Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk; (1) meningkatkan pemahaman tentang analisis pendapatan nasional dengan menerapkan Teori Atribusi Weiner, (2) sejauh mana peningkatan hasil belajar mahasiswa dari penerapan Teori Atribusi Weiner, dan (3) bagaimana tanggapan mahasiswa terhadap penerapan Teori Atribusi Weiner.Penelitian tindakan kelas ini menggunakan model alir dari Kemmis dan Taggart yang terdiri dari kegiatan perencanaan, tindakan, observasi dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian Mahasiswa semester IIa tahun ajaran 2006-2007 penempuh mata kuliah Ekonomi Makro. Pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, angket, tes dan wawancara, sedangkan analisis data menggunakan analisis interaktif dari Milles Huberman.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) penerapan Teori Atribusi Weiner yang disisipkan dalampembelajaran langsung dapat meningkatkan pemahaman mahasiswa tentang analisis pendapatannasional; (2) penerapan Teori Atribusi Weiner meningkatkan hasil belajar mahasiswa sebesar 58poin, yaitu dari rata-rata 35,43 menjadi 93,43; (3) tanggapan mahasiswa terhadap penerapan Teori Atribusi Weiner sangat positif. Penerapan Teori Atribusi Weiner yang disisipkan dalam pembelajaran langsung dilakukan dengan prosedur; (1) lakukan penilaian atas hasil kerja mahasiswa secara langsung dan beri komentar dan penguatan verbal dan non-verbal untuk memberikan persepsi keberhasilan dan kegagalan. Bangga apabila hasil pekerjaannya benar dan akan malu apabila pekerjaannya tidak benar; dan (2) tumbuhkan ego-involvement di kelas dengan menyadarkan bahwa tugas yang dibebankan menjadi pertaruhan harga diri. Upaya yang dilakukan dengan menunjukkan secara terbuka atas hasil pekerjaan mahasiswa di depan kelas.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui persepsi masyarakat kota Surakarta tentang ke-beradaan PKL sebagai sektor usaha informal ditinjau dari aspek ekonomis, sosial dan hukum, serta mengumpulkan alternatif saran/pendapat penanganan PKL agar keberadaannya bernilai positif bagi pembangunan kota.Variabel penelitian adalah persepsi, Dasar persepsi ; pendidikan, sosial, dan motivasi sebagai variabel bebas (X) dan aspek tinjauan; ekonomi, sosial dan hukum sebagai variabel tergantung (Y). Pengumpulan data menggunakan daftar angket berstrukturPopulasi meliputi; seluruh warga kota yang berumur 15 tahun keatas (357.522 jiwa). Sampel acak menggunakan kombinasi purposive-stratified-quota sampling. Tempat komunitas sampel meliputi; kantor, jalan, pasar/pusat pertokoan, sekolah, dan tempat lainnya sebanyak 200 responden.Analisa data menggunakan statistik deskriptif. Analisis korelasi dan regresi partial variabel X dan Y menghasilkan kesimpulan; semakin tinggi tingkat pendidikan, jenis pekerjaan, jumlah pendapatan, jabatan sosial/ketokohan dan motivasi warga, mereka akan mempersepsi lebih positif keberadaan PKL, baik dari tinjauan aspek ekonomi, sosial dan hukum, walaupun tidak dominan. Analisis deskripsi menyimpulkan; menurut tinjauan aspek ekonomi, PKL sebaiknya di pertahankan dan diberdayakan karena berdampak positif pada perekonomian kota. Menurut tinjauan dari aspek sosial, keberadaan PKl berdampak negatif terhadap keindahan kota dan memicu peningkatan arus urbanisasi, tetapi berdampak positif terhadap penurunan angka pengangguran. Dari tinjauan aspek hukum, PKL dinilai sebagai usaha yang ‘liar’, tidak berijin usaha dan menempati lahan bukan peruntukan.Alternatif penanganan; Pemkot cq. Dinas Pengelola PKL harus secara konsisten melakukan penataan, pembinaan, penyuluhan dan pemberdayaan terprogram agar keberadaan PKL mampu mendukung program pembangunan kota.

