Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kewirausahaan dan pemahaman e-commerce anggota kelompok pemasar dan pengolah ikan di kabupaten Bantul. Pre survey menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas masyarakat pesisir belum secara kreatif memanfaatkan potensi ikan menjadi diversifikasi makanan yang memiliki daya jual tinggi. Pemasaran hasil olahan perikanan masih terbatas di tingkat lokal, sebagian kecil dipasarkan keluar kabupaten Bantul. Kegiatan ini sebagai salah satu solusi yang ditawarkan tim pengabdi untuk mengatasi kesenjangan pemahaman teknologi informasi di kalangan kelompok pemasar dan pengolah ikan serta rendahnya ketrampilan pemasaran dan kewirausahaan mereka.  Metode pelaksanaannya meliputi ceramah, diskusi, praktik dan evaluasi. Model pendekatan yang dilakukan pada program aksi meliputi: 1) Model Partisipatory Rural Appraisal (PRA); 2) Model Entrepreneurship Capacity Building (ECB); dan 3) Model Teknologi Transfer (TT). Selain itu, juga dilakukan program advokasi pendampingan dan pertemuan berkala. Hasil pelaksanaan :1) Program Pengabdian memberi manfaat ekonomis integrated marketing komoditas olahan ikan 2) Metode pendampingan cukup efektif oleh peserta terutama dalam mengenalkan e-commerce. Peserta menyadari bahwa e-commerce bukan semata untuk menunjang pemasaran namun juga untuk pencarian bahan baku, memetakan pasar, mengendalikan stabilitas harga dan memperluas jaringan bisnis.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini ditawarkan sebagai solusi akan minimnya akses teknologi informasi serta rendahnya pemahaman pada persoalan hoax dan info pemilu 2019.  Hal ini berawal dari kondisi pre survey pengabdi bahwa di lokasi desa mitra, yakni di kecamatan Umbulharjo. Menjelang pemilu langsung Presiden tahun 2019,  sebagai salah satu kecamatan terbesar kota Yogyakarta, Umbulharjo tak luput dari sasaran fenomena hoax. Pemilih perempuan mudah dipengaruhi secara emosional. Di samping itu, rata-rata perempuan memiliki  pendidikan lebih rendah dari laki-laki, akses terhadap infromasi politik pun lebih  rendah. Mengingat lebih seringnya emosi yang mendominasi sehingga perempuan sering tidak sadar untuk menahan diri menyebarkan hoax. Berdasarkan latar belakang tersebut, hal yang menarik persoalan yang dijumpai di lokasi mitra: kurangnya pemahaman politik perempuan, hoax sulit ditangkal oleh masyarakat dan  kurangnya kesadaran warga untuk menahan diri menyebarkan hoax tanpa sadar. Berangkat dari akar permasalahan tersebut,  tim IbDM UWMY menawarkan solusi berupa literasi media yang sejalan dengan keseriusan pemerintah untuk menciptakan situasi politik yang kondusif jelang pemilu langsung Presiden Indonesia tahun 2019. Pendekatan yang dilakukan pada program aksi yakni Model Partisipatory Rural Appraisal (PRA), dengan teknik penyuluhan dan praktek.Digiatkannya gerakan literasi digital menjadi penting sebagai upaya menyadarkan masyarakat tentang peningkatan penguasaan teknologi digital dan alat komunikasi untuk mengakses, menerima, menganalisis dan mengevaluasi informasi dengan efektif. Dengan Gerakan Literasi Digital ini, masyarakat dilatih untuk mengoptimalkan kebaikan bermedsos, mengakses informasi yang positif serta mengajak masyarakat bersikap kritis dalam menerima informasi.

Abstract

Efforts to empower people in managing Pentingsari tourism villages are described through aspects of access to natural resources that are managed as tourism objects and local wisdom, human resources that have the potential to become managers and establish cooperation with the tourism agency and the private sector (banking). The aspect of participation has been manifested in community participation in various village tourism activities (reception, attractions, companion activities and others). The Control Aspect has been carried out by the Sleman Regency Tourism Office through mentoring activities such as the Tourism Village festival competition which is held once a year, and the evaluation every two years on all Tourism Villages in Sleman Regency and the establishment of a communication forum between Tourism Villages. The benefit aspect for the community from the tourism village management is in the form of material (wages as a companion to the activity) and non-material benefits in the form of capacity building regarding the management of the tourism village, organizational management, financial management and improvement of group work

