Abstract

In the province of East Kalimantan, especially the city of Tana Paser, Paser Regency, has a fairly high population growth, and is a fairly dense city and it is included as a fairly developed city hence many migrants who migrate to trade or to find a job. Based on the results of the Central Bureau of Statistics recording in 2016, the population of Tana Paser city was 50,000 people which make the city of Tana Paser as the city with the largest population in the Southern part of East Kalimantan Province. To find out the traffic density level, it is necessary to analyze and survey the traffic, the results of the analysis show that the surveyed road with the highest density level or the highest Degree of Saturation (DS) is MT Haryono road with DS value of 0.494 with road capacity of 1406 , 725 SMP / hour and total of traversing current of 694,4 SMP / hour followed by road of Untung Suropati with DS equals to 0,441 with road capacity of 2134,458 SMP / hour and total of traversing current equal to 942,350 SMP / hour. For the surveyed road with the lowest density level or the lowest Degree of Saturation (DS) is the Pelopor road with DS value of 0,020 with the road capacity of 2229,323 SMP / hour and the total traversing current is only 45,100 SMP / hour; then Sungai Tuak Sultan Hasanuddin road with DS value of 0,066 with road capacity of 3305,275 SMP / hour and total traversing current only equals to 217,050 hence the road is categorized as quiet road.

Abstract

Abstrak Dalam proyek konstruksi biasanya pihak pengerja dalam hal ini dapat disebut kontraktor lapangan terkadang mengalami beberapa kendala dalam mengerjakan proyek yang tidak mempunyai akses jalan yang baik, permasalahan tersebut adalah sulitnya untuk mobilisasi alat berat.Akan tetapi terkadang pelaksanaan secara manual pun sulit dilaksanakan dikarenakan terbatasnya waktu pengerjaan dan perekrutan pekerja untuk proyek tersebut. Lokasi penelitian untuk ini mencakup daerah Desa tatah alayung kecamatan mandastana kabupaten barito kuala. Metode penelitian data untuk Tugas Akhir ini ialah dengan observasi, yaitu melakukan pengamatan di lapangan berkaitan dengan materi yang dibahas. Observasi dilakukan Daerah Irigasi Rawa (DIR) tanipah Desa Tatah Alayung Kecamatan Mandastana Kabupaten Barito Kuala. Berdasarkan analisis perhitungan didapat Volume pekerjaan galiannya sebesar 216,476.80 m3. Biaya excavator long-arm sebesar 1,928,609,738 rupiah, Biaya excavator long-arm + Ponton sebesar 2,571,479,650 rupiah, dan Biaya excavator standard sebesar 714,480,000 rupiah. Jika pekerjaan dilakukan dengan menggunakan alat-alat manual dan dikerjakan oleh pekerja galian didapatkan hasil sebesar 22,580,000,000 rupiah. Rasio perbandingan biaya antara alat berat dengan pekerjaan manual adalah 2,571,479,650 : 22,580,000,000 atau sama dengan 1 : 8,78 (Bila diambil dari biaya alat berat yang terbesar). Kata kunci : Excavator, Biaya, Pekerja Abstract In construction projects, usually the workman in this case can be called a field contractor, sometimes experiencing some obstacles in working on projects that do not have good road access, the problem is the difficulty of mobilizing heavy equipment. However, sometimes even manual implementation is difficult to carry out due to limited working time and recruitment of workers for the project. The research location for this area includes tatah alayung village, mandastana sub-district, barito kuala district. This data research method is by observation, which is conducting observations in the field relating to the material discussed. Observations were carried out in the Swamp Irrigation Area (DIR) Tanipah, Tatah Alayung Village, Mandastana District, Barito Kuala Regency. Based on the analysis of calculations, the volume of excavation works is 216,476.80 m3. The cost of long-arm excavators is 1,928,609,738 rupiahs, the cost of long-arm excavators + Pontoons is 2,571,479,650 rupiahs, and the cost of standard excavators is 714,480,000 rupiahs. If the work is carried out using manual tools and is carried out by excavated workers, the result is 22,580,000,000 rupiah. The ratio of the cost ratio between heavy equipment with manual work is 2,571,479,650: 22,580,000,000 or equal to 1: 8,78 (If taken from the largest cost of heavy equipment). Abstract

