Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi resiliensi individu guru SMA/SMK di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta (DIY), menganalisis, dan menguji secara empiris pengaruh ketujuh aspek resiliensi terhadap resiliensi individu. Analisis dan pengujian menggunakan instrumen skala resiliensi personal dengan mengadopsi dari teori yang dikembangkan oleh Reivich dan Shatte. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah seluruh guru SMA/SMK di DIY, dengan pengambilan sampel minimum menggunakan rumus Lamshow sebanyak 249 guru SMA/SMK dengan teknik purposive sampling dan analisis data menggunakan SEM (Structural Equation Model) dengan bantuan software Lisrel 8.54. Temuan utama penelitian ini menunjukkan tingkat resiliensi individu guru SMA/SMK di DIY dengan mendasarkan pada tujuh faktor resiliensi individu yaitu aspek emotional regulation, impulse control, optimism, causal analysis, empathy, self-efficacy, and reaching out. Hasil analisis SEM menunjukkan bahwa aspek resiliensi individu guru SMA/SMK di DIY yang memiliki pengaruh paling dominan adalah aspek keempat (optimism), aspek kedua (impulse control), aspek keenam (aspect self efficacy), aspek ketiga (aspect empathy), aspek kelima (aspect causal analysis). Adapun aspek resiliensi individu guru SMA/SMK di DIY yang memiliki pengaruh terendah pada aspek ketujuh (reaching out) dan aspek kesatu (emotional regulation). Resilience of high school/vocational school teachersThe purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence the individual resilience of SMA/SMK teachers in Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta(DIY), analyze and empirically test the influence of the seven aspects on individual resilience using the individual resilience scale instrument adopted from Reivich and Shatte. The research population was all high school teachers in Yogyakarta, with a minimum sampling using the Lamshow formula of 249 high school teachers with purposive sampling technique and data analysis using SEM (Structural Equation Model) with the help of Lisrel 8.54 software. The main finding of the research is the individual resilience of high school teachers in Yogyakarta, which looks at seven individual resilience factors: emotional regulation, impulse control, optimism, causal analysis, empathy, self-efficacy, and reaching out. Based on the results of SEM analysis, explain that the most dominant aspects of individual resilience of high school teachers in DIY are the fourth aspect (aspect of optimism), the second aspect (aspect of impulse control), the sixth aspect (aspect of self-efficacy), the third aspect (aspect empathy), the fifth aspect (aspect causal analysis), and the lowest in the seventh aspect (aspect reaching out) and the first aspect (aspect emotional regulation.

Abstract

Kegiatan PPM ini bertujuan untuk menggelorakan spirit perbaikan dan peningkatan mutu sekolah. Upaya tersebut memerlukan berbagai pendekatan, baik struktural maupun kultural. Pendekatan kultural memusatkan perhatian pada kesadaran dan komitmen warga sekolah tentang pentingnya nilai-nilai. Nilai-nilai inti budaya sekolah bersumber dari sekolah dan disepakati bersama oleh warga sekolah. Nilai-nilai tersebut perlu ditransformasikan untuk menginspirasi warga sekolah dalam peningkatan prestasi dan kinerja. Metode kegiatan adalah pelatihan dengan sasaran kepala sekolah, guru, dan perwakilan orang tua siswa di dua sekolah dasar di wilayah Kecamatan Ngaglik, Kabupaten Sleman. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa transformasi dapat dilakukan setelah nilai-nilai inti budaya sekolah digali dan disepakati bersama. Sekolah perlu mengidentifikasi keunggulan, potensi, tantangan, dan hambatan dalam upaya perbaikan sekolah. Hasilnya menjadi pertimbangan dalam menentukan solusi terhadap problem kontekstual di sekolah. Upaya perbaikan sekolah memerlukan pelibatan orang tua siswa dan kemitraan dengan institusi lain dalam seluruh tahapan proses kebijakan. Mulai dari perancangan, perumusan, implementasi, dan evaluasi program yang mendukung upaya perbaikan sekolah. Kata Kunci: transformasi, nilai budaya, sekolah dasar