Abstract

The particular objective of this research is to describe the orientation shift trend of vendor sellers business in Surakarta city prior, during and post the monetary crisis in order to obtain rectification of Bazaar Economy of Clifford Geertz, and Order Theory and Regulation Theory of Evers. H.D. This qualitative research of case study tried to describe the condition, activity and the development of vendor sellers’ orientation in Surakarta before ( 1997), during (1997 to 2004) and after monetary crisis (2004-recently) occurred in Indonesia, particularly in Surakarta city. The place of the research is in Surakarta city with the following data source; vendor sellers with all their activities, all the former public officials and officials associated to vendor sellers during and after the monetary crisis. The participants are selected through purposive sampling integrated with snowball sampling using key informant. The data are analyzed using interactive analysis from Miles and Huberman, through three stages activity namely, data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing/verification. The conclusions of this research are as follows; 1) the vendor sellers’ orientation prior and during the monetary crisis comply to the informal sectors characteristics according to Clifford Geertz’s Bazaar Economy and Order Theory and Regulation Theory of Hans-Dieter Evers but the characteristics on post-monetary crisis have altered; 2) The vendor sellers’ characteristics after the monetary crisis can be classified into two namely the static group and dynamic group. The first group is dominated by vendor sellers, who have capital, management limitation and their business as subsistence. The later group is dominated by vendor sellers who have big capital, administered using modern management and have become the business to increase welfare. The inclination of orientation shift of vendor sellers in Surakarta city is developing slowly and developmental.

Abstract

The research aimed to describe the model of PKL coaching held by Surakarta City Government in the shape of arranging coaching (empowerment) model with several programmed and sustainable approaches, so that it could assure people economic activity settlement and support city development program, including Creative City Action Program. This study explored and described PKL coaching clinic held by Surakarta City Government, and the result would be a material for appropriate coaching model development. The data collection methods were documentation and in-depth interview with key source person, after that the data to be analyzed with SWOT and critical analysis.  The results revealed: 1) coaching and counseling in the shape of PKL is currently not effective; 2) the program cannot fully assist to get capital loan. 3) The City Government provides shelter, chart, tent, and umbrella as free facilities; 4) The SIP will be issued soon; 5) administer events that involving PKL such as night selling centre GALABO, Night market in Ngarsopuro, Car Free Day in Slamet Riyadi and Pucangsawit street, Sunday Market in Manahan Stadium.

Abstract

Sesuai Permendiknas No. 16 Tahun 2007, kegiatan PPL merupakan ajang untuk membentuk dan membina kompetensi yang dipersyaratkan oleh profesi kependidikan. Pertanyaan penelitian ini adalah sudah sesuaikah pelaksanaan PPL telah memberikan bekal kompetensi bagi calon guru ? Sehingga tujuan penelitian ini adalah; 1) untuk mengevaluasi pelaksanaan PPL dalam memberikan bekal kompetensi guru pada mahasiswa; (2) mengetahui berbagai hambatan dalam pelaksanaan PPL.Penelitian deskriptif kualitatif ini menggunakan sumber data mahasiswa Pendidikan Akuntansiyang telah melakukan PPL dan dokumen yang berhubungan dengan pelaksanaan PPL. Data dikunpulkan menggunakan angket, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Untuk menguji validitas data digunakan model triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi metode. Sedangkan teknik analisis data menggunakan model analisis interaktif.Hasil penelitian ini antara lain: 1) Observasi sekolah memberikan informasi dan kesempatan mengobservasi secara langsung lingkungan sekolah dan kelas; 2) Sebagian besar mahasiswa mengajar mata pelajaran non-akuntansi dan non-ekonomi yang tidak sesuai dengan program studinya; 3) Kesempatan latihan mengajar terbimbing dinilai kurang, rata-rata hanya 2 kali, dan sebagian tidak pernah mendapatkan bimbingan secara khusus baik dari guru pamong; 4) Kesempatan latihan mengajar mandiri 4 kali lebih; 5) pengalaman menyusun RPP cukup; 6) Mahasiswa cukup mendapat pengalaman tugas di luar praktik mengajar, khususnya piket dan membantu kegiatan ekstra kurikuler; 7) Hasil penguasaan standard dan kompetensi dasar guru cukup memadai, 8) Mahasiswa masih banyak yang mengambil mata kuliah teori di semester bawah, 9) Kuliah teori di kampus sangat menganggu konsentrasi mahasiswa, 10) Penguasaan dan kemampuan menerapkan metode dan media pembelajaran sangat kurang.

