Abstract

One effort to help people in continuing their education is through a scholarship program. Currently there are many scholarship programs from the government and state-owned enterprises or private. With the help of these educational, students race to achieve in order to offset the cost of education which is currently quite expensive. The number of students applying for the scholarship would require a separate time to filter out students who meet the requirements and then rank students based on the criteria of the scholarship. The complexity of the problems occur because each criterion has its own priority. Screening and grading manually would require considerable time and susceptible to human error. This research, developed automatic screening and decision support system to rank students according to given criteria. The method used is analytical hierarchycal process (AHP) to give weight to each criterion based on its priority, and the technique for order of preference by similarity to ideal solution (TOPSIS) to rank students based on its values of each criterion. By construct this decision support system, then selecting scholarship recipients can be faster and valid. The system that was built provide recommendations by rank students based on the final calculation.KEY WORDS: Decision Support System, AHP, TOPSIS, Scholarship.

Abstract

.Online learning is one of the most practical and promising learning alternatives nowadays. Flexible time and low cost of online learning are advantages that offline learning does not have. In addition, in online learning, each student can enrol the material according to their level, interest and abilities.  This study aims to build an online learning application for programming language. The method used in this study was Scrum software development. Scrum is one of the Agile method in software development. The system design using use case diagram resulted 3 actors and 8 use cases. The product backlog resulted in this study was five backlogs. The sprint composed based on product backlog result 4 sprints in total 120 days’ work. All five product backlogs were built successfully using Scrum. This system can be an alternative in learning programming language that offers the flexibility to the student, based on their ability and time.

Abstract

Bali merupakan salah satu tujuan wisata favorit. Di Bali terdapat banyak lokasi wisata yang menawarkan berbagai kelebihannya masing-masing. Setiap kawasan wisata menawarkan wahana dan keunggulannya masing-masing. Hal ini seringkali menjadikan wisatawan bingung untuk menentukan lokasi wisata, agar mampu memaksimalkan waktu kunjungan, biaya serta kepuasan yang diperoleh. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun sistem pendukung keputusan (SPK) untuk penentuan lokasi wisata dengan metode TOPSIS dan fuzzy. Metode ini akan memberikan pembobotan kriteria sesuai dengan kondisi/preferensi pengguna, dan kemudian melakukan pengolahan pada data yang bersifat rasa/fuzzy. Metode TOPSIS akan memberikan perankingan alternatif yang menjamin kedekatan dengan kriteria benefit dan menjauhkannya dari kriteria yang bersifat cost. Implementasi sistem dilakukan dengan menggunakan database MySQL dan bahasa PHP. SPK yang dibangun mampu menghasilkan rekomendasi dengan memberikan perankingan lokasi wisata kepada pengguna sesuai preferensinya. Sistem yang dibangun diuji dengan menggunakan 17 alternatif dan 3 kriteria yang terdiri dari 1 kriteria cost dan 2 benefit. Eksperimen yang dilakukan berhasil memberikan perankingan yang berbeda terhadap 15 alternatif dan hanya 2 alternatif dengan ranking yang sama yaitu pada ranking ke-5 dan ke-6 karena skor keduanya sama pada setiap kriteria. AbstractBali is one of the favorite tourist destinations. In Bali there are many tourist destinations that offer their respective advantages. Each tourist area offers its own attraction and advantages. This often makes tourists confused to determine tourist destinations to maximize visit time, costs and satisfaction obtained. This study aims to build a decision support system (DSS) for determining tourist destinations with TOPSIS and fuzzy methods. This method will provide criteria weighting in accordance with the conditions/preferences of the user, and then perform processing on fuzzy data. The TOPSIS method will provide an alternative ranking that guarantees proximity to benefit criteria and keeps them from the cost criteria. System implementation was done using a MySQL database and PHP language. The DSS able to produce recommendation that provides users with a ranking of tourist destinations according to their preferences. The system built was tested using 17 alternatives and 3 criteria consisting of 1 cost criterion and 2 benefi criteria. Experiments carried out successfully gave different ranks to 15 alternatives and only 2 alternatives with the same ranking were ranked 5th and 6th because of both alternatives have the same score at each criterion.

Abstract

The management of relationships between customers and companies is still largely carried out conventionally. Communication between companies and customers tends to be slow and is highly limited by time constraints. This condition makes it more difficult to maintain good relationships between customers and companies, even though such relationships are crucial for business continuity. Conventional communication methods also hinder the monitoring of customer service performance toward customers. Technology-based Customer Relationship Management (CRM) can be a strategic solution to overcome the weaknesses in managing and maintaining these relationships. The purpose of this research is to implement a CRM application using real-time live chat technology to enable faster customer service responses and facilitate service monitoring for the company’s management, thereby making performance auditing of customer service easier. The CRM live chat application in this study was developed using the waterfall method and implemented using Visual Studio Code, Laragon as a web server, PHP, JavaScript, MySQL, and Pusher. The implementation was tested using Blackbox testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), with the results showing that all functions related to real-time communication and service monitoring operated properly, and the user satisfaction rate reached 85.8%.