Abstract

The study aims to identify: patterns of multicultural education that foster tolerance in SMA BOPKRI 2, SMA N 3, and SMA Al-Azhar 9 Yogyakarta, and the ideal pattern of multicultural education for developing tolerance in senior high schools. The research employed a qualitative descriptive approach. The research subjects included the principal, vice principal, and subject teachers. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data were analyzed using an interactive model consisting of data collection, data condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The validity of the data was ensured through triangulation of techniques and sources. The results showed that multicultural education patterns play an important role in developing tolerance in high schools. Specifically: SMA BOPKRI 2 Yogyakarta implemented a multicultural approach in accordance with its mandate, vision, mission, and objectives as a multicultural school; SMA Negeri 3 applied a diversity literacy approach, emphasizing the management of student diversity across ethnic, racial, cultural, linguistic, and religious backgrounds; and SMA Al-Azhar 9 practiced an open and inclusive model of multicultural education aligned with the Islamic principle of Wasathiyah (moderation). The ideal model, which represents the novelty of this research, was conceptualized from the patterns identified in the three schools and is termed the “Moderate Tolerance Empathy Model of Multicultural Education.” This model emphasizes the values of moderate tolerance and empathy as key drivers of mindset, attitudes, and behavior in multicultural senior high schools.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan profil dan perbedaan kesadaran multikultural generasi Z yang direpresentasikan oleh mahasiswa UNY. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif dengan menggabungkan metode kuantitatif dan kualitatif (metode campuran). Populasi penelitian adalah mahasiswa Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta sejumlah 29.983 mahasiswa dengan pengambilan sampel secara acak multistage random sampling. Pelaksanaannya dilakukan dengan membagi populasi menjadi dua bagian, yaitu kelompok mahasiswa eksakta dan mahasiswa sosial-humaniora kemudian diambil sampelnya. Teknik penarikan sampel menggunakan rumus Lemeshow diperoleh sampel sebesar 95,73. Untuk menghindari adanya respon yang droup out maka jumlah sampel dibulatkan menjadi 200 orang untuk masing-masing kelompok mahasiswa eksakta dan mahasiswa sosial-humaniora dengan total 400 mahasiswa untuk kedua kelompok. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang diadopsi dari kuesioner yang dikembangkan oleh Tim Zamroni dan kawan-kawan. Analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis data kuantitatif dengan statistik uji-t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan kesadaran multikultural mahasiswa berdasarkan latar belakang keilmuan, yaitu mahasiswa dari fakultas sosial humaniora dan mahasiswa dari fakultas sains. Perbedaan ini menunjukkan bahwa latar belakang sosial budaya berimplikasi pada perbedaan kesadaran budaya. Diperlukan program yang holistik untuk memperkuat kesadaran multikultural di kalangan generasi Z. The purpose of this research was to describe the profile of multicultural awareness of the students' of Yogyakarta State University (UNY). This study used a descriptive approach by combining quantitative and qualitative methods (mix methods). The quantitative approach is used as the main method and the qualitative approach as the secondary method. The research population was students of Yogyakarta State University with a total of 29983 people. Multistage random sampling was conducted by dividing the population into two parts, namely groups of exact science students and social-humanities students, then the samples were taken. The sampling technique using the Lemeshow formula, obtained a sample of  95.73. To avoid a dropout of responses, the number of samples was rounded up to 200 people for each group of exact science students and social-humanities students with a total of 400 students for both groups. The data collection technique used a questionnaire which was adopted from the questionnaire developed by Tim Zamroni et al. Data analysis was quantitative analysis using T-test statistics. The results indicate that there are differences of the students'multicultural awareness based on scientific backgrounds, such as social humanities and science. This difference shows that scientific backgrounds can form different multicultural awareness. Socio-cultural background influences multicultural experiences in cultural communication and adaptation in social interactions. A holistic program is requiered to strengthen multi-cultural awareness among generation Z.

Abstract

Usia anak adalah usia emas untuk mengembangkan potensi kecerdasan majemuk yang dimiliki. Akan tetapi, selama ini kegiatan pendidikan sering direduksi sebagai kegiatan pengajaran dan persekolahan yang terpusat pada transfer pengetahuan secara statis dan terkadang lupa untuk mengembangkan kecerdasan non akademik. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pelatihan guru Aisyiyah kabupaten Banyuwangi dalam mengembangkan potensi kecerdasan majemuk anak usia dini. Metode yang digunakan berupa ceramah dialogis, latihan (simulasi), dan pendampingan. Dari 38 sasaran, hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa 49.74% puas, 48.70% sangat puas, dan hanya 1.56% tidak puas terhadap isi, metode, maupun fasilitas yang disediakan. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa isi materi sesuai dan dapat menambah pengetahuan guru untuk diaplikasikan di lingkungan kerjanya. Guru juga merasa mendapat pengalaman baru karena belum pernah mengikuti pelatihan serupa sebelumnya. Oleh karena itu, untuk meningkatkan profesionalitas guru, pelatihan semacam ini perlu dilanjutkan dan ditingkatkan. Children's intelligence development training for Aisyiyah kindergarten teachersEarly childhood is the golden age to develop their potential multiple intelligences. However, educational activities have often been reduced as teaching and schooling which centered on static transfer of knowledge and sometimes forget to develop non-academic intelligence. This paper aims to describe Aisyiyah teachers training in Banyuwangi Regency to develop the potential multiple intelligence in early childhood. We used dialogical lectures, exercises (simulations), and assistance as the methods. The results showed that 49.74% of 38 participants were satisfied, 48.70% were very satisfied, and only 1.56% were dissatisfied with the contents, methods, and facilities provided. This shows that contents of the material improve teacher's knowledge and could be applied in the teaching environment. The teacher also feels that they gained new experience because never attended a similar training before. Therefore, this kind of training needs to be continued and improved to improve teacher professionalism.