Abstract

The future of this nation depends on the quality of its young generation. Sexual violence against daughters that is rampant today can damage the growth of the spiritual and physical body of the young generation. For this reason, a preventive solution is needed for prevention. This initial study will identify the characteristics of sexual violence against girls which occur in two regions, namely Wonogiri and Boyolali. This research was the qualitative descriptive analytic study that explored and described the characteristics of sexual violence against girls in the two regions. Data was collected through in-depth interviews and document review of key informants, PPA Polres officers, Head of P2TP3A, Head of Women and Children Protection, Solopos.com news and Kompasanda.com, and other key informants. Data were analysed using GAP techniques to obtain insightful initial data. The research conclusion is as follows. a) Most intrafamilial abuses are carried out by stepfather, biological father, victim's sibling and grandfather. b) Extrafamilial violence abuse is carried out by the same age victim’s friends and playing that mocking the victims in abuzz and begin with alcoholic parties. The perpetrator with the status of a boyfriend is difficult to trace, and the actual cases are very large in number. c) Institutional violence abuse often occurs in elementary and junior high schools with the perpetrators is a teacher. The victims are more than one student. d) Ritualistic abuse takes the form of shamanic practices. The triggers are such as; a) inharmonious family situation, b) unfavourable economic conditions, c) unhealthy social environment, d) the negative influence of social media use, e) unstable psychological conditions, and f) superficial understanding of religion

Abstract

The sustainable issue of street vendor (PKL) management in Surakarta needs a programed supervision model in order to make PKL growing and having greater impact. The research aimed to arrange a PKL coaching model which is well programmed and sustainable to make PKL become a power of stable economic people and capable to suppport many city development programs including The City Creatif Action Program year 2017-2021. This improvisation research studied the first year research findings with the colleagues who have responsibility in PKL supervision, observer and practitioner, in turn developing a programed and sustainable model. The critical analysis was used to analyze the data which is analyze the weaknesses and strength a model so that it become the most suitable model. The coaching is arranged as follows: (1) The implementation syntax consists of: bring around and forming attitude leads up to care and aware attitude, expand knowledge transformation, capability, basic skills, and intellectual skill improvement in order to develop initiative and innovation skill to reach an autonomy. (2) The coaching scope consists of: a) arrange a stable business environment, b) capital assistance, c) business protection, d) partnership development, e) training, f) establish special institution, g) promotion development, h) develop facilities and infrastructure. (3) Coaching PKL based on counseling and guidance. (4) Implementation of counseling and developing PKL consists of: a. Counseling and developing in production and processing, b. Marketing, c. Human resources, d. technology.

Abstract

The aims of this research gender are to describe; 1) The women teachers background at Muhammadiyah school – Surakarta have no ambition to be principal and 2) the relation with doubled role as house wife and teacher. The research subject is case study of women teachers at Muhammadiyah school-Surakarta. Data collection used is: in depth interview towards premmier sources and regarded to know their attitude carrier, while data analysis used Capacities and Vulnerabilities Analysis (CVA) technique. The research result showed that; 1)Women teachers background at Muhammadiyah school – Surakarta have no ambition to be principals, the reasons are; a) Carrier development system and principal candidates recruitment process is conducted by Dinas or foundation is not transparent; b) The role as house wife spend too much times and energy. 2) The conducting of doubled role of women teachers as house wife created role conflict in her profession, thus, structural carrier development did not do in good way.
