Abstract

The aims of this research gender are to describe; 1) The women teachers background at Muhammadiyah school – Surakarta have no ambition to be principal and 2) the relation with doubled role as house wife and teacher. The research subject is case study of women teachers at Muhammadiyah school-Surakarta. Data collection used is: in depth interview towards premmier sources and regarded to know their attitude carrier, while data analysis used Capacities and Vulnerabilities Analysis (CVA) technique. The research result showed that; 1)Women teachers background at Muhammadiyah school – Surakarta have no ambition to be principals, the reasons are; a) Carrier development system and principal candidates recruitment process is conducted by Dinas or foundation is not transparent; b) The role as house wife spend too much times and energy. 2) The conducting of doubled role of women teachers as house wife created role conflict in her profession, thus, structural carrier development did not do in good way.

Abstract

The objectives of the study are: a) to find out the basic regulations regarding the handling of child victims of violence in Wonogiri Regency; b) to find out the role of the Wonogiri Regency Blood Government in the handling of child victims of violence in Wonogiri Regency. This type of research in this research is descriptive-qualitative. In this study the approach used in solving problems is to use a juridical-empirical approach. The results of the research obtained are the commitment of the state to guarantee efforts to protect children formulated in the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia (UUD 1945) Article 28B paragraph (2) which explains that every child has the right to survival, growth and development and is entitled to protection from violence and discrimination. To guarantee the implementation of this commitment, Law Number 23 of 2002 concerning Child Protection has been amended with Law Number 35 of 2014 concerning Amendment to Law Number 23 of 2002 concerning Child Protection. Forms of violence against children or violations against children in the household environment as regulated in Act Number 23 of 2004 concerning the Elimination of Domestic Violence article 5 mentions forms of violence. Firstly physical violence, secondly psychological violence, thirdly sexual violence, and fourthly neglect of the household. Wonogiri Regency Regional Regulation Number 13 Year 2016 concerning Establishment and Organizational Structure of the Wonogiri Regency Apparatus.

Abstract

Identification is something that is very mandatory for the front guard in processing crime scenes at the Central Java Regional Police Investigation, especially in making a police record certificate (SKCK). This identification is known as INAFIS (Indonesia Automatic Finger Print Identification System). The duties of employees in the INAFIS unit require high levels of foresight and accuracy. Therefore, employee job satisfaction in the INAFIS unit needs to be considered. This research aims to analyze the influence of teamwork, career development and service on employee job satisfaction at the INAFIS unit of the Central Java Regional Police with Organizational Commitment as an intervening variable. This research analysis uses a quantitative data analysis technique using a questionnaire to collect the required primary data through a questionnaire method. The sample in this study was 148 which was obtained through the proportional simple sampling method, where all populations have the same opportunity to be selected as samples. The analysis used to process the data is multiple regression analysis using SPSS software. The results of this research show that only career development and service have a significant effect on the level of organizational commitment. Teamwork, career development and service have a significant effect on the level of job satisfaction, while organizational commitment does not significantly influence job satisfaction. The findings in this study reveal that organizational commitment mediates the effect of service on job satisfaction.

Abstract

Advances in internet technology have given development to buying and selling online. This causes the consumer's position to become weaker in front of the seller because the product to be purchased cannot be checked directly, so if defects are hidden, this can harm consumers. Due to the large number of cases of product defects that occur, this paper will discuss liability for product defects both from the perspective of the electronic transaction information law and according to marketplace policies. According to the ITE Law liability can be in the form of imprisonment and according to the marketplace policy, it will get accumulated penalty points. This study uses normative research methods whereas the data collection technique uses library research. The purpose of this research is so that people who are victims of product defects know what steps to take in seeking accountability according to applicable laws and policies.
