Abstract

ABSTRAK Pada penelitian ini dilakukan perancangan alat peraga penghitung kecepatan dan waktuberbasis mikrokontroler AT89S52 pada gerak jatuh bebas. Metode yang digunakan adalah Research and development dengan model pengembangan Borg and Gall.Alat ini dibuat berdasarkan bahasa pemrograman Aplikasi Basic Compiler (BASCOM) 8051, tujuan dari program tersebut adalah untuk memproses data kecepatan dan waktu benda saat melakukan gerak jatuh bebas. Jika kecepatan dan waktu benda tersebut telah terdeteksi oleh sensor  (Fotodioda) maka data-data itu akan diteruskan dan diproses pada mikrokontroler AT89S52 yang pada akhirnya menghasilkan output berupa penampilan kecepatan dan waktu benda yang dibutuhkan saat melakukan gerak jatuh bebas pada LCD.Setelah pembuatan alat pendeteksi ini selesai dibuat, peneliti melakukan pengujiankarakterisasi persyaratan umum sensor pada alat ini, yaitu pengujian linieritas, sensitivitas, presisi (ketelitian), dan accuracy (ketepatan). Berdasarkan hasil uji coba yang dilakukan didapatkan bahwa alat ini adalah linier yang membentuk persamaan Y = 0,35x + 0,026 dan R2 = 0,9902, Angka 0,35 menyatakan kemiringan dari garis linier yang tidak lain menyatakan sensitifitasnya, dan alat ini memiliki ketidakpastian relatif sensor 0,0043 %,sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa ketelitian dari sensor fotodioda pada alat ini adalah tinggi, serta berdasarkan hasil tes ketepatan sensor memiliki rata-rata 96,986%, hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa alat ini juga memiilki ketepatan yang sangat tinggi pula. Alat ini dapat di gunakan sebagai alat peraga dalam proses pembelajaran fisika guna mengkongkritkan konsep gerak jatuh bebas kepada siswa. Kata-kata kunci :        Mikrokontroler, alat peraga pendeteksi kecepatan dan waktu, gerak jatuh  bebas.

Abstract

Climate change education demands innovative strategies that equip future educators with both scientific understanding and 21st-century teaching skills. This study aims to develop and evaluate an inquiry-based e-module on climate change, centered around local rainfall trend data, to enhance the conceptual knowledge and 4C competencies—critical thinking, creativity, collaboration, and communication—of pre-service physics teachers in Indonesia. The research employed the ADDIE instructional design model and involved validation by experts and pilot implementation with 57 student teachers. The e-module was developed using multimedia tools and structured around guided inquiry stages. Validation results indicated high content and media quality, while effectiveness testing showed a significant increase in cognitive learning, with a mean N-Gain score of 0.71. Performance assessments also revealed very high achievements across all 4C dimensions. Participants demonstrated improved analytical reasoning, contextual problem-solving, and scientific communication skills.These findings suggest that integrating local climate data into inquiry-based digital learning modules fosters both cognitive and competency-based outcomes. The module aligns with curricular standards and responds to the growing need for climate-responsive teacher education. It provides a scalable model for future implementation in diverse educational settings and contributes to the advancement of environmental literacy and data-driven pedagogy in science education..

Abstract

This article examines the neo-modernist thought of Fazlur Rahman regarding the integration of tradition and modernity, as well as its relevance to the reform of Islamic education in Indonesia. The study focuses on three main issues: how Rahman understands the relationship between turats and modernity; how his ideas on the reconstruction of intellectual tradition can be applied to Islamic education; and to what extent this framework can be used to assess the knowledge integration movement in Indonesia. This study employs a qualitative approach through library research, analysing Rahman’s major works and relevant secondary literature. The findings indicate that the integration of tradition and modernity in Rahman’s thought is grounded in the hermeneutics of the ‘double movement’, a historical-critical reading of tradition, and the ethical orientation of the Qur’an. In the field of education, Rahman rejects educational models that merely passively transmit scholarly heritage and emphasises the need for a reconstruction of intellectual tradition capable of linking religious knowledge, modern science, and moral responsibility. This study also demonstrates that the knowledge integration movement in Indonesia has developed at the levels of vision and institutional framework, but often remains limited to symbolic integration, such as the inclusion of verses, hadiths, or Islamic studies courses. The contribution of this article lies in the use of Rahman’s framework as an epistemological critical tool to distinguish symbolic integration of knowledge from integration that genuinely reconstructs the way of thinking in Islamic education.
