Abstract

The success of the teacher in the teaching and learning process is determined by the teacher's performance as an educator. This performance plays an important role in achieving optimal teaching goals. However, in the reality of the teacher's performance shows less encouraging symptoms that many teaching teachers seem to have the lack mastery in teaching materials, media and methods used in the teaching and learning process. They have a tendency to teach the same materials in the following year while some of teachers arestill not being placed in accordance with their educational background. There is also the lack of encouragement from teachers to excel and compete among others. This research is conducted to reveal the contribution of teachers’ motivation and characteristic toward their performance in SMP Ma’arif Metro. The research method used in this research is the quantitative method using Ex Post Facto. The population of this study was all of teacheras many as 38 people and the sampling technique was done by total sampling. The result of the research shows that the teachers’ Motivation is 79.4 % of the ideal maximum score and can be categorized as medium category.Teachers’ motivation contributes significantly towardTeacher’s performance by 41.2 %. While the Teachers’ Characteristics score is 85.30 % of the ideal maximum score and can be categorized as good category.Teachers’ Characteristics contribute significantly towardthe Teachers’ Performance by 28.1 %, while Teachers’ Motivation and Characteristics together contribute significantly toward Teachers’ Performance by 32.7 %. This study found out that the two predictor variables which are the Motivation and Characteristics of Teachers both individually and jointly made a meaningful contribution toward the Teachers’ Performance.

Abstract

This paper discusses Islamic education and its relationship with the informationof ideal criteria and the sources of the noble character. The combination of thosetwo things mentioned is an interesting offer. This illustration becomes, at once,an entry point to state that the education character has something to do withthe spirituality values. In the operational context, the morality education is aneffort to equip the students through counselling, instruction, and training duringtheir growth time. Such effort is meant to create human with a clean heart, goodbehaviour, decent worship to God, and well-behaved response to God’s creation.The morality education, in turn, lead to a holistic personality possessing a highmoral standard in speech, action, attitude, thought, feeling, work, and outputwhich are in line with the religious values, norms, and the noble moral of thenation. The character education should be developed within oneself. It is manifestedin a process or an activity aimed at integrating the essential values. Such is basedon the assumption that human is a creature who possesses the capability to learnand give meaning to essential values existing in their life. Abstract

Allah menciptakan manusia antara lain adalah sebagai khalifah di muka bumi. Berkaitan dengan konsep ini, maka manusia berkewajiban memelihara dan melestarikan lingkungan. Namun, tidak jarang manusia malah merusaka alam dan lingkungan. Hal ini tentunya bertentangan dengan tugas dan fusngsinya sebagai khalifah. Tulisan ini mengeksplorasi hakikat penciptaan mausa dan urgensinya dalam pelestarian lingkungan. Kajian dalam tulisan ini mengacu pada perspektif al-Quran. Berdasarkan kajian yang penulis lakukan dapat didapat kesimpulan bahwa hakekat penciptaan manusia tidak dapat dipisahkan dari alam semesta dan lingkungannya. Salah satu tugas penting yang diamanahkan kepada manusia adalah tugasnya sebagai khalfatullah di muka bumi. Prinsip amanat yang dibebankan kepada manusia sebagai khalifah di muka bumi menghendaki adanya cobaan, ujian dan medan pergulatan antara kebajikan dan keburukan. Manusia diciptakan untuk mengarungi kehidupan dan melaksanakan tugas kekhalifahannya terkait dengan pelestarian alam semesta baik bagi manusia maupun lingkungannya baik di laut, di darat maupun di udara. Manusia di lahirkan ke dunia dibekali dengan kemampuan/ daya cipta, rasa, karsa karya dan daya taqwa. Dalam kaitannya dengan lingkungan, daya tersebut merupakan fungsi eksekutif dalam jiwa manusia. Daya disebut akan mendorong timbulnya pelaksanaan doktrin serta ajaran agama dalam mengemban tugas kekhalifahan dan khususnya dalam pelaksanaan tugas dan tanggungjawab terhadap pelestarian lingkungan alam semesta. The essence of human creation cannot be separated from the universe and its environment. One of the important tasks entrusted to human beings is their duty as khalfatullah on the earth. The principle of the duties assigned to humans as vicegerent on earth leads for hurdle, temptation and struggles between virtues and evils. Humans were created to live and carry out duties related to the preservation the nature of universe for both humans and the environment such as the sea, the land and the air. It has been stressed by Allah in the Quran that the damage in the land and sea was actually caused by human hands. In this context as an-Nas and Bani Adam, to describe the universal values that exist in every human being regardless of background differences in gender, race and ethnicity or their respective faiths, human being born into the world equipped with the ability/ creativity, feeling, creation and faith. Related to the environment, those values are the most executive function in the human soul. It also will encourage the implementation of the doctrine and dogma in the duties as a khalifah and mostly in the duties implementation and responsibilities toward the environment of the universe.

