Abstract

Abstract:Enactment of Law No. 22 of 1999 changed to Act No. 32 of 2004 and Act No. 25 of 1999 was changed to Law Number 33 Year 2004 brings new implications for the development of gover nance systems in the region. Impact most felt by the local government is given such broad authority. This is what is defined as the granting of autonomy to regional real and responsible. In essence, the granting of autonomy given the consideration that daerahlah knows better growing conditions in the region. However, the implications of decentralization is that regional autonomy demands in various fields. Financial balance system between the Central and Local Government hopes to make the PAD as a major source of funding is still difficult to do. The fact that there are areas that have capacity, especially in terms of government funding and local development district has a proportion of revenue to total local revenue is still below15percent.Keyword:Central government financial balance & Regional, Local Taxes, Government and regional development.

Abstract

The negative impact of forest destruction in nature giving out a deep meaning for the author. One thing that is of concern and disquiet the author is able to provide a source of inspiration in the creation of the work. The exploration process makes an inspiring turn into something even more special is the theme of creation. The theme of this study of the of art is the impact of forest destruction. Background and a strong visual concept could produce visual elements according to the style1 personal authors, ranging from lines, colors, and forms a new metaphor. Deliberately and non deliberately during the process of creation is sometimes able to provide an interesting shape or composition that has not been thought about at the beginning of the work of art (sketches). In the creation of the work, the author tries to create some of the works in the form of works of art in the style and shape according to the character and aesthetic achievement that is owned by the author.Keywords: natural, experimentation, painting

Abstract

ABSTRAK Setiap kunjungan wisatawan menghasilkan pengalaman positif, yang mencakup aspek fisik seperti keindahan alam dan kenyamanan akomodasi serta interaksi emosional yang tercipta selama kunjungan Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tentang kepuasaan wisatawan dari pengalaman positif yang didapat para wisatawan berkunjung di Ledok Sambi Sleman Yogyakarta. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis data kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner, observasi, studi literatur, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebanyak 44% pengunjung menyatakan mereka akan membicarakan pengalaman positif mereka selama di Ledok Sambi kepada orang lain, dan 44% lainnya menilai hal tersebut baik. Penilaian terhadap fasilitas dan pelayanan menunjukkan bahwa 48% responden menilai sangat baik, 32% menilai baik, dan 20% menilai cukup baik. Citra obyek wisata yang meliputi  rasa aman, nyaman, keramahtamahan, kebersihan, harga tiket masuk dan makanan yang terjangkau yang menjadi bagian dari pengalaman positif wisatawan. Selain itu data 44% pengunjung akan membicarakan pengalaman positif mereka selama di Ledok Sambi kepada orang lain, dan 44% lainnya menilai hal tersebut baik. Namun, terdapat 4% pengunjung merasa cukup baik dan hanya 8% yang merasa kurang baik mengenai pengalaman selama berwisata. Pengalaman positif sebagai strategi untuk meningkatkan kepuasan wisatawan yang berkunjung di Ledok Sambi, menunjukkan bahwa pengelola wisata telah berhasil memberikan pelayanan yang baik dalam hal fasilitas, atraksi, aksesibilitas, dan citra destinasi.Kata Kunci : Pengalaman Positif, Kepuasan, Wisatawan ABSTRACT Every tourist visit produces a positive experience, which includes physical aspects such as natural beauty and accommodation comfort, as well as emotional interactions created during the visit. This research aims to understand tourist satisfaction from the positive experiences obtained by tourists visiting Ledok Sambi, Sleman, Yogyakarta. The method used is qualitative data analysis with data collection through questionnaires, observations, literature studies, and documentation. The results show that 44% of visitors stated that they would share their positive experiences during their time at Ledok Sambi with others, and another 44% rated this as good. Evaluations of facilities and services indicate that 48% of respondents rated them as very good, 32% rated them as good, and 20% rated them as satisfactory. The image of the tourist attraction, which includes feelings of safety, comfort, hospitality, cleanliness, and affordable ticket prices and food, is part of the tourists' positive experience. Additionally, data shows that 44% of visitors would discuss their positive experiences at Ledok Sambi with others, and another 44% rated it as good. However, 4% of visitors felt it was satisfactory, and only 8% felt it was not good regarding their experience during the visit. Positive experiences serve as a strategy to enhance tourist satisfaction for those visiting Ledok Sambi, indicating that tourism managers have successfully provided good service in terms of facilities, attractions, accessibility, and destination image. Keyword: Positive Experience, Satisfaction, Tourists

Abstract

Pedestrian Over Pass is one part of the pedestrian path that functions as a pedestrian crossing facility. Pedestrian Over Pass are located on highways with high vehicle intensity and railway lines. As a facility designated for pedestrians, the Pedestrian Over Pass should be effectively used. However, the phenomenon that occurs at this time is that there are many Pedestrian Over Pass that are not used by pedestrians, and they prefer to cross directly. Aside from not being used, many Pedestrian Over Pass are damaged and do not meet the standards of provision. Likewise, what happened in the Merdeka Field area in Medan, there are several Pedestrian Over Pass that are not used and have been damaged and cannot even be accessed. Therefore, researchers are interested in conducting research related to the effectiveness of using the Pedestrian Over Pass in the Merdeka Field area of Medan (Case study: Jalan Putri Hijau and Jalan Guru Patimpus). This study found that the effectiveness of using the Pedestrian Over Pass in research are are Low.

Abstract

Pedestrian paths are very important in urban design elements, especially trade areas. Similarly on Jl. Medan Railway Station and Jl. Medan Red Cross, but this need is not comparable to the conditions of the pedestrian path on both roads which have been damaged and not maintained, causing inconvenience. Because of this, the researchers tried to find the concept of the pedestrian path to the two roads. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive method. Then the method is analyzed based on theoretical and empirical analysis. Through the theoretical analysis and empirical analysis found several results in accordance with the hypothesis of the researcher. The results of the analysis are then made anappropriate concept on Jl. Medan Railway Station and Jl. Medan Red Cross.
