Abstract

Bengkel kendaraan merupakan perusahaan yang melayani jasa pada bidang perbaikan dan perawatan kendaraan bermotor. Bisnis proses konvensional masih banyak ditemukan ditemukan pada bengkel kendaraan. Proses bisnis pada kasir bengkel kendaraan yang masih konvensional dapat berisiko terjadi kerusakan atau kehilangan data transaksi layanan dan penjualan suku cadang pada bengkel kendaraan. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut penelitian ini berfokus pada penerapan Sistem Informasi Manajemen (SIM) Bengkel Modul Point of Sales Berbasis Web pada suatu bengkel kendaraan. Penerapan SIM Bengkel Modul Point of Sales yang berbasis web dapat memudahkan pekerjaan kasir bengkel kendaraan dalam menangani proses pembayaran service dan suku cadang, serta laporan harian pengerjaan service dan penjualan suku cadang kendaraan bermotor. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian SIM Bengkel Modul Point of Sales yaitu dengan metode waterfall. Pengujian sistem yang digunakan pada SIM Bengkel Modul Point of Sales yaitu Pengujian Black-Box untuk menguji fitur yang terdapat pada sistem. Hasil dari penelitian yaitu berupa Sistem Point of Sales yang berbasis web dan bisa digunakan oleh suatu bengkel kendaraan untuk memperbaiki proses bisnis kasir bengkel kendaraan yang masih konvensional, sehingga dapat mempermudah pemilik bengkel untuk memperoleh informasi yang akurat, cepat, dan tepat ketika pengambilan keputusan manajemen bengkel.

Abstract

Proper use of Information Technology in the health sector will significantly help the management of information become easier to done, business processes become more effective than before, and most importantly, services for the community can be done more efficiently, better and more accurately. The Indonesian government is eager to become an independent country, and of course, this can be achieved with the optimal next generation of the nation. However, the facts on the ground cause nutritional problems, and malnutrition occurs in Indonesia. Cases of hunger and poor nutrition are not monitored because the current medical record application has not been able to provide information on the nutritional status of children under five automatically. The impact is that many problems about malnutrition and malnutrition are not well monitored given the complete medical record data they have. This study aims to discuss and develop the Toddler Health Monitoring module, which is an additional component in the application of medical records. Fuzzy Tsukamoto's inference method is used to create a reasoning engine that can determine the nutritional health status of toddlers because this method is flexible and improves data on output, it is easier, can be accepted by many people, and it is more suitable to understand by the humans.

Abstract

The development of technology is currently growing rapidly in various aspects of human life, including in the field of education such as the creation of academic information systems. The study aims to analyze the quality of service on the SISAKTI-NG website based on user expectations and website performance. Question indicators in making questionnaires refer to three dimensions, namely: usability, information quality and interaction quality in the WebQual 4.0 Method by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents. Analysis of website quality using the Customer Satisfaction Index Method to analyze satisfaction with SISAKTI-NG services and the Importance Performance Analysis Method to analyze the quality of SISAKTI-NG services and obtain indicators that require improvement and are maintained based on the perceptions and expectations of website users. The results show that the satisfaction of SISAKTI-NG website users is "SATISFIED" with a percentage of 73.88%. The results of IPA analysis there are 2 priority improvement question items and 10 question items that need to be maintained by the SISAKTI-NG website manager. Recommendations are given to USDI UNUD based on indicators that require improvement to improve service quality which is still low.

Abstract

As an asynchronous runtime environment (interpreter) for the development of scalable JavaScript-based network applications, it is necessary to know the performance of the web framework on Node.js in a virtualization-oriented development environment and a container-oriented development environment. This research aims to compare the performance of Node.js in several frameworks in VirtualBox, Docker, and Podman environments. The testing was carried out using some materials like a bench utility at Node Package Manager (NPM) involving the Adonis, Connect, Express, Fastify, Foxify, Hapi, Koa, Molecular, Plumier, Restify, and Sails frameworks, using Object Relational Mapping (ORM) and Raw Query Bookshelf, Knex, MySQL, MySQL2, and Sequelize at Ubuntu Linux operating system. The method research used in this research is the Node-Bench method with requests, latency, and throughput parameters. The testing results show that the best performance score is the Fastify framework with the Sequelize library (ORM) in a container-oriented development environment (Docker and Podman), and the worst performance score is the Express framework with the Mysql2 library (Raw Query) in a virtualization-oriented development environment (VirtualBox). Based on the testing results, developers who use Node.js are more advised to use the Fastify framework with the Sequelize library (ORM) in a container-oriented development environment (Docker or Podman) to obtain better performance. For further research, the implementation and testing at container-oriented development can use cloud-based service (IaaS cloud or PaaS Cloud) for the read-only immutable environment, scalability, and security reasons.Keywords— Docker, Node-Bench method, Node.js, Podman, VirtualBox.

Abstract

Sulangai Village experiences limited internet access due to its geographical condition in a mountainous area, so cable infrastructure such as fiber optics is difficult to implement. The proposed solution is to use point-to-point wireless networks to provide reliable internet access. The research method used is the Network Development Life Cycle (NDLC), including the stages of analysis, design, simulation, implementation, monitoring and management. The test results show that the signal strength at the Base Station and Client Station is -69 dBm each, which is in the very good category. Security testing using IPsec VPN and GRE also showed adequate results, with the ability to encrypt data and protect the network from outsiders. Bandwidth speed testing before and after security implementation shows stable and satisfactory network performance, with consistent transmission and reception speeds. The results of the Quality of Service (QoS) analysis also show a significant increase after implementing security, with good throughput, packet loss, delay and jitter values.
