Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of consumer satisfaction, trust, commitment and perceived value on customer loyalty. Number of respondents in this study is users of transport services 239 customers in Palur Rosalia Indah. The results in this study are positive and significant effect of satisfaction on commitment, consumer confidence positive and significant effect on consumer commitment, satisfaction has a positive and significant impact on consumer confidence, perceived value and a significant positive effect on satisfaction, perceived value and a significant positive effect on consumer confidence, perceived value and a significant positive effect on consumer commitment, commitment consumers positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, customer satisfaction and a significant positive impact on customer loyalty, consumer confidence positive and significant effect on customer loyalty.

Abstract

Employee engagement and its impact on organizational performance have received significant attention over the past two decades. This research delves into the factors that influence the impact of employee engagement on IBISMA's performance as a non-profit organization. It explores the various organizational factors that influence and shape employee engagement. The researchers adopted a qualitative research methodology. An inductive approach was employed to conduct interviews, allowing for a deeper understanding of the factors that affect employee engagement. The resulting data was then subjected to thematic analysis for further examination. The main findings of the study reveal a clear understanding of the factors that influence the impact of employee engagement that lead to performance of IBISMA. It has been identified in this research that diminished levels of engagement significantly impact employee commitment and motivation. Several factors contribute to the observed decline in employee engagement, including job design, ineffective communication practices, workplace culture, insufficient recognition-based rewards, and career growth and development. Based on the findings above, suggested recommendations are made in order to increase engagement at IBISMA through weekly strategic discussions, establish a robust and consistent communication system, establish a reward and recognition system to motivate and encourage work engagement, and establish a performance evaluation system for better engagement. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine a relationship model between Psychological Climate (PC) toward performance within job stress and job satisfaction as a mediator. Primary data were obtained by distributing online questionnaires. The population in this research is the teachers of educational institutions in Indonesia. Obtained 161 people with minimum requirements have worked for one year at the institution (purposive sampling). This research uses validity and reliability test, goodness-of-fit model assumption, and hypothesis testing with SEM analysis of Amos 18.0. Based on data analyzed, four of eight hypotheses proposed are have significant influence; 1) PC on job satisfaction, 2) stress on performance, 3) job satisfaction on performance, and 4) there is a role for job satisfaction in mediating the influence of PC on performance. In addition, there are insignificant effects; 1) PC on stress, 2) PC on performance, 3) job stress on job satisfaction, and 4) job stress have no a significant effect as a mediator between PC on performance.

Abstract

Salah satu bagian yang perlu diperhatikan oleh perusahaan terutama dalam mengelola karyawan untuk mendapatkan kinerja yang terbaik dengan memperhatikan keselamatan dam kesehatan kerja (K3) untuk karyawan. Sehingga keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja (K3) menjadi hal penting bagi semua perusahaan terlebih perusahaan yang memiliki resiko tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bentuk maupun penerapan keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja (K3) di Rumah Sakit Cakra Husada dari perspektif pembuat kebijakan hingga karyawan yang melaksanakannya. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan berupa observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Metode analisis data yang dilakukan dengan pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Dengan uji keabsahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji kredibilitas dan uji transferability. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bagaimana penerapan keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja (K3) Rumah Sakit Cakra Husada dari perspektif pembuat kebijakan dan karyawan yang melaksanakannya dan menjadi salah satu faktor meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Abstract

This study deals with the effect of transformational leadership and flexible work arrangement on performance through work engagement as an intervening variable in the cafe industry in Yogyakarta. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the variables to be studied, namely transformational leadership, flexible work arrangement, work en- gagement, and performance. Respondents in this study were 106 workers from 34 cafes in Yogyakarta. The data collection method in this study used a questionnaire with 5 Likert scales. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive effect of the variables tested for both direct and indirect impact. However, the value is not greater than the immediate effect. This research aims to increase the opportunities for determining flexible work arrangements, strengthening transformational leadership, especially em- ployee motivation and involvement, and maintaining performance through a suitable communication process.

