Abstract

Kinerja manajemen sangat di perlukan di Indonesia dengan semakin bertambah tingkat kesulitan dan kebutuhan perencanaan serta pelaksanaan proyek pembangunan . Perencanaan manajemen konstruksi perlu dilakukan dengan tepat dan efisien diawali dengan perencanaan desain, estimasi biaya merupakan Salah satu sisi pekerjaan pada manajemen konstruksi yaitu perhitungan rencana anggaran biaya (RAB), yaitu merupakan langkah suatu proses perhitungan biaya estimasi kebutuhan material, bahan alat dan tenaga kerja yang dibutuhkan berdasarkan gambar kerja dan spesifikasi teknis dengan di syaratkan dalam rencana kerja Proyek jembatan wai – wei memiliki fungsi yang strategis dari segi ekonomis akan sangat menunjang kegiatan masyarakat luas khususnya di daerah mornateng-taniwel , secara structural juga akan sangat menarik untuk diteliti dalam pelaksanaan dan secara anggaran perencanaan serta dengan bentang jembatan sepanjang 60m.

Abstract

On the A. Y. Patty road the length of the road is ± 425 meters, the width of the road is 8.75 meters and the road median is 1.9 meters. For this road, the availability of insufficient parking space makes road users misuse road sections that should not be used as parking lots. This is caused by misuse of land use because there are many along this road. So it is necessary to examine the analysis to detemine the performance of traffic and parking space available for four-wheelend vehicles. What are the characteristics of the parking space and the capacity of the available parking spaces on the A. Y. Patty road in Ambon City, which are still sufficient to accommodate four-wheeled vehicles? The method used is the direct approach method, where the calculation of parking space capacity is by calculating directly used for parking SRP Passenger cars score I. The highest parking volume was on Monday 12 September 2022 as many as 639 vehicles with the highest accumulation of 78 vehicles. The capacity of the parking space for 78 vehicles is 969,54 which is smaller than the available land which is 1.305,158, which means it still fulfills or accommodates parked vehicles.

Abstract

Parking is a state of immobile vehicles that are temporary. Circulation is the movement of poepole or objects that are neede to k through a site, Diponegoro street Ambon City, whose road length is 700 meters , is filled with parking vichles , 4-wheeled and 2-wheeled. On this street, there are also many shooping  facilities and banks. In fact because as vehicles increase in front of the self-service planet 2000 in the afternoon until late evening the volume of perfomance of the traffic and available parking lots and anticipate the growth of vehcles that are increasing year. What are the characteristics of parking spaces on Diponegoro road sections in Ambon City and is the available parking space capacity on Diponegoro road sections still sufficient to accommodate 2-wheeled and 4-wheeled vehicle

Abstract

In general, drainage is an attempt to drain excess water in a certain context of use. If there is a problem with drainage, it will cause puddles on the surface of the highway. One of the roads that experienced puddles is A.Y. Patty Sirimau District, Ambon City. The drainage channel is not able to accommodate rainwater runoff which results in an increase in water discharge resulting in puddles on the highway. Therefore, it is necessary to evaluate the drainage channel of A.Y. Patty Sirimau District, Ambon City, to determine the dimensions of the existing canal, population growth, household dirty water disposal that enters the drainage channel and runoff discharge on the highway. From the results of calculations and analysis, it is obtained that the projected population in the 10th year is 2,9 1 18 people with discharge discharge (Qab) = 0.006955 m3/sec/ha and runoff discharge on the A.Y highway. Patty Sirimau District, Ambon City is Qs = 19.87599 m3/s, Or = 0.06341 m3/s with a difference in discharge of 19.81258 m3/s. So that the capacity of the drainage channel meets and is still suitable for use.

Abstract

A soil retaining wall is a construction built to withstand or support soil pressure and other lateral loads with the aim of preventing the soil from unwanted lateral movement. The function of utanabya is to maintain changes in elevation or slope of the soil and ensure slope stability. This study aims to determine soil parameters and design soil retaining walls according to standards or theories. From the results of laboratory tests and calculations of soil retaining walls, the soil around the Karang Panjang Panorama Cafe, Ambon City is clay sand soil and soil retaining walls are designed, namely cantilever type retaining walls using the rankine method with typical dimensions based on SNI 8460: 2017 standards with dimensions of top width of 0.3 meters, bottom width of 3.15 and height of 4.5 meters where the safety factor number against bolsters is 2.164 (safe) against shear 1,728 (safe).
