Abstract

Local government efforts to develop digitalization as a whole to outlying areas have been planned with several work programs in all regional apparatus organizations. District X Communications and Information Office is the center of information technology services in District X, it has an important role in serving the community related to regional digitization. Based on that role, it is necessary to have good governance to provide maximum community service. This research purpose is to measure the capability level of IT governance based on the work indicators in the strategic plan. Implementation of the COBIT 5 framework is used as a research method with domain constraints on DSS and BAI. The selection of the two domains is based on the mapping results that have been carried out following the goal cascade in COBIT 5. The research results obtained that the DSS01, BAI09, DSS02 process domains are achieved level 2, the DSS06, BAI08 process domains are achieved level 1. Expectations of level achievement in each process domain are at level 5, therefore recommendations are needed to make improvements to each process to be able to reach the desired level.Keywords: Temperature module, time module, microcontroller.

Abstract

Pemakaian peralatan listrik di gedung sudah menjadi kebutuhan primer. Sangat sulit untuk menemukan sebuah gedung tanpa ada peralatan listrik didalamnya. Saklar adalah antarmuka yang digunakan untuk on/off peralatan listrik. Model saklar yang telah dikembangkan cukup banyak, mulai dari model saklar manual sampai dengan saklar yang bisa dikontrol dari jarak jauh. Penelitian ini mencoba untuk mengembangkan sebuah model saklar yang ditanamkan pada gedung. Hal ini membuat gedung mampu untuk melakukan kontrol peralatan listrik secara aktif. Gedung hanya mengaktifkan peralatan listrik bila ada penghuni yang beraktifitas disana. Sebuah simulasi berbasis mikrokontroler Arduino Mega 2560 dibuat untuk pengujian tahap awal model saklar yang didesain. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan model saklar otomatis mampu untuk mengendalikan peralatan listrik secara otomatis berdasarkan deteksi terhadap lingkungan dunia nyata sistem kelistrikan di bangunan. Abstract

Pembelajaran konvensional saat ini diterapkan oleh Pasraman Pinandita Brahma Vidya Samgraha dengan murid yang tersebar di seluruh pulau Bali hingga diluar pulau. Murid yang bertempat tinggal jauh dengan lokasi pasraman akan terkendala jarak untuk melakukan pembelajaran konvensional. Rentang usia yang beragam dari siswa pasraman membuat aplikasi pembelajaran berbasis web menjadi teknologi yang sesuai untuk diterapkan. E-learning berbasis web memiliki kemudahan aksesibilitas serta memaksimalkan kegiatan pembelajaran yang lebih dititikberatkan pada pemutaran video. Aplikasi e-learning dibuat dengan adaptasi lingkungan Pasraman melalui wawancara terhadap pihak Pasraman. Aplikasi e-learning yang dibangun telah disesuaikan dengan alur pembelajaran yang berlaku di Pasraman Pinandita Brahma Vidya Samgraha Buleleng serta sudah melalui proses blackbox testing dan usability testing dengan nilai total 88.7947% baik.

Abstract

The significant change in the consumption pattern of Indonesia’s modernising society––further intensified by the Indonesian Government’s plan to push towards the era of the Industrial Revolution 4.0, has fostered the need for manufacturing companies to create newly automated processes and make the transition to become a digitalised business entity. Enterprise Resource Planning is a software that enables the creation of integration and automation of business processes between various departments within a company, thus creating an effective business strategy. The data that has been acquired from research at a poultry processing company are then being mapped into the ERP software of Odoo V12.0, therefore creating new sets of re-engineered business processes. There are seven newly proposed reengineering business processes––in which only concentrate on the production and technical department within the particular company, by utilising the manufacturing and maintenance modules. The re-engineered business processes are assessed using the Technology Acceptance Model theory, to measure its usability and practicality, which generates the score of Likert’s interpretation above the accepted standard of 1340 and 1227, for both the manufacturing and maintenance modules respectively. Abstract

The development of technology in the digital era is currently growing very rapidly it is including in education, such as the creation of an academic information system that aims to facilitate the process of the needs of lecturers, employees and students in terms of document management and other academic needs. Website quality analysis used Service quality is measured using the Customer Satisfaction Index with the SIMAK-NG service and the Importance Performance Analysis method to analyze the quality of SIMAK-NG service performance. The results of the analysis satisfaction of lecturers and employees of website users on the SIMAK-NG website were "VERY SATISFIED" with a percentage rate of 82.03% but there was still a GAP value between website performance and user expectations. In the IPA quadrant, the main improvement priorities were 3 items of questions for lecturers and employees and 10 items that become website achievements.