Abstract

Implementation of revolving fund management as a follow-up to Bantul Regent Regulation No. 47 of 2017 concerning Mechanisms for Disbursement, Distribution and Revolving Fund Refunds for Market Traders. The purpose of the study was to determine the implementation of revolving fund management in Rakyat Imogiri market, Bantul Regency and to find out the smoothness of beneficiaries, returns and monitoring of effective, transparent and accountable evaluation of revolving funds. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative. The implementation of revolving fund management in Rakyat Imogiri market is seen from (1) The achievement of applications and verification through the ability of officers in achieving tasks. (2) Compliance with procedures through conformity of rules and loan mechanisms by traders. (3) Satisfaction is seen from the side of the traders who use it and the officers who carry it out quite well. Matters that affect the implementation of revolving fund management (1) Beneficiaries know the loan application requirements and the verification team works according to the rules. (2) Merchants receive benefits with an easy process and in accordance with applicable regulations. (3) Monitoring and evaluation there are a number of traders carrying out their installment obligations that are not on time and there are loans that come to a standstill due to the death of the borrower

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini ditawarkan sebagai solusi terhadap kesenjangan antaraketrampilan dan pengetahuan siswa SMA selaku mitra terhadap jurnalistik online. Selain itumitra memerlukan pemberian motivasi kepada pelajar mengenai pentingnya pemanfaatanteknologi informasi bagi kehidupan mereka. Selanjutnya, mitra belum sepenuhnya mampumenggunakan aplikasi–aplikasi yang ada dalam internet. Dengan perpaduan penyuluhan danpraktek, pengabdian masyarakat ini berhasil melakukan rekayasa sosial yakni pelajamendapatkan pemahaman pengetahuan dan keterampilan jurnalistik online. Para pelajar semakinmemahami fungsi internet dalam mencari referensi/literatur untuk mata pelajaran. Ketertarikansiswa terhadap aneka aplikasi internet perlu diimbangi dengan penguasaan dan ketrampilanpengelolaan input data, penyajian konten tulisan/gambar/karikatur/video yang menarik. Timpengabdi mengusulkan pelatihan literasi media dan jurnalistik online diselenggarakanberkesinambungan. Luaran program berupa publikasi artikel melalui Jurnal Ilmiah Padma SrKreshna dan publikasi media cetak/online kampus.

Abstract

Kaum millenial menjadi kelompok yang paling sering menjadi sasaran bullying di media sosial. Para pelajar sekolah merupakan kelompok yang paling rentan terdampak cyberbullying baik di perkotaan maupun pedesaan. Kondisi ini memerlukan solusi dan pemikiran serius tentang pengasuhan anak di era new normal. Pendampingan anak tidak hanya pemberian rasa nyaman dan menghindarkan anak dari perilaku menyimpang, akan tetapi orangtua semestinya memperhatikan aktivitas kesehatan dan keselamatan anak agar terhindar dari Covid-19. Fenomena maraknya kekerasan di dunia maya, juga terjadi di kelurahan Prenggan. Kotagede, kota Yogyakarta. Selama pandemi berjalan hampir dua tahun lebih, warga sebagian besar melakukan aktifitas dengan pembatasan sosial yang ketat. Media sosial menjadi teman para remaja di masa pandemi yang cukup panjang dan membosankan bagi keseharian mereka.  Pengawasan orang tua menjadi penting untuk menangkal jumlah korban cyberbullying. Proses belajar mengajar yang lebih banyak mengandalkan daring, menyulitkan bagi orang tua untuk melakukan pengawasan. Fenomena bekerja dari rumah (work from home) tidak selamanya memudahkan para orang tua melakukan pengawasan. Sisi lain, para orang tua justru mengalami beban ganda karena harus menyelesaikan pekerjaan kantor  dari rumah sekaligus melakukan pengawasan anak-anaknya yang bersekolah dengan sistem daring. Berdasarkan pre-survey tersebut maka Tim Pengabdi Universitas Widya Mataram tergerak untuk melakukan serangkaian sosialisasi tentang dampak cyberbullying dan revitalisasi keluarga untuk mengatasinya. Tujuan PKM adalah mitra mengetahui dampak cyberbullying dan revitalisasi keluarga untuk mengatasinya. Metode Pengabdian dengan sistem penyuluhan dan Komunikasi, Informasi dan Edukasi (KIE).  Hasil kegiatan pengabdian ini menunjukkan program dapat meningkatkan pemahaman mitra tentang dampak cyberbullying di era pandemi Covid-19 dan cara melindungi diri dan keluarga dari cyberbullying. Selain itu, mitra dapat menginformasikan hal tersebut pada warga lain. Publikasi hasil pengabdian ini pun pada gilirannya dapat memberikan masukan bagi penggiat PKM serupa. School students are the most vulnerable group affected by cyberbullying, both in urban and rural areas. This condition requires serious solutions and thoughts about parenting in the new normal era. Accompanying children does not only provide comfort and prevent children from deviant behavior, but parents should pay attention to children's health and safety activities to avoid Covid-19.  The phenomenon of rampant violence in cyberspace also occurred in the Prenggan sub-district. Kotagede, the city of Yogyakarta. During the pandemic that lasted for more than two years, most of the residents carried out their activities with strict social restrictions. Social media has become a friend for teenagers during the pandemic, which was quite a long and boring part of their daily lives. Parental supervision is important to ward off the number of victims of cyberbullying. The teaching and learning process, which relies more on online, makes it difficult for parents to supervise. The phenomenon of working from home (work from home) does not always make it easier for parents to supervise. On the other hand, parents actually experience a double burden because they have to complete office work from home while simultaneously supervising their children who go to school with an online system. Based on the pre-survey, the Widya Mataram University Service Team was moved to carry out a series of outreach about the impact of cyberbullying and family revitalization to overcome it. The aim of PKM is for partners to know the impact of cyberbullying and family revitalization to overcome it. Service Method with counseling and Communication, Information and Education (IEC) systems. The results of this community service activity show that the program can increase partners' understanding of the impact of cyberbullying in the Covid-19 pandemic era and how to protect themselves and their families from cyberbullying. In addition, partners can inform other residents about this. The publication of the results of this dedication can in turn provide input for similar PKM activists. Management conservation and using of coastal resources must be achievedfor the benefit of present and future generations dependent on these resources. The paper further identifies sources of the obstacles in management coastal. Improving institutional capacity to be able of delivering good ocean policy is inevitable.The important point is that successful implementation of a national integrated coastal resources management program must involve an inter-departmental coordinating body with a dispute resolution mechanism.