Abstract

This study examines that the entrepreneurship education curriculum process requires other supports, such as self-efficacy and intention from internal students. As 461 respondents were gathered by convenience sampling from a total population of 530 students taking Sharia Entrepreneurship courses at a private Islamic university in Indonesia. Entrepreneurial education does not have a significant direct effect on the formation of entrepreneurial behavior. However, entrepreneurship education can provide motivation for entrepreneurial intentions and make students more self-aware about entrepreneurship. Only after the stages of self-efficacy and intention appear in students can they drive more profound entrepreneurial behavior. The existence of self-efficacy and entrepreneurial intentions is a way that is more reinforcing outside of education as a trigger for entrepreneurial behavior. This result is seen from the direct influence that is not significant between education and behavior; it is fully mediated by self-efficacy and intention. This indicates that entrepreneurial knowledge is only a source of knowledge. If students' internal factors do not support it, then education will only be mere information simply because it is a required subject for students to pursue. It is necessary to have the role of educational institutions to also look at other stimulus factors to shape entrepreneurial behavior, such as aspects of family, gender, passion, and other things that can activate entrepreneurial behavior.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how extent the information technology, work environment, and job satisfaction experienced by employees can affect employee performance. This study uses a quantitative method by distributing questionnaires to 215 Yogyakarta employees working at start-up companies, using a purposive sampling technique. The research data were processed using SPSS software version 29.0. The analytical methods used are a t-test, coefficient of determination test, multiple linear regression analysis, and path analysis. The results of this study are that information technology has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, the work environment has a positive but not significant impact on employee performance, and information technology and work environment have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Job satisfaction can mediate the relationship between information technology and the work environment on employee performance.

Abstract

Kampung Wisata (Kamwis) Purbayan, Kota Gede, D.I.Yogyakarta merupakan kampung wisata budaya yang sangat potensial karena beberapa aspek (1) kekhasan seni budaya, (2) keutuhan situs-situs dan artefak sejarah meski telah ada sejak abad 16, dan (3) menjadi sentra bagi para tokoh seniman berdomisili di Kamwis Purbayan. Potensi ini menjadikan kelurahan Purbayan sebagai ekosistem yang tepat bagi pemurnian seni budaya, eksibisi artefak dan produk-produk kekhasan budaya, dan kaderisasi generasi penerus ‘penguri-uri’ budaya. Hal-hal tersebut menjadi modal kuat bagi Kamwis Purbayan menarik para wisatawan baik domestik maupun mancanegara untuk berkunjung, belajar dan mendapat pengalaman dari keaslian dan keunikan sebuah budaya. Pengabdian ini bertujuan menguatkan kembali ekosistem Kampung Wisata Budaya yang sempat surut karena pandemi Covid-19 melanda melalui pendekatan pemasaran digital. Teknik ini diharapkan menjadi solusi sekaligus pemberdayaan bagi masyarakat untuk tetap mempromosikan Kamwis tanpa terdampak signifikan oleh pandemi. Metode yang digunakan di antaranya observasi, analisis kebutuhan, dan projek luaran branding bersama mitra. Hasil pengabdian berupa video profil dan vlog yang dapat dimanfaatkan pengurus kampung wisata guna mempromosikan warisan budaya Purbayan dengan jangkauan lokal dan mancanegara. Melalui kegiatan ini masyarakat dapat terbantu dalam memasarkan Kamwis yang selama ini terkendala oleh turunnya peminat selama dan pasca pandemi.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya pemanfaatan media digital dalam pemasaran produk batik oleh pelaku UMKM di Sentra Batik Ciwaringin, Kabupaten Cirebon. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan literasi digital dan kemampuan operasional pelaku usaha dalam menggunakan media sosial sebagai sarana promosi. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi observasi, diskusi kelompok terfokus (FGD), pelatihan klasikal, dan pendampingan langsung maupun jarak jauh dalam pengelolaan akun media sosial, pembuatan katalog produk, serta desain kemasan dan logo. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan meningkatnya pemahaman dan keterampilan pelaku usaha dalam menggunakan platform digital untuk promosi, serta adanya kesadaran akan pentingnya visualisasi produk yang menarik. Kesimpulannya, pendampingan ini berhasil memperkuat kesiapan UMKM batik Ciwaringin dalam menghadapi tantangan transformasi digital dan memperluas jangkauan pasar melalui strategi pemasaran berbasis media sosial.

Abstract

This research is entitled "The Influence of Recruitment and Training on Employee Performance Through Job Satisfaction as an Intervening Variable at PT. The purpose of this research is to determine the mediating effect of job satisfaction in the relationship between recruitment and training on employee performance. This research uses a quantitative method and employs a questionnaire for data collection. This research uses a population of 200 employees. The sampling technique in this study employs a census method which is the sample collected on operational, funding, marketing and landing departments, with a sample size of 196 employees. This research uses path analysis, multiple linear regression analysis methods, t-tests. The research results show that recruitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, training has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, recruitment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, training has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, job satisfaction can mediate the relationship between recruitment and employee performance, and job satisfaction can mediate the relationship between training and employee performance.
