Abstract

This research aims to determine dialogical communication in empowering Pelita Desa Nursery partner farmers in Bogor City. The research method uses qualitative. This research involved informants from partner farmers and Pelita Village Nursery staff. The results of this research are that the communication strategy carried out by Pelita Desa Nursery is a dialogical communication strategy which involves an open and responsive exchange of ideas and opinions. This can be seen from the involvement of communicators and communicants in listening to each other carefully, responding with empathy, and building mutually beneficial discussions between Pelita Desa Nursery and partner farmers so that two-way communication can occur which creates a reciprocal process between communicators. with communication built on 1) openness, 2) empathy, 3) supportive attitude, 4) positive attitude, 5) equality.

Abstract

Pornography causes distorted perceptions of social reality or excessive perceptions of various levels of sexual behavior in the general population. Some cases indicate that individuals who repeatedly view pornography may develop mental problems/disorders regarding sexuality. Sexually provocative children may be at increased risk of becoming sexual victims. Furthermore, engaging in sexual social interactions and viewing it as a game can cause emotional disturbances to other children who are exposed at inappropriate ages and sometimes even trigger sexually aggressive behavior. This research aims to understand the perceptions of students in the Pamijahan District regarding Pornography Content on Social Media. The informants in this study are high school students in the Pamijahan district, and the research uses a qualitative method with purposive sampling technique. Adolescents' perceptions of pornography content on social media are processes that allow individuals to choose, categorize, and interpret specific stimuli from the environment and processes that influence individuals.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the Self-Concept of Women in Gunung Menyan Village, Pamijahan District, Bogor Regency. This study uses the phenomenological method of the technique used, namely interviews with 2 female women who died and 2 women who were left divorced. The results of this study found that the self-concept of women left behind has a positive self-concept, while women left divorced have a negative self-concept, but there are also those who have a positive self-concept. women who have a positive self-concept tend to apply a consensual family communication pattern and women who have a negative self-concept tend to apply a protective family communication pattern.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze parental perceptions regarding the use of gadgets by early childhood learners, as well as how such practices are applied at PAUD Nurul Falah, Pamijahan, Bogor. In today’s digital era, gadgets have become an integral part of daily life, including in the routines of young children. This research employed a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collected through direct observation, in-depth interviews with parents and teachers, and documentation of learning activities. The findings reveal that many parents view gadgets positively, particularly as educational tools that can introduce children to basic concepts such as letters, numbers, and language through interactive content. However, some parents expressed concerns over the potential negative impacts of gadget use, such as dependency, reduced social interaction, and behavioral issues. The degree of parental supervision, frequency of use, and the parents’ level of digital literacy were found to be crucial factors in determining the outcomes of gadget usage. This study highlights the importance of active parental involvement in managing and guiding children’s gadget use to ensure its benefits are maximized while minimizing the associated risks.
