Abstract

Abstract. The research aims to know the process and result of development of mathematics learning materials based on realistic mathemathics education for circle topic. Learning materialsdevelopment model refers to 4D Thiagarajanmodels which has 4 steps namely define, design, develop, and disseminate. The subject of research is students of VIII-A class SMPN 2 Wuluhan in even semester academic year 2013-2014.The data of research are obtained by validation sheet, observation sheet of teacher and students activities, questionnaire, and evaluation test. Theproducts of this research are lesson plan, student handbook, worksheet, and evaluation test.The result shows that the learning materialsqualifies validity, practical, and effective criteria.Based on validation process and tryout, the result shows that the coefficient of validity reachs 3 point, the percentages of teacher’s activities, students’ activities, and students’ responses are above 80%, it can be concluded that the learning instruments had fullfiledthe validity, practice, and effective criteria. Abstract

While this is going Pros And Cons Income Supplement Allowance Problems in some SKPD Samarinda City Government. Since in charge Mayor Regulation No. 2 Year 2013 About Benefit Supplement Income to Civil Servants, It is crowded at the talk, because all the civil servants who are SKPD Samarinda City Government was pleased to get the attention of the government of Samarinda. Rules on the additional income local officials should be evaluated for being one of the contributors to the problems in the local budget allocation.In this study, it can be seen Objectivity Service Performance Officer and Regional PNS After Earned Income Supplement benefits that apply to employees in the Environment Regional Employment Board of Samarinda and how Allowance Income Supplement Fit Workload Regional Employment Board Samarinda.Minister Regulation No. 59 Year 2007 on Article 39 of the Regulation of the Minister of the Interior shall be declared that the provision of additional income to the employee may be granted based on workload, work performance, lack of professional and other objective considerations.In fact, it is not always the case that with the increase in workload performance will be decreased. Performance may be affected by the work load if the load is defined too high or too low. Basically, civil servants already earn rewards based on class rank and position in the form of a basic salary and allowances. Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas masalah rendahnya kesadaran sosial generasi muda yang dikenal sebagai Stone Citizen akibat pengaruh negatif era digital. Tujuan penelitian adalah menganalisis peran Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan dalam membentuk karakter warga negara yang kritis dan beretika. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa studi literatur dari jurnal, buku, dan artikel ilmiah. Analisis dilakukan secara deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa integrasi nilai-nilai Pancasila dan etika digital dalam pendidikan kewarganegaraan efektif meningkatkan literasi digital, partisipasi aktif, dan membentuk karakter warga negara yang bertanggung jawab. Kata Kunci: Era Digital, Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan, Stone Citizen Abstract This research discusses the problem of low social awareness of the younger generation known as Stone Citizen due to the negative influence of the digital era. The purpose of the research is to analyze the role of Civic Education in shaping the character of critical and ethical citizens. The method used is qualitative with data collection techniques in the form of literature studies from journals, books, and scientific articles. The analysis is done descriptively qualitative. The results show that the integration of Pancasila values and digital ethics in civic education is effective in improving digital literacy, active participation, and shaping the character of responsible citizens. Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas mengenai perbudakan modern sebagai salah satu bentuk pelanggaran hak asasi manusia (HAM) yang masih terjadi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengertian perbudakan modern dan pelanggaran HAM serta bagaimana dampaknya terhadap harkat dan martabat manusia, khususnya pada kelompok rentan seperti perempuan dan anak-anak. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa studi literatur dari jurnal, buku, dan artikel ilmiah. Analisis dilakukan secara deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perbudakan modern mencakup berbagai bentuk seperti perdagangan manusia, jeratan utang, perbudakan paksa, pelacuran paksa, pekerja anak, hingga pernikahan paksa. Semua bentuk ini merupakan pelanggaran HAM karena merampas kebebasan dan hak dasar manusia yang diberikan sejak lahir. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan kesadaran sosial, pendidikan kewarganegaraan, dan penguatan nilai-nilai Pancasila agar generasi muda, khususnya di era modern, dapat menjadi warga negara yang kritis, beretika, serta mampu menghormati dan melindungi hak asasi manusia. Kata Kunci: Pelanggaran HAM, Perbudakan Modern, Langkat Abstract This research discusses modern slavery as a form of human rights violation that still occurs. The purpose of this research is to analyze the definition of modern slavery and human rights violations and how they affect human dignity, especially for vulnerable groups such as women and children. The research method used is qualitative with data collection techniques in the form of literature studies from journals, books, and scientific articles. The analysis was done descriptively qualitatively. The results show that modern slavery includes various forms such as human trafficking, debt bondage, forced slavery, forced prostitution, child labor, and forced marriage. Therefore, social awareness, civic education, and strengthening the values of Pancasila are needed so that the younger generation, especially in the modern era, can become critical, ethical citizens who are able to respect and protect human rights. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) dalam membentuk karakter manusia di era Revolusi Industri 4.0, di mana teknologi dan globalisasi membawa tantangan baru dalam pembentukan moral dan etika individu. Latar belakang penelitian ini berfokus pada pentingnya pendidikan Agama Islam dalam membimbing generasi muda untuk mengembangkan karakter yang berintegritas, bertanggung jawab, dan mampu menghadapi pergeseran nilai akibat perkembangan teknologi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan studi pustaka dan wawancara mendalam terhadap ahli PAI serta praktisi pendidikan untuk memperoleh gambaran menyeluruh mengenai implementasi pendidikan karakter berbasis agama dalam kurikulum PAI. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun teknologi dan media digital membawa pengaruh besar terhadap generasi muda, pendidikan Agama Islam tetap relevan dan berperan penting dalam membentuk karakter siswa melalui ajaran moral dan etika Islam yang menekankan tanggung jawab sosial, empati, dan disiplin. Kurikulum PAI yang terintegrasi dengan teknologi serta pengembangan literasi digital dapat membantu siswa memilah informasi yang baik dan membangun karakter yang kokoh. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah bahwa PAI dapat menjadi alat yang efektif dalam membentuk karakter siswa di era Revolusi 4.0, asalkan kurikulumnya terus disesuaikan dengan perkembangan zaman, memanfaatkan teknologi untuk mendukung proses pendidikan karakter yang berbasis pada nilai-nilai agama
