Abstract

PPL sangat diperlukan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan siswa. Oleh karena itu, kurikulum PPL harus disusun secara sistematis. Penelitian ini menjelaskan tentang (1) rancangan dan isi kurikulum PPL, (2) implementasi dan evaluasi PPL di Sekolah Tinggi Agama Islam Negeri Kudus. Penelitian ini dirancang dengan pendekatan kualitatif.  Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan observasi dan dokumen.  Validitas dan reliabilitas  diverifikasi dengan uji kredibilitas, transferabilitas, dependabilitas, dan adaptabilitas. Data tersebut dianalisis dengan menggunakan model deskriptif. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah (1) rancangan dan isi PPL untuk siswa di madrasah dengan pendekatan khusus dalam pragmatik atau kompetensi, dan berisi administrasi mengajar dan sekolah, (2) implementasi dan evaluasi PPL dengan standar yang tinggi untuk melewati: penguasaan  siswa, mengajar semua materi agama Islam, pengajaran Islam serta administrasi pendidikan, dan juga kerjasama dalam program dan kegiatan sekolah.Kata kunci: kurikulum, PPl, STAIN KUDUSFIELD PROFESSION PRACTICE CURRICULUM OF ISLAMIC EDUCATION DEPARTMENT OF  STAIN  KUDUS .  PPL is important  for improving student skills. Therefore, curriculum of PPL must be sistematically organized. This research explained about (1)  design and content of curriculum of PPL, (2) implementation and evaluation of PPL in State Islamic College of Kudus. This research were  designed  in the  qualitative  approach.  Data were  gathered by using  observation  and document.  The  validity  and reliability were verified by credibility, transferability,  dependability,  and conformability  test. The  data were analyzed  by using  descriptive model. The results of this research are (1) the design and content of PPL for students in madrasah/islamic  school with special approach in pragmatic or competence, and consist of both of teaching and school administration, (2)  implementation  and evaluation  of PPL with higher standard for passing : students mastery, teaching all of islamic subject matters, islamic teaching and educational administration, and also collaboration in school programme and activities.Keywords:  curriculum, PPL, STAIN Kudus

Abstract

Quality of service (service quality) require attention in the field of service. A service is considered and perceived as good if it can meet the customer’s requirement and expectation. This study aims to determine the suitability and student’s expectation of existing services and to determine which services should be prioritized to be improved . The method used is the Servqual gap scores to determine the level of customer satisfaction or provided service based on expectations and performance. The Importance-Performance Analysis’s method and Potential Gain Customer Value (PGCV) to determine the priority of criteria of the service that must be improved. Servqual calculation results indicate a mismatch between perceptions and student’s expectation which is -0,0724. By using IPA quadrant shows that the main indicators for priority services is an indicator of the school environment’s cleanliness. PGCV shows that there are nine indicators of service which becomes the next priorities. Keywords : Service quality, IPA, PGCV, satisfaction, expectation, performance

Abstract

The waste problem is a complex environmental problem. In reality, not many leaders are able to commit to solving the waste problem. The waste crisis in Banyumas Regency which peaked in 2018, also made Achmad Husein, as Regent of Banyumas at that time, directly involved in handling the problem, even using his personal funds. This research analyzes Achmad Husein's leadership character, which has good governance principles, as well as the economic impact of the waste management initiated by him. The research was carried out using a qualitative approach with data collection techniques in the form of content analysis, using the content of kasisolusi’s podcast. Research findings show that Achmad Husein's leadership character reflects the principles of good governance in the form of participation, transparency, accountability, effectiveness and efficiency, responsiveness and equity. Achmad Husein's use of personal funds indicates his commitment and integrity in solving urgent problems. This dedication has produced results that have had a significant economic impact on the welfare of society. Apart from that, the success of the SUMPAH BERUANG (Enchant Trash Turns Money) program, has made Banyumas becoming a representative for Smart Green ASEAN Cities. The excellent solution to the waste problem in Banyumas has become a sustainable waste management system. It is hoped that the results of this research provides motivation for all communities to recommit in taking responsibility for mandated work and distance themselves from corrupt behavior in overcoming various problems, especially threatening environmental problems.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi peran serta pengimplementasian Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK) dalam ranah publikasi di Pondok Pesantren Darussalam Blokagung Banyuwangi. Seiring dengan perkembangan zaman dan meningkatnya kebutuhan akan keterbukaan informasi, lembaga pesantren dituntut untuk beradaptasi dengan kemajuan teknologi, tidak hanya dalam aspek pendidikan tetapi juga dalam pengelolaan dan penyebaran informasi kepada masyarakat luas. Dalam konteks ini, TIK memiliki potensi besar untuk memperkuat sistem publikasi pesantren melalui berbagai media digital seperti website resmi, media sosial, kanal YouTube, buletin elektronik, hingga aplikasi komunikasi internal. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam dan dokumentasi terhadap kegiatan publikasi yang dijalankan di pondok pesantren Darussalam Blokagung Banyuwangi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan TIK telah memberikan kontribusi signifikan terhadap peningkatan visibilitas pesantren di masyarakat, mempercepat penyampaian informasi, serta membangun citra positif lembaga. Selain itu, partisipasi aktif santri dalam kegiatan publikasi menjadi salah satu indikator berkembangnya literasi digital di lingkungan pesantren. Meskipun demikian, tantangan seperti keterbatasan infrastruktur, kurangnya pelatihan teknis, dan minimnya SDM yang kompeten masih menjadi hambatan yang perlu diatasi. Dengan strategi yang tepat, pemanfaatan TIK dapat menjadi instrumen strategis untuk mendorong modernisasi publikasi pesantren yang berkelanjutan.
