Abstract

Conch field / kakul a rice crop pest found in many parts of Indonesia, especially the paddy Cilacap. Keong more widely known as pests, in addition to the rice snail belonged to a water snail intermediate host Fasciola sp, the flatworm species that attacks the liver rather the duct biliverus ruminants (cattle, sheep, goats) However, paddy snails actually have very good nutrition if used properly, for example by providing rice field snails to ducks as an adjunct feed. With fairly high protein content, giving the rice field snails can provide addition of muscle mass, as well as an increase in reproductive hormones that will stimulate the improvement in quantity and quality of duct eggs. Contains nutrients intact with snail snail paddy rice has been processed to have differences. Conch rice has been processed to have a higher protein content. With so many complaints from farmers on rice field snails as well as opportunities for the utilization of plant pests such as duck feed rice in Indonesia, particularly in the Cilacap region is quite high, so we are motivated to make a PKM-K with the title "TRATKUL" Smart Solutions Enhancing Quality and Alternative feed for duck egg quantity, in order to create market demand for alternative feed that can improve the quality and production of duck eggs, as well as being answered unrest rice pests farmers will be quite difficult in this exterminate. Efforts to increase the quality and quantity of duck eggs and the creation of new alternative feed source is a business that is currently in great demand by many in Indonesia, particularly in the area of Cilacap. Because the reality of the community and the many fans of duck eggs or duck duck meat but the amount does not meet the market demand and the high price. With presence TRATKUL expected to deliver real results to the increase of weight quickly ducks and improving the quality and quantity of eggs that meet the needs of market will duck meat and duck eggs, as well as the utilization of the rice plant pests very detrimental to farmers. And of course create new jobs for the people of Indonesia, especially Cilacap. The method in this effort using two steps, namely : 1) Making and marketing TRATKUL with production houses in Maos Kidul, Maos, Cilacap,Central Java, 2) Preparation of small-scale duck farms as feed quality evidence TRATKUL with indications the number and quality of eggs produced and live weight gain of ducks. Abstract

Unsignalized Intersection in Tegal city, especially Banjaran intersection, recently have a traffic congestion potency. The major streets to the economy centre and residential center causes this. The research was conducted at the three arm unsignalized Intersection. The survei was held on the morning peak hour, peak hour at noon, and evening peak hour. The survei held at Banjaran intersection on Friday and Saturday. The analysis used the Indonesia Highway Capacity Manual 1997. The purpose of the analysis is to acknowledge the traffic stream condition that has access to enter the unsignalized intersection. Within the result, it could be acknowledged that the degree saturation is 1,09, the average delay ismore than 25 second/pcu and queue probability is more than 48,38 %. These indicate that intersection condition is bad. Banjaran intersection needs traffic signal because the performance intersection have been poor and the unsignalized intersection can not be accepted any more.

Abstract

Abstract

Microalgae are a viable source of natural pigments for food applications due to their brilliant colour and bioactivity. Microalgae produce natural pigments such as phycobiliproteins, carotenoids, and chlorophyll derivatives that have health-promoting properties, yet further research is needed to determine its stability under food processing conditions. Strain selection, stress-induced cultivation, and metabolic engineering are all examples of biotechnological breakthroughs that contribute to the pigments’ capacity to perform in these conditions. Various strategies, such as increasing thermal and pH resistance, help to promote their integration into food products. This review discusses the potential of microalgal pigments as natural food colourants, with a focus on their stability, bioprocessing, and use in functional foods. Microalgae, with their sustainable production and colourant-nutraceutical qualities, will symbolise the future clean-label and health-oriented food industry.

Abstract

Mathematics taught in schools is often associated with the material needs of students; mathematics not only does not have to be understood in the school environment but also understood in other surrounding environments, such as culture and others. This study aimed to determine the ethnomathematics of Malay traditional floating kelong in Malang Rapat, Bintan Regency. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative method with an ethnomathematical approach. The research instruments used are observation sheets, interviews and documentation. Based on the research results presented, the author concluded, namely, the use of mathematical concepts in certain cultures and societies, such as the use of addition and subtraction in calculating the amount of wood used or the number of barrels used in floating kelongs. Making floating kelongs using basic mathematics, especially addition and subtraction operations, can be used to calculate the amount of wood used to construct floating kelongs and the number of barrels applied. Taxonomy is also applied to analyze and categorize certain elements in research, concerned with understanding how the components of floating kelong are classified or organized. The role of mathematics in identifying and calculating pesky components (materials that bring good luck or maintain security) used in floating kelongs. Ethnomathematics can also involve understanding the cultural themes underlying the use of mathematics in everyday life, such as how mathematical concepts are integrated with cultural beliefs and practices in the construction of floating kelongs.