Abstract

Paradigma baru dalam sistem pendidikan memerlukan penyelenggaraan pendidikan yang akuntabel dan berkualitas. Sebagai upaya untuk mencapai hal ini, diperlukan evaluasi secara mandiri melalui sistem pengendalian internal oleh unit pengawas atau penjaminan mutu. Sistem penjaminan mutu internal bertugas sebagai auditor internal untuk membantu manajemen/pimpinan untuk melakukan evaluasi dalam rangka meningkatkan efektifitas manajemen resiko, pengendalian, dan tata kelola institusi di Politeknik Negeri Bali. Pengelolaan informasi merupakan unsur yang penting dari sistem penjaminan mutu internal. Dalam hal ini diperlukan sistem informasi untuk dapat membantu pelaksanaan audit mutu. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk merencanakan sistem informasi untuk membantu pelaksanaan audit mutu internal. Perencanaan sistem informasi ini mengacu pada zahman framework dalam pemodelan sistem informasi. Pemodelan dengan zahman framework mendefinisikan manajemen keseluruhan yang diperlukan dengan melakukan analisis dan desain sistem informasi untuk menopang pelaksanaan audit oleh unit penjaminan mutu. Hasil yang didapatkan dari penelitian ini berupa blueprint rancangan sistem informasi audit mutu internal.

Abstract

Desa Adat Dlod Tukad telah membentuk tujuh unit bank sampah sebagai upaya meningkatkan pengelolaan sampah berbasis masyarakat. Namun, berdasarkan hasil observasi dan wawancara dengan mitra, pengelolaan bank sampah masih menghadapi beberapa kendala, yaitu proses administrasi yang masih dilakukan secara manual sehingga pengelolaan data nasabah, transaksi, dan pelaporan belum berjalan secara efektif, serta masih rendahnya pemahaman masyarakat dalam melakukan pemilahan sampah dari sumbernya. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan meningkatkan efektivitas pengelolaan bank sampah melalui pengembangan dan implementasi Sistem Informasi Manajemen Bank Sampah berbasis web, pelatihan penggunaan sistem bagi pengelola, pelatihan pemilahan sampah, serta pemberian bantuan berupa tong sampah sebagai sarana pendukung pengelolaan sampah. Pada pelaksanaan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini, kegiatan sosialisasi telah dilaksanakan pada 29 Mei 2026, pelatihan pemilahan sampah dan penyerahan tong sampah pada 4 Juni 2026, serta pelatihan penggunaan sistem informasi pada 13 Juni 2026. Hasil monitoring dan evaluasi menggunakan metode observasi dan wawancara menunjukkan bahwa sekitar 80% peserta telah mampu mengoperasikan Sistem Informasi Manajemen Bank Sampah dan sekitar 85% peserta telah memahami teknik pemilahan sampah, sehingga target utama kegiatan telah tercapai. Program ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efektivitas pengelolaan bank sampah serta mendorong partisipasi masyarakat dalam pengelolaan sampah yang berkelanjutan. Digitalization of Waste Bank Management for Sustainable Waste Management in Dlod Tukad Customary Village, Sukawati District, Gianyar  Abstract Dlod Tukad Traditional Village has established seven waste bank units as an effort to improve community-based waste management. However, based on observations and interviews with partners, several challenges were identified, including manual administrative processes that resulted in ineffective management of customer data, transaction records, and reporting, as well as the limited public understanding of waste segregation at the source. This community service program aimed to enhance the effectiveness of waste bank management through the development and implementation of a web-based Waste Bank Management Information System, training on system utilization for waste bank administrators, waste segregation training for the community, and the provision of waste bins as supporting facilities for waste management. In carrying out this community service, the program activities included program socialization on May 29, 2026, waste segregation training and waste bin distribution on June 4, 2026, and training on the use of the information system on June 13, 2026. Monitoring and evaluation results using observation and interview methods indicated that around 80% of the participants were able to operate the Waste Bank Management Information System, while around 85% of the participants demonstrated an understanding of proper waste segregation techniques. These results indicate that the primary objectives of the program have been achieved. The program is expected to improve the effectiveness of waste bank management while encouraging greater community participation in sustainable waste management practices
