is SmartPLS version 3.Results: Halal labeling has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, product knowledge has a positive and significant effect on buying decisions, and religiousness has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Religiosity does moderate the relationship between halal labelling and purchasing decisions, but it does not moderate the relationship between product knowledge and purchasing decisions. This study explains how halal labeling and product knowledge affect purchasing decisions, and religiosity as a moderating variable strengthens consumers ' decisions in cosmetic purchasing. Abstract

SERVQUAL was appliedin this study for measuring service quality in Shariah Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRIS). Due toits shariah characteristic, compliance dimension was integrated into SERVQUAL dimensions and fuzzy theory was integrated for assessing the perception and expectation of customers.T statistic test and GLM modeling was applied to test the significant of the gaps of each item and to understand the dimensions which has more contribution to service quality of the bank.From this research, concludes that the gap was significant statistically. Furthermore, tangibilitydimension was the worst quality of BRIS, but empathy is the best quality