Desa Tantaringin Kecamatan Muhara Harus Kabupaten Tabalong, pada tahun 80-an memiliki Tokoh Alim Ulama terkenal yang berumur lebih dari 100 tahun. Nama beliau adalah KH. Lukman Hakim yang selama hidupnya pernah menuntut ilmu di kota Mekkah selama lebih dari 25 tahun. KH. Lukman Hakim sendiri wafat tahun 1992 dan dimakamkan dikampung halaman beliau yaitu di desa Tataringin. Sebagai penghormatan, saat itu masyarakat bergotong royong membangunkan kubah Makam untuk para para peziarah. Saat ini kondisi kubah makam perlu di rehap karena cat yang menempel pada dinding luar makam sudah terlihat pudar dan mulai mengelupas. Agar saat pemasangan dinding keramik bagian luar nantinya bisa berjalan lancar maka perlu bimbingan dan konsultasi untuk para tukang yang akan mengerjakan agar keramik yang menempel secara vertikal dapat menempel dengan sempurna dan tidak lepas/jatuh nantinya pelu adanya penambahan zat aditif pada campuran semen sebagai alas keramik untuk menempel pada dinding.Untuk itu, tim pengusul pengabdian kepada Masyarakat berkeinginan melaksanakan pengabdian berupa Bimbingan dan Konsultasi pada Pekerjaan Pemasangan Keramik Pada Dinding Luar Kubah Makam KH. Lukman Hakim di Desa Tantaringin, Kecamatan Muhara Harus, Kabupaten Tabalong.Tahap awal adalah mengajukan proposal pengabdian untuk mendapatkan dana pengabdian program pemberdayaan masyarakat, dimana sumber dana dari DIPA POLIBAN sebesar enam juta rupiah. Pelaksanaannya selain melipatkan Kepala Desa Tantaringin, dibantu dengan warga desa, dimana pelaksanaannya sekitar bulan April atau Mei 2023.Dengan selesainya Pekerjaan Pemasangan Keramik Dinding Luar Makam Kubah KH. Lumkan Hakim Di Desa Tantaringin, Kecamatan Muhara Haru, Kabupaten Tabalong, maka masyarakat merasa sangat terbantu khususnya kepada peziarah agar lebih nyaman.

Abstract

The road section of Danau Rawah Village, Timah District, Kapuas Regency, has a length of 1 km with a road width of 3 meters. This section is a local road (rural collector) with 1 lane and 2 directions without a separator median, connecting different subdistricts. The condition of this road is that it is still unpaved and graveled. Therefore, there is a need to plan the appropriate road pavement thickness according to field conditions and in compliance with regulations. This research plans the rigid pavement thickness using the AASHTO 1993 method with a planned lifespan of 20 years. The calculated values include the concrete slab thickness, the thickness of the surface pavement, and soil improvement based on the subgrade's CBR data. The LHR data is obtained through direct surveys as the analytical material to obtain the planned traffic design values. The results obtained in the study of rigid pavement thickness planning using the AASHTO 1993 method for a planned lifespan of 20 years are as follows: the thickness of the concrete slab for the rigid pavement is 20 cm, the thickness of the upper pavement layer is 20 cm, and the process or improvement of the subgrade is 10 cm.

Abstract

New normal as a new way of life in the midst of the coronavirus pandemic whose recovery rate is increasing. New normal is an accelerated step in the handling of Covid-19 in the field of health, social, and economic. Organizing community empowerment program for Warung Soto Banjar Group in The New Normal Period. This activity was held with Soto Rina Group Partners. The purpose of this community service: 1) the use of health protocol; 2) use of masks; 3) the use of sterilized cash; 4) open a soto stall; 5) increase sales; 6) body temperature gauge; 7) keep your distance at Warung Soto Rina. The method used in community service in the Community Empowerment Program scheme is training. This training was facilitated by the Service Team, the pattern applied consisted of: 1) lectures, this model participants were given material about Covid 19 and its way of transmission, new normal, and health protocols in the business place; 2) sharing experience, this model encourages trainees to tell various issues and cases, as well as the settlement strategies used; and 3) discussions, this model is used to stimulate participants to understand and resolve a given case. The results of devotion contribute to the target audience: On-site health protocols are implemented during the new normal period. Sales of Warung Soto Banjar Rina increased.

