Abstract:The problem of this research starting from lack of beginner voter participation in using their voting rights, as well as the still lack of government support in the socialization of democratic education for voters. The purpose of this study to determine how effective the approach of local TV (TVKU Semarang) in cooperation with the Commission (KPU of Semarang) through the general elections program OSIS (Pemilos) in improving the level of awareness and understanding of political actualization of the students as voters. This research uses descriptive quantitative research methods. The population of this study were 100 high school students in the city of Semarang were aged 17-21 years and has attended educational programs democracy "Pemilos" student council president election race SMA/ SMK / MA State/ Private in 2012. While the number of respondents who researched many as 30 those students who had attended pemilos taken by accidental sampling technique (sampling incidentally). Results of this study states that most of the respondents agreed that the synergy between local television as a medium in this case by the KPU as election organizers and quite a significant correlate positively affect participation in the event turn out elections are held. And the most important thing is expected to increase voter turn out in the city of Semarang well in the election of DPR, DPD and DPRD as well as the election of President and Vice-President or elections simultaneously th 2015.

One of the causes of people being exposed to the Covid-19 virus is the spread of the virus through the air. To prevent this, it is necessary to sterilize so that the virus in the air can be neutralized. One of the technologies that can be used to disinfect the air so that the air is free from the Covid-19 virus is Ultra Violet (UV) light. UV rays have radiation that is quite harsh, so when exposed to human skin continuously can cause damage to skin tissue. The service team developed a remote-control robot that can replace humans to carry out the disinfection process in a room by utilizing UV light. The area where congregational prayers were held at the Masjid Agung, Central Java (MAJT) visited by no less than 100 people every day. The robot was effectively able to operate well in the disinfectant process. This phase 1 prototype has a height of 48 cm and expected to be developed again so that it can reach higher places and can reduce the risk of spreading the Covid-19 virus.

The COVID-19 pandemic that has occurred to date has resulted in the loss of many lives. This is due to the ease with which the COVID-19 virus spreads. According to the latest research published by the WHO, the virus can spread through the medium of objects, one of the easies object to spread virus is money. The spread of the COVID-19 virus can be done through money transactions that have previously been used by people infected by the virus. This is because COVID-19 virus can survive for more than 72 hours. To prevent this, it is necessary to sterilize so that the virus in the money can be neutralized. The technology that can be used for disinfection in this tool is Ultra Violet (UV) light and Ozone Generator. Many studies have shown that UV rays and ozone gas (O3) are able to kill viruses that are on the surface of objects. The ability of UV rays and ozone gas (O3) can kill viruses in money because UV rays and ozone gas (O3) have radiation that is quite harsh, so that if exposed to human skin continuously it can cause damage to skin tissue. In this study, to overcome this problem, a device that is automatically able to carry out the disinfection process in the room is made by utilizing UV light. Infaq Sterilization Box with UV and Ozone (BIUZ) can kill viruses in money, it is also easy to operate and safe. The size of the tool made is adjusted to the object or partner of the research activity, namely the Central Java Great Mosque Manager (PP MAJT). The need for partners is that the tool is able to carry out the sterilization process of infaq money provided by the congregation, both in the form of paper and coins effectively.

Based on Kemenristekdikti Press Release Number: 3 / SP / HM / BKKP / I / 2019 with “Research, Technology and Open Higher Education, Flexible and Excellent” themes, there are points that nowdays we need to prepare graduates who have competencies and work ability and employability by giving certification, increasing student achievement, and giving professional experience. TVKU as a local television in Semarang has an internship program called Incubator. This research aims to determine the extent of the relevance aspects of Incubator program towards formation of competencies and professional experience for students of Dian Nuswantoro University Semarang before they graduate from college and go into the real world of work. The method used in this research is descriptive. The data in this research were obtained by field studies through interviews, observation and documentation. The process of data analysis uses descriptive-qualitative analysis methods with the stages of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, decision making or verification. The results of this study, there is a relationship or relevance between TVKU Incubator programs with the formation of competencies and professional experience of students, proven by the existence of alumni who succeeded to work after joining the Incubator program.
