Abstract

Abstract Business activity is an activity that requires serious understanding, starting from planning what to do, the implementation stage and the monitoring stage of a business being carried out. In running a business, the important task of marketers is to be able to provide what is needed by society, both consumers and customers. The purpose of this study was to determine the marketing strategy for the product of mother's prayer onion crackers in the Islamic Economic Perspective. The method used is qualitative analysis such as observation, interviews and documentation. With a marketing strategy, the company will be ready to compete and market its products to the fullest. Keywords: Strategy;  Marketing Mix; Crisp Abstrak Kegiatan berbisnis merupakan kegiatan yang membutuhkan pemahaman yang serius, mulai dari merencanakan apa yang akan diperbuat, tahap pelaksanaannya serta tahap memonitor suatu bisnis yang dijalankan. Dalam menjalankan bisnis, tugas penting pemasar adalah dapat menyediakan apa yang dibutuhkan oleh masyarakat baik konsumen dan pelanggan. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Strategi Pemasaran pada Produk Krupuk Bawang Doa Ibu dalam Perspektif Ekonomi Islam. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis kualitatif seperti observasi, interview dan dokumentasi. Dengan adanya strategi pemasaran maka perusahaan akan siap bersaing dan memasarkan produk dengan maksimal. Kata kunci: Strategi; Bauran Pemasaran; Kerupuk

Abstract

The strategy for collecting and distributing zakat, infaq, and shodaqoh funds is important and implemented properly. Especially in areas such as Malang Raya which has the highest number of muzakki in East Java. The purpose of this study is to conduct an in-depth analysis of the strategy for collecting and distributing zakat, infaq, and shodaqoh funds (ZIS) at the Amil Zakat Institute (LAZ) Sahabat Mustahiq Malang. This research is a qualitative research with a case study approach. Data collection techniques in this study were observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques used in this study are data collection, data condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that there are two kinds of strategies in raising funds, namely direct and indirect. Direct is a strategy that is carried out directly between amil zakat institutions and muzakki or donors. Direct activities in the form of direct mail via whatsapp, direct meetings with potential muzakki, zakat outlets and portfolios. The indirect strategy is a strategy that is carried out indirectly between amil zakat institutions and muzakki or donors. Indirect activities are in the form of collaborating with other LAZ institutions, agencies or institutions, activating social media, magazines, websites, digital platforms and through Friends of Inspirational Action (SAINS) volunteers. In the strategy for distributing zakat, infaq, shodaqoh funds at LAZ Sahabat Mustahiq Malang, there is a pattern of distribution of zakat infaq shodaqoh funds, namely traditional consumptive, creative consumptive, traditional productive, creative productive but in the distribution of infaq and shodaqoh zakat funds to 8 asnaf that have been listed in the Qur'an 'an, LAZ Sahabat Mustahiq Malang prioritizes fakir, poor, zakat manager, sabilillah and ibn sabil only.

Abstract

Muslim-friendly tourism is relatively new in the world of tourism. In the tourism industry there are many aspects and actors that contribute, the aspects and actors in it must be in line with sharia and not contrary to religious standards, the standardization meets halal and good criteria. One of the areas that promotes the Muslim-friendly tourism sector is West Nusa Tenggara province and one of the Special Economic Zones (SEZs) is Kuta beach. This study aims to analyze the development strategy of Muslim-friendly tourism on the coast of Kuta, Central Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara. The method in this study is qualitative using case studies. The results of this study show that the NTB Provincial Government through the NTB Tourism Office and Central Lombok Regency provide full support by making human development training, regulations, and laws on Muslim-friendly tourism.

Abstract

Penerapan Building Information Modeling (BIM) telah menjadi pendekatan penting dalam industri konstruksi untuk meningkatkan akurasi dan efisiensi perencanaan serta manajemen proyek. Penelitian ini bertujuan membandingkan hasil perhitungan volume struktur beton menggunakan dua perangkat lunak berbasis BIM, yaitu Revit dan Cubicost TAS. Fokus penelitian pada perbandingan Quantity Take Off (QTO) elemen struktur utama seperti kolom, balok, pelat lantai, dan dinding geser pada proyek Data Center. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis komparatif kuantitatif melalui pemodelan 3D dan perhitungan volume dengan Revit dan Cubicost TAS. Data diperoleh dari proyek aktual, kemudian hasil perhitungan dibandingkan untuk mengidentifikasi deviasi serta faktor penyebabnya, meliputi pendekatan pemodelan, pengaturan deduksi volume, dan kesalahan manusia. Hasil menunjukkan deviasi perhitungan antara kedua perangkat lunak, dengan selisih terbesar pada elemen balok sebesar 1,69%. Secara keseluruhan, Cubicost memberikan hasil lebih akurat berkat fitur deduksi otomatis dan pengurangan kesalahan input, sedangkan Revit unggul dalam visualisasi dan koordinasi model BIM. Dengan demikian, kombinasi keduanya direkomendasikan untuk menghasilkan estimasi volume yang efisien dan akurat pada pekerjaan struktur beton.

Abstract

Purpose of the study: The purpose of this activity is to improve halal and good food literacy among Gen Z at As-Shallihudin Vocational School, Malang Regency. Methodology: Implementation methods that refer to the mutually agreed upon analysis of the program situation are discussions, outreach, interactive dialogues. Main Findings: Gen Z's halal and good food literacy is still low, and many are unaware of the urgency and benefits of halal and good food. Applications of this study: This community service is useful for Gen Z in improving halal and good food literacy. Novelty/Originality of this study: Improving halal and good food literacy among Gen Z.

Abstract

Syakira Tour & Travel is a travel agency that provides Umrah and Hajj travel agencies in Bekasi City. Implementation of the Umrah bailout program at Syakira tour & travel to make it easier for prospective pilgrims who want to carry out the Umrah pilgrimage quickly. This research focuses on describing how Syakira Tour implements the Umrah Bailout Fund program for prospective pilgrims. The research method used is a qualitative method with a descriptive type, using interview techniques, observation and documentation. Determining the subject is based on who knows the information needed by the researcher. And the data analysis used uses data reduction models, data presentation and conclusions. The research location is at the Travel Hajj & Umrah Syakira Tour Bekasi. In this research, data analysis uses the interactive analysis model of Miles, Huberman & Saldana. The results of the research conclude that Umrah funding is permissible in view of sharia economic law, as long as prospective pilgrims fulfill the conditions that have been set, such as having good character, good managerial skills, and stable economic conditions. Practice of Umrah funding at PT. Syakira Asfarina Bekasi City was carried out by Amitra (a sharia bank) purchasing Umrah packages in cash from Travel. Prospective pilgrims can go to the travel agency or financing agency first. Regarding the fulfillment of the conditions for obtaining bailout funds is the decision of the financing party.