Abstract

Ruas jalan Kampung Rawah yang berada di Kecamatan Mantangai, Kabupaten Kapuas memiliki Panjang 1,2 km dengan lebar jalan 3 meter. Ruas ini merupakan jalan lokal (kolektor rural) dengan jenis 1 lajur 2 arah tanpa median yang merupakan jalan penghubung Kecamatan di Kalimatan Tengah. Kondisi jalan ini masih belum ada perkerasan beraspal dan berbutir. Karena masalah inilah perlu Analisa dalam perancangan tebal perkerasan jalan sesuai dengan peraturan. Penelitian ini merencanakan perkerasan kaku menggunakan desain dari  Bina Marga 2017 untuk usia perencanaan 40 tahun. Nilai yang dihitung adalah tebal pelat beton, tebal perkerasan atas dan perbaikan tanah dengan data CBR tanah dasar (jika diperlukan). Data LHR didapat dengan melakukan survei langsung sebagai bahan analisis untuk mendapatkan nilai desain lalu lintas rencana. Hasil yang didapat dalam penelitian merancang tebal perkerasan kaku menggunakan metode Bina Marga 2017 pada usia rencana selama empatpuluh tahun yaitu tebal pelat beton pada rigid pavement ( kaku ) sebesar 17,5 cm, dan LMC 10 cm tanpa perbaikan tanah dasar dikarenakan nilai CBR tanah asli >6%.

Abstract

The Banjang, Pulau Nyiur, Batu Mandi road is one of the provincial roads in South Kalimantan located in the Hulu Sungai Utara. This road falls under the jurisdiction of the South Kalimantan Provincial Government and has a total length of 12.5 km. Some parts of this road still lack asphalt pavement, and there are plans for future improvements to enhance driving comfort and facilitate inter-regional transportation. Therefore, there is a need for appropriate pavement thickness planning that aligns with the field conditions and regulations. This study employs the flexible pavement thickness planning method according to the Bina Marga 2017 guidelines, with a design life of 20 years and a traffic growth rate of 3.5%. The surface thickness planning utilizes Asphalt Concrete (AC) with a wearing course (AC WC), and an AC Base layer with LPA Class A aggregate gradation. The results of this study indicate that the calculated flexible pavement thickness using the Bina Marga 2017 method is 58 cm, comprising a 10 cm AC WC layer, an 18 cm AC Base layer, and a 30 cm LPA Class A aggregate layer

Abstract

Earthworks on the Syamsudin Noor Banjarbaru Airport Ring Road Construction Project in 2019 include activities of digging, moving, displacing, leveling, forming the road body and compacting embankment soil in a loose volume of 375,000.00 m3 in solid with laterite soil type (chosen fill) . The heavy equipment used will be calculated for productivity, tool requirements and operational costs for each tool, namely: Komatsu PC 200 Excavator, Nissan Hino FM 260 JD 16 m3 Dump Truck, Catterpillar D6R Bulldozer, Catterpillar 120 G Motor Grader and Vibratory Roller Bomag Komatsu BW 217 D. Analysis and calculations using data analysis methods include material analysis, work implementation methodology, equipment production calculations, tool requirements, and equipment operating costs to complete the work. The results of the analysis show that Excavator productivity is 150.70 m3/hour, number of 3 units, operational costs Rp. .77m3/hour, number of 2 units, operational costs Rp. 1,617,521,830.24, Motor Grader productivity 1,392 m3 / hour, quantity 1 unit, operational costs Rp. 247,830,796, 12 and Vibratory Roller productivity 241.07 m3 / hour, number of 2 units, operational costs Rp. 757. 806,142.93. with a total cost of using heavy equipment for earthworks of Rp. 8,481,158,634.27