Abstract

This paper discusses the prevention efforts of radical understanding among students through communicative social interactions. This study is a literature study with a psychological approach. Data Research Methods use Library research derived from the literature, research results and various scientific articles and books collected with documentation techniques. The collected data is then analyzed using the content analysis method. This method is operationalized by making inferences – the inferences that can be imitated and valid for data by observing the context. The results of this research are social interactions are indispensable in student life as individuals and community members so communicate and assist and cooperate in achieving common goals desired. Positive social interactions will be able to be a sense of religious understanding among closed and textual students, so they feel as a group that feels most understanding of God's teachings. Therefore, there needs to be a better knowledge and understanding of religion for students and strive to conduct harmonious and communicative social interaction so that students can avoid and be prevented from understanding religious-based radicals and become a person who has a high social concern. Abstract

Dalam konteks pembelajaran, guru dituntut memiliki pengetahuan yang mendalam tentang bagaimana membangun koneksitas antara  manajemen pembelajaran dan pencapaian visi dan misi Lembaga. Lembaga Islami sebagai refleksi dari   komunitas   yang   equilibrum, dapat   dikembangkan   melalui   pencerdasan intelektual, emosional, dan spiritual yang seimbang dalam instrumen pendidikan Islam. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengungkapkan implementasi manajemen pembelajaran Aqidah Akhlak berbasis IESQ dalam membentuk karakter Siswa di Madrasah Aliyah Kabupaten Lampung Selatan, menganalisis dan menemukan hambatan, serta menganalisis, merumuskan, dan menemukan solusi implementasi manajemen pembelajaran Aqidah Akhlak berbasis IESQ dalam membentuk karakter siswa di Madrasah Aliyah Kabupaten Lampung Selatan. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan; jenis penelitian kualitatif. Sumber data didapat dari data primer dan data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah observasi partisipasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi; teknik pengolahan data yaitu klasifikasi data, koding, dan tabulasi, dan teknik analisis data yaitu analisis kualitatif yang meliputi reduksi kata, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan/verifikasi; dan pengujian keabsahan hasil penelitian yaitu credibility, transferability, dependability, dan confirmability. Hasil peneltian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Implementasi manajemen pembelajaran Aqidah Akhlak pada Mata pelajaran akidah akhlak, meliputi: (a) Perencanaan pembelajaran berbasis IESQ (b) Pengorganisasian pembelajaran berbasis IESQ (c) Pelaksanaan pembelajaran (d) Evaluasi pembelajaran berbasis IESQ (2) Persepsi guru Mata pelajaran akidah akhlak terhadap implementasi manajemen pembelajaran yang berbasis IESQ dinilai sangat urgen dan relevan. (3) Hambatan (permasalahan) Guru   Mata pelajaran aqidah akhlak dalam mengimplementasikan pembelajaran Aqidah Akhlak berbasis IESQ adalah guru tidak berdasar pada visi, misi, tujuan, dan kurikulum Mata pelajaran akidah akhlak dalam menyusun tujuan dan kompetensi dasar pembelajaran. (4) Solusi atas  hambatan  (permasalahan) Implementasi  Manajemen Pembelajaran Aqidah Akhlak Berbasis IESQ di yaitu analisis visi, misi, tujuan, dan kurikulum Mata pelajaran akidah akhlak.

