Abstract

This research aims to determine the impact of the existence of Indomaret and Alfamidi on the income of stall businesses in Sasa and Jambula sub-districts. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach. The sample used in this research was 20 respondents divided into 10 consumers and 10 stall entrepreneurs located in 2 sub-districts. The sample was taken using a purposive sampling technique, data collection in this research: taken through observation, interviews (interview), Documentation (document). The research results show that the existence of Indomaret and Alfamidi has a negative impact on the income of stall entrepreneurs, where there is a decrease in income of 30% to 60%. There was only 1 respondent who was not affected. The research results also explain that the decline in income was caused by several factors, namely location, service, facilities which encourage consumers to refine their choice of shopping at Indomaret and Alfamidi.

Abstract

Semakin meningkatnya kasus covid di kota ternate Pemerintah juga memberlakukani Langkah pembatasan sosial atau social distancing dalam merendam dampak covid-19 dengan adanya surat keputusan presiden nomor 7 tahun 2020 dan di lanjutkan dengan surat keputusan wali kota ternate nomor 49.A/III.6/KT/2021, Tentang Gugustugas percepatan penaganan covid-19 Untuk menghentikani mata rantai penularan virusi corona. Pemerintah menerapkan tatanan kehidupan baru dengan selalu menajaga jarak, memakai masker dan selalu memcuci tangan agar amani dari wabah Covid-19 dan untuk mencegah penyebaran virus ini, pemerintah menutupi semua aktivitas di luar ruangan. Hal demikian sangat berpengaru terhadap UMKM yang ada di kota ternate terlebih khusus yang bergerak dalam bidang usaha kuliner bakso yang ada di kelurahan bastiong. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana Dampak Pendemi Covid-19 Terhadap Pendapatan (Studi Pada UMKM Yang Bergerak dalam Bidang Usaha Kuliner Bakso) Di Kelurahan Bastiong Kota Ternate. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatifi Deskriptif. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa adanya pandemi Covid-19 sangatlah berdampak terhadap pendapatan UMKM yang bergerak dalam bidan usaha kulinr bakso di kelurahan bastiong kota ternate. Dimana tiga Pelaku usaha kuliner bakso dengan penghasilan perhari sebelum covid Rp 600.000-700.000 terjadi penurunan pendapatan pada saat covid sebesar Rp 250.000-300.000 dan dua pelaku usaha yang sebelum covid rata-rata pendapatan perhari Rp 500.000 juga terjadi penurunan omzet pada saat covid sebesar Rp 200.000. hal tersebut disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor di antaranya Menurunnya tingkat daya beli masyarakat, melonjaknya harga bahan baku pembuatan bakso, dan terjadinya pembatasan jam kerja dari pemerinta guna untuk memutuskan mata rantai penyebaran virus.

Abstract

The Industrial Revolution 4.0 has transformed the global entrepreneurial paradigm through the integration of digital technology, artificial intelligence, the Internet of Things (IoT), and big data. These changes require the younger generation to have critical, creative, and adaptive thinking skills in response to digital transformation. However, in Indonesia, the entrepreneurial spirit still faces challenges such as low digital literacy, limited access to innovative financing, and weak cross-sector collaboration. This study aims to analyze effective strategies for fostering an entrepreneurial spirit in the Industrial Revolution 4.0 era through a literature review of theories, research results, and the latest national policies. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative approach with a literature review technique of scientific publications from 2019–2025 from various academic sources and official reports. The results of the study indicate that digital entrepreneurship education, strengthening the ecosystem based on the Quadruple Helix model, and the integration of national strategies such as Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka and the National Movement of 1000 Digital Startups are key to building the entrepreneurial character of generation 4.0. In addition, experiential learning, collaborative innovation, and mastery of digital literacy have been shown to increase students' entrepreneurial self-efficacy and creativity. Thus, fostering an entrepreneurial spirit in the digital era not only impacts economic growth but also serves as a fundamental strategy for building the nation's economic independence and resilience towards Digital Indonesia 2045.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the improvement in learning outcomes of class XI students of SMA Negeri 6 East Halmahera in the subject of economic education using the NHT type cooperative model. The research design used was classroom action research carried out in two cycles. Each cycle consisted of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection stages. The subjects in this study were class XI students. Academic year 2022/2023 totaling 24 students consisting of 12 male students and 12 female students, as well as the economic education subject teacher. Based on the analysis of research data, the results of observations on the percentage of student learning activities during learning experienced an increase from cycle I of 65 to 85 in cycle II. Likewise, teacher performance in cycle I reached 75 and increased to 88.3 in cycle II. Meanwhile, the percentage of student learning outcomes completion in cycle I reached 50% with a class average value of 80 and in cycle II student learning completion increased to 91.6% with a class average value of 90. Based on the results of the study above, it can be concluded that through the application of the NHT type cooperative model has succeeded in increasing the Activities and Learning Outcomes of the economic education subject of APBD and APBN material for class XI students of SMA Negeri 6 Halmahera Timur

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of the presence of PT. Tekindo Energi's nickel ore mine on the socio-economic community of Waibulan, Weda Tengah District, using qualitative research with 25 respondents. The results of the study showed that the presence of the nickel mine in Waibulan village had a positive impact on unemployment and increased economic welfare of the community. However, this was temporary. In addition, the presence of the mine also had an impact on increasing community income and decreasing the unemployment rate. Therefore, the presence of PT. Tekindo Energi had a positive impact on socio-economic changes in the Waibulan community, Weda Tengah District.
