<![CDATA[Lobster (Panulirus sp.) termasuk komoditas ekspor penting. Jumlah produksi tahun 2014 di Kabupaten Kebumen sebanyak 8.571 kg (Rp 3.397.000.000.00). Alat tangkap yang digunakan adalah jaring insang dan krendet. Penelitian dilaksanakan Januari 2015 di perairan Argopeni Kabupaten Kebumen dengan tujuan menganalisis pengaruh perbedaan umpan dan lama perendaman terhadap jumlah dan berat hasil tangkapan Lobster (Panulirus sp.) serta pengaruh kedua faktor tersebut terhadap hasil tangkapan. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode eksperimental fishing dan metode deskriptif studi kasus. Metode systematic simple random digunakan untuk penentuan lokasi penelitian. Analisis data menggunakan SPSS 14 dan uji t-Test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan lama perendaman 12 jam terhadap umpan krungken dan kulit sapi, nilai signifikan jumlah dan berat hasil tangkapan adalah 0,191 > α (0,05) dan 0,599 > α (0,05) Ho ditolak. Lama perendaman 18 jam terhadap umpan krungken dan kulit sapi, nilai signifikan jumlah dan berat hasil tangkapan adalah 0,792 > α (0,05) dan  0,834 > α (0,05) Ho ditolak. Lama perendaman antara 12 jam dan 18 jam menggunakan umpan krungken, nilai signifikan jumlah dan berat hasil tangkapan adalah 0,177 > α (0,05) Ho ditolak dan 0,049 < α (0,05) Ho diterima. Penggunaan umpan kulit sapi, nilai signifikan jumlah dan berat hasil tangkapan adalah 0,747 > α (0,05) dan 0,117 > α (0,05) Ho ditolak. Ho diterima menunjukkan kedua kelompok memiliki rata-rata yang sama, sedangkan Ho ditolak menunjukkan kedua kelompok memiliki rata-rata yang berbeda. Kesimpulannya adalah jenis umpan dan lama perendaman berpengaruh terhadap jumlah dan berat hasil tangkapan. Jenis umpan yang baik digunakan adalah krungken. Lama perendaman alat tangkap yang baik adalah 12 jam. Tidak terdapat interaksi antar jenis umpan dan perbedaan lama perendaman terhadap hasil tangkapan Lobster (Panulirus sp.). Lobster (Panulirus sp.) including an important export commodity. The method used is an experimental method of fishing and descriptive case study method. And the simple random method is used to study the location decision. Analysis of the data used is SPSS 14 and test t - Test.The results show for soaking 12 hours to feed and cowhide krungken significant amount of catches value and weight is 0.191 > α (0.05) and 0.599 > α (0.05) so that Ho rejected. For 18 hours soaking time to feed and cowhide krungken significant amount of catches value and weight is 0.792 > α (0.05) and 0.834 > α (0.05) so that Ho is rejected. Treatment soaking time between 12 hours and 18 hours using a significant amount of value krungken bait catches and weight is 0.177 > α (0.05) so Ho is rejected and 0.049 < α (0.05) Ho is accepted . To use bait cowhide significant number of catches value and weight is 0.747 > α (0.05) and 0.117 > α (0.05) so that Ho is rejected. Ho received showed both groups had the same average, while Ho is rejected showed both groups have different average.The conclusion is the kind of feedback effect on the number and weight of the catch, the type of bait to use is the old bait and soaking time krungken effect on the amount of heavy draft haul, long time immersion gear well done is 12 hours.