Abstract

Pendidikan memegang peranan vital dalam pembangunan bangsa, dan kualitasnya berkontribusi pada peningkatan kualitas hidup serta sumber daya manusia. Di Indonesia, madrasah sebagai institusi pendidikan Islam tidak hanya menyampaikan pengetahuan akademik tetapi juga nilai-nilai agama dan moral. Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi bagaimana efektivitas supervisi pengawas dan kepemimpinan kepala madrasah dapat mempengaruhi kualitas pendidikan di tiga Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) di Provinsi Lampung: MAN 1 Bandar Lampung, MAN 1 Lampung Timur, dan MAN Poncowati Lampung Tengah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi implementasi program supervisi dan kepemimpinan kepala madrasah serta dampaknya terhadap profesionalisme guru. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif untuk menganalisis data mengenai program tahunan, pembinaan guru, pemantauan Standar Nasional Pendidikan (NSP), dan penilaian kinerja. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan program supervisi dan pembinaan guru sering kali kurang optimal, terutama disebabkan oleh keterbatasan sumber daya dan dampak pandemi COVID-19. Penilaian kinerja juga ditemukan tidak konsisten dengan standar yang ditetapkan. Kesimpulannya, efektivitas supervisi dan kepemimpinan di madrasah memerlukan perbaikan dalam hal implementasi program dan penyesuaian dengan tantangan terkini. Rekomendasi termasuk peningkatan metode komunikasi jarak jauh dan adaptasi program pembinaan dalam konteks pembelajaran online, serta evaluasi teknik penilaian yang lebih beragam. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan yang berguna untuk pengembangan kebijakan pendidikan dan peningkatan kualitas pendidikan di madrasah.

Abstract

Budaya kerja guru merupakan salah satu faktor kunci yang mempengaruhi mutu pendidikan di sebuah lembaga. Budaya kerja yang positif, seperti disiplin, profesionalitas, tanggung jawab, dan komitmen terhadap tugas, berperan penting dalam menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang kondusif dan produktif. Sebaliknya, budaya kerja yang kurang baik dapat berdampak negatif terhadap kualitas pendidikan, menghambat perkembangan potensi siswa, dan menurunkan prestasi sekolah secara keseluruhan.  Adapun masalah dalam penelitian di madrasah ibtidaiyah di lampung selatan di antaranya: Bagaimanakah integritas guru dalam meningkatkan mutu Madrasah Ibtidaiyah  di Kabupaten Lampung Selatan, Bagaimanakah profesionalitas guru dalam meningkatkan mutu Madrasah Ibtidaiyah  di Kabupaten Lampung Selatan, Bagaimanakah inovasi guru dalam meningkatkan mutu Madrasah Ibtidaiyah  di Kabupaten Lampung Selatan, Bagaimanakah   tanggung   jawab   guru   dalam meningkatkan mutu Madrasah   Ibtidaiyah   di Kabupaten Lampung Selatan Bagaimanakah keteladanan guru dalam meningkatkan mutu Madrasah Ibtidaiyah  di  Kabupaten Lampung Selatan.   Penelitian ini menggunakan Pendekatan Deskriptif kualitatif. Prosedur pengumpulan data menggunakan metode pengumpulan data observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Sumber Data terdiri dari Pengawas, Kepala Madrasah, siswa dan Guru. Teknik analisa data melalui langkah reduksi data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan/verifikasi.Teknik pemeriksaan keabsahan data didasarkan pada tiga kriteria yaitu triangulasi sumber, triangulasi teknik dan triangulasi waktu.  Penelitian ini mengungkapkan beberapa temuan penting mengenai peran budaya kerja guru dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri (MIN) di Kabupaten Lampung Selatan Integritas ditunjukkan dengan tekad dan kemauan aparatur sipil negara dan guru untuk berbuat baik, bijaksana dalam menyelesaikan  problem  kerja,  mematuhi  aturan  yang  berlaku bagi  aparatur   sipil  negara  dan  aturan  agama   yang  dianut oleh aparatur sipil negara, serta menolak suap, gratifikasi dan korupsi;Inovasi  yang  ditunjukkan  dengan  sistem  program  yang selalu disempurnakan secara berkala, keterbukaan pegawai dam menerima kritik yang membangun, selalu meningkatkan kompetensi dengan  mengikuti  asesmen    yang    berlaku,    dan pemanfaatan  teknologi  dan  informasi  untuk menjalankan  dan mensosialisasikan  program;Tanggung  jawab ditunjukkan dengan penyelesain program yang cukup tepat sesuai dengan target   yang   ditentukan,   serta menerima  evaluasi   yang  konstruktif  dalam program evaluasi triwulan;Keteladanan ditunjukkan dengan palayanan yang baik bagi masyarakat,   dan   adanya   bimbingan   dari   sejawat    aparatur  sipil negara serta kepala MIN 1 Lampung Selatan, MIN 2 Lampung Selatan dan MIN 6 Lampung Selatan.
