Abstract

The purpose of this research is to establish how the service quality and user-friendliness of the OVO digital wallet contribute to overall customer satisfaction (studies on OVO users in Jatinegara district, East Jakarta). The research that was conducted was of the descriptive quantitative variety, and one of the methods for gathering data was the use of questionnaires. The results of the analysis of the data obtained in this study indicated that the quality of the service provided has an effect on the level of customer satisfaction. Specifically, the P-Value of 0.006 indicated that the probability value was less than 0.05, which indicates that this hypothesis is supported by the data. There is a correlation between ease of use and customer happiness, as indicated by the P-Value of 0.000, which indicates that the likelihood value is lower than 0.05. Both the Level of Service Quality and the Ease of Use are Important Factors That Influence Customers' Level of Satisfaction.

Abstract

The goal of this study is to look at the elements that influence employee performance at the PT Bank BNI Pejompongan consumer credit processing center division. Work discipline, the work environment, salary, and work ability are examples of these factors. The current study is a descriptive and correlational study, and the statistical analysis method used was the coefficient of determination, which was completed with SPSS version 25.0. According to the findings, the variable "Work Discipline" had an effect on Employee Performance, while the variable "Work Environment" had an effect on Employee Performance, the variable "Compensation" had an effect on Employee Performance, and the variable "Work Ability" had no effect on Employee Performance. Employee performance is influenced by elements such as work discipline, work environment, compensation, and work ability all at the same time.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh beban kerja, tingkat stres dan turnover karyawan terhadap kebijakan Work From Home bagiPT. Inovasi Digital Astrajingga. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan strategi asosiatif dengan perhitungan statistik deskriptif menggunakan software SPSS versi 26.0. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa tidak terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara beban kerja terhadap kebijakan WFH. Tingkat Stress terhadap Kebijakan WFH tidak berpengaruh signifikan dan Turnover Intention terhadap Kebijakan WFH tidak berpengaruh signifikan. Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa tidak terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara beban kerja, tingkat stres dan intensi turnover terhadap kebijakan bekerja dari rumah pada karyawan PT. Inovasi Digital Astrajingga.