Abstract

Inefisiensi energi pada sistem penerangan dalam gedung diantaranya karena tidak terkendalinya pemakaian penerangan secara konsisten. Salah satu alternatif penyelesaian permasalahan tersebut adalah perlu adanya manajemen sistem penerangan. Paper ini mencoba mengusulkan diagram dimensi context aware sistem manajemen penerangan yang merupakan pondasi untuk pengembangan sistem yang cerdas. Sebuah contoh arsitektur dan pengembangan kelas utama yang mengacu pada diagram tersebut dicoba untuk dikembangkan. Teknologi pervasive computing digunakan sebagai pendekatan awal desain sehingga pengelolaan dan pemantauan penerangan dapat dioptimalkan guna efisiensi energi listrik.

Abstract

Tourism in Bali is one of the major industries which play an important role in developing the global economy in Indonesia. Good forecasting of tourist arrival, especially from foreign countries, is needed to predict the number of tourists based on past information to minimize the prediction error rate. This study compares the performance of SVM and Backpropagation to find the model with the best prediction algorithm using data from foreign tourists in Bali Province. The results of this study recommend the best forecasting using the SVM model with the radial kernel function. The best accuracy of the SVM model obtained the lowest error values of MSE 0.0009, MAE 0.0186, and MAPE 0.0276, compared to Backpropagation which obtained MSE 0.0170, MAE 0.1066, and MAPE 0.1539.

Abstract

Perkembangan Teknologi Informasi memiliki pengaruh yang besar terhadap segala aspek  kehidupan masyarakat khususnya pada sebuah instansi pemerintah. Penerapan teknologi informasi dalam instansi pemerintah merupakan upaya untuk mengembangkan penyelenggaran pemerintah dalam meningkatkan transparansi dan kualitas pelayanan, begitu halnya dengan Dinas Pariwisata Kabupaten X. Penggunaan teknologi informasi bertujuan untuk mendukung visi, misi dan tujuan organisasi dengan tata kelola yang baik. Pengelolaan tata kelola yang baik memerlukan audit untuk mengetahui kinerja organisasi sesuai dengan tujuan dan visi misi. Audit merupakan suatu proses sistematis dan obyektif dalam memperoleh dan mengevaluasi bukti-bukti untuk mengetahui informasi yang berkaitan dengan kinerja suatu organisasi yang terlaksana dengan tujuan organisasi yang ditetapkan. COBIT 5 merupakan suatu panduan standar yang memuat prinsip dan praktek dalam membantu organisasi untuk meningkatkan pencapaian tujuan dalam aspek manajemen tata kelola TI. Hasil dari kegiatan audit, menunjukan bahwa capability level dari lima proses TI berada pada nilai yang rendah yaitu DSS02 berada pada level 1, APO06 berada pada level 1, EDM02 berada pada level 1, BAI04 berada pada level 1, dan APO04 pada level 1. Hasil ini menunjukkan adanya GAP antara pencapaian yang diharapkan organisasi dan situasi saat ini. Rekomendasi dan saran perbaikan dari hasil yang telah diperoleh dilakukan menggunakan standar COBIT 5.

Abstract

Business process engineering is carried out on the business process of Wardani’s souvenir shop which is located at Jl. Monkey Forest, Ubud. This shop was chosen as the research use case because the shop is located in a strategic tourist location in the center of Ubud. Reengineering is focused on the Wardani Store’s business activities in the purchasing, inventory, and sales business functions, where at the time the research was conducted, all processes were still using the manual method. This method often causes problems, such as uncontrolled purchasing of goods, errors in recording purchases and sales of goods, length of calculation in transactions, and unclear information on availability of goods. Therefore, an approach is needed in developing an integrated system in the company's operational activities, and the application of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) can be an alternative in overcoming the problems experienced. ERP implementation is carried out by identifying ongoing business processes for purchasing, inventory, and selling goods, then making an integrated system proposal by implementing Odoo 13. System testing is carried out using the User Acceptance Test (UAT) method which is a final testing method for developing a product to validate whether the system built is in accordance with the user's needs or not. The system test results show that the Odoo ERP application is considered quite successful in helping companies in purchasing, inventory, and selling goods, so that business processes become more effective and efficient

Abstract

Beringkit Animal Market is one of the large traditional animal markets in Bali which is famous for selling superior cows. In addition to selling superior cows, Beringkit Animal Market also sells dogs and various types of poultry such as chickens, ducks and roosters. However, in the midst of the COVID-19 outbreak, traditional markets are considered as the main cluster for the spread of COVID-19 due to the large number of interactions between buyers and traders. The implementation of Community Activity Restrictions (PPKM) has resulted in a lack of income for traders at the Beringkit Animal Market. This study aims to design an Android-based online animal auction application as a medium for buying and selling animals to minimize physical interaction between buyers and traders, the online auction transaction process is chosen because the auction transaction process can bring together traders and buyers in the same online media and make offers up to reach the highest agreed price. The research method applied is the DSRM method or Design Security Research Method, application development uses Android Studio to develop mobile applications, and uses Visual Studio Code to develop web-based systems. Data storage and web server management in this study using MySQL and Laravel. The results of this study are in the form of an Android-based animal auction application that can be used as a medium for transactions between buyers and traders who have gone through the blackbox testing process with the test results as expected.
