Abstract

The achievement of the vision, mission and also the target of a military institution is strongly influenced by soldiers or personnel who are human resource capital. In terms of human resources or personnel, of course, they have work motivation that must be maintained in order to survive in military organizations. Potential human resources and in accordance with their field of work will support the achievement of the organization if they are utilized optimally. This study aims to find answers about how the influence of organizational culture (X1) and job satisfaction (X2) on the work motivation of military personnel (Y) with work facilities as moderating variables (X3). The scientific method used in this research is survey research using a quantitative approach, the data analysis carried out in this study by analysis using statistical model tests. The results obtained in this study are (a) Organizational culture (X1) has a significant effect on work motivation (Y) in Institutions or Military Organizations, (b) Job satisfaction (X2) has a significant effect on work motivation (Y) in Institutions or Organizations. Military, and (c) Work facilities (X3) have a significant effect on work motivation (Y) in Military Institutions or Organizations. Based on the test results, it is also known that there is an effect of these variables after interacting with the work facilities variable as a moderating variable, the results obtained that have a significant effect on the work motivation of personnel. So it can be concluded that work facilities moderate organizational culture and job satisfaction so that it affects the increase in work motivation in military institutions or organizations.

Abstract

The Indonesian National Armed Forces as the front line of national defense must implement policies that are inline with those conveyed by emphasizing on the ranks in order to carry out appropriate budgetary activities, especially those that are right on target for predetermined uses. The use of the budget must optimize the controlside of activities, the fulfillment of the procurement of goods and services as well as the maintenance of defenseequipment and the fulfillment of targeted supplies, as well as personnel management and updating of educationalinstitutions. The Center for Administrative Assistance Education, Kodiklatal is an instructive institution for the Navalforce which is the center for authoritative help instruction and has an imperative part in regulatory help instruction. The reason of this consider was to decide elective techniques for creating authoritative help instruction centers inarrange to move forward the quality of prepared warriors utilizing the SWOT strategy. Abstract

Assignment Marine security operation is an operation where the presence at sea has strategic value for theexistence of national sovereignty and maritime security in Indonesia's national jurisdiction. The threat of securitydisturbances and violations at sea in the form of fishing theft, theft of timber and other natural resources as wellas encroachment on territorial boundaries by foreign ships requires the presence of the Indonesian Navy PatrolElements (Ships and Aircraft) for security. The limited number of TNI AL Patrol Elements and the budgetprovided by the state as well as the need for securing the maritime territory of the Republic of Indonesia hasresulted in the need for thinking about optimizing the assignment of Patrol Ships and Aircraft in the Kamlaoperation sector and placement to their supporting bases, so that the right type and amount and operationalcosts in security. Ships and aircraft carry out patrols in randomly determined sectors. This optimization modelidentifies the related decision variables through open interview discussions, then sets the objective andconstraint functions as an optimization model to be developed. The application of the Goal Programmingmethod can be formulated by determining the decision variables related to the assignment of aircraft where theobjective function is to calculate the maximum radar coverage area in the operating sector and minimizeoperating costs. After optimizing the coverage area, there was an increase of 2.5% and a decrease in operatingcosts of 28%. So that, Mamdani's Fuzzy Logic method is used to determine the output of certain radar coverageareas. In this case, it requires the help of Matlab software on the Fuzzy Inference System (FIZ) toolbox to solvethis problem. Abstract

This study discusses the degradation condition of the Makassar VI Naval Base which has experienced a decline in its function as an operational support center for the Indonesian Navy. So that it has an impact on the optimality of the implementation of base duties. Through the application of the Analytic Network Process (ANP) method, this study aims to determine the best alternative in choosing the location of Mako Lantamal VI. The alternative involves Lanal Mamuju, Lanal Kendari, Lanal Baubau, and Lanal Palu which are work units under Lantamal VI Makassar which are located in the Sea Route of the Islands II (ALKI II). Criteria and subcriteria in determining the best alternative include, geography, resources, and socio-cultural aspects. As a result, this research is expected to be a strategic foundation in preparing a plan for projecting the strength of the Indonesian Navy in the future. Where is the urgency in this research, so that the function of the base according to its principles can still be carried out. This study intends to select the location of Mako Lantamal VI due to the degradation of the base function which results in the main functions and tasks of the base being constrained, The solution of this study will use the Analytical Network Process (ANP) method where the results of data processing are obtained by the weight of geography criteria (0.47433), socio-cultural (0.13536), and resource criteria (0.237890).

Abstract

In carrying out the main tasks of the Indonesian Navy, professional and reliable personnel of the Indonesian Navy's defense equipment are needed. This can be done by improving the quality of character education and learning motivation, especially at the Pusdiklek Kodikdukum Kodiklatal which is responsible for preparing marine soldiers of the electronics corps who are moral, professional and have mastered the technology in the fields of electronics and informatics. This study examines the influence of character education, learning motivation and competence on the performance of Pusdiklek graduates, using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method. This study aims to test the significance of the influence of character education, learning motivation both directly and indirectly through competence on performance. The results of the study indicate that character education has a direct and significant effect on competence with an estimated path coefficient of 0.415; learning motivation has a direct and significant effect on competence with an estimated path coefficient of 0.522; competence has a direct and significant effect on performance of 0.359; character education has a direct and significant effect on performance with an estimated path coefficient of 0.288; learning motivation has a direct and significant effect on performance with an estimated path coefficient of 0.454; character education has a significant influence on the performance of soldiers graduating from Pusdiklek through competence (as a mediating variable) with a mediation coefficient of 0.149; and learning motivation has a significant influence on the performance of soldiers graduating from Pusdiklek through competence (as a mediating variable) with a mediation coefficient of 0.187. All hypotheses proposed are accepted, indicating that increasing character education, learning motivation and competence can have a significant influence on improving the performance of Pusdiklek graduates.

Abstract

Pembelajaran digital meningkatkan pemahaman melalui media seperti video dan simulasi, memungkinkan umpan balik real-time.