Abstract

Community empowerment is basically an effort to make people able to actualize themselves in managing the cultural environment that is around them and fulfill their needs independently without dependence on other parties. In relation to cultural heritage, empowerment activities depart from the basic concept that the management of a cultural heritage needs to pay attention to its important value or social significance. In other words, the extent to which a cultural preservation is socially meaningful for its people. The process of empowering the Tourism Village in Plempoh Hamlet, Bokoharjo Village, Prambanan District, Sleman Regency, Yogyakarta. At the beginning of the program, the community awareness stage was carried out by pioneers of village empowerment with makeshift funds and there was no guidance from government agencies. Before Pokdarwis was formed, it was previously called Plempoh Tourism Village in 2010. Only in 2015 did Pokdarwis Plempoh be formed. Efforts made in utilizing the potential and skills possessed for the initial pilot. To identify potential as well as constraints on community empowerment related to the availability of regional cultural resources. Mapping the needs and forms of empowerment programs tailored to the needs of the community and the availability of supporting resources. The initial approach taken was a community-oriented approach in its implementation realized through empowering the community around the site. Broadly speaking, there are four types of technical training held, namely batik training, souvenir making training, culinary training and tour guide training and the development of cultural tourism travel businesses.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of financial management based on Siskeudes in Srimulyo Village, Piyungan District, Bantul Regency. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive study, with data collection techniques including interviews, documentation, and observation. The implementation of village financial management in Srimulyo Village, Piyungan District, Bantul Regency, has paid attention to the principles of village financial management, namely: First, consistency of recording in accordance with the principles of village financial accounting. Second, involve the community in managing village finances. Third, transparency to give the community the right to know information related to village financial management. Fourth, the fulfillment of accountable village financial management. By using the Siskeudes application, village financial management can be implemented in a more informed, effective and efficient manner. However, there are still obstacles related to the Siskeudes application, namely Siskeudes can only be accessed in the village office environment, then when the application is off line and then on line, sometimes some data is lost. Likewise with consolidated reports, district governments still have to compile them manually because the consolidated report format in the Siskeudes cannot be used. District governments should further improve facilitation and assistance as well as training for village governments so that they can be better at managing village finances. The Siskeudes application can be further refined so that data loss does not occur again and the consolidated report format can also be used.

Abstract

The market potential for peanut snacks has a high opportunity, thus encouraging mompreuners to always increase production. However, mompreuners face difficulties in determining the optimal amount of production, considering the fluctuating sales results, to maintain the optimal stock of onion bean snacks, the solution is to make sales forecasts. (forecast) sales forecasting. The method applied in this community service is education in the form of training of financial literacy, namely sales forecasting, technology facilitation with Excel software, then the implementation stage is carried out in the form of practice determining sales forecasts. There are three stages in this community service activity, namely (1) Pre-activities, filled with socialization of activities and preparation of educational programs together with mompreuners; (2) Implementation of activities, including financial literacy education (training) in the form of sales forecasts, technology facilitation, and implementation of the practice of making sales forecasts; (3) Post-activity, in the form of monitoring and evaluation of implementation activities. It can be concluded that mompreuners and their employees seem enthusiastic about participating in this community service activity, both during education and financial literacy practices, namely making sales forecasts. Similar programs can be continued with other themes
