Abstract

The scope of this research is a study of the influence of the work environment on the performance of employees in the sub-district office of the Onolalu. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the work environment on employee performance at the Onolalu District Office. The research method used is simple linear regression analysis through research instrument testing, classical assumption test, and hypothesis testing (t test and coefficient of determination test). The population and sample in this study were 33 employees. The data analysis method used is simple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the work environment (X) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Onolalu District Office. This study can be concluded that the work environment (X) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Onolalu District Office.

Abstract

The scope of this research is a study of the effect of profieffectity (ROE) and liquidity (CR) on firm value (PBV) with capital structure (DER) as an intervening variable at AKR Corporindo Tbk in 2016-2020. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of profitability (ROE) and liquidity (CR) on firm value (PBV) with capital structure (DER) as an intervening variable that analyzes the pattern of relationships between variables in the variable's cause and effect and to know the fact and indirect. This research is quantitative research with a path analysis approach. The results from substructure one show that partially pro partial (ROE) has no significant effect on capital structure (DER). Liquidity (CR) partly has a negative and significant impact on capital structure (DER), and the combined product of profitability (ROE) and liquidity (CR) on capital structure (DER) is 79,8%. Partial profitability (ROE) has a positive and significant effect on firm value (PBV), liquidity (CR) partially has a negative and significant impact on firm value (PBV), and capital structure (DER) has and significant effect on firm value (PBV). The combined impact of profitability (ROE), liquidity (CR), and capital structure (DER) variables on firm Value (PBV) is 30,2%.

Abstract

Ruang lingkup penelitian ini adalah analisis likuiditas dalam menjaga efisiensi pinjaman jangka pendek pada UD. Karunia Abadi Telukdalam Kabupaten Nias Selatan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa efisien pinjaman jangka pendek berdasarkan analisis likuiditas pada UD. Karunia Abadi Telukdalam Kabupaten Nias Selatan tahun 2016-2020. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode rasio dengan menggunakan rasio likuiditas. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan keadaan yang tidak baik bagi UD. Karunia Abadi. Dimana, terlihat dari hasil rasio yang menunjukkan bahwa UD. Karunia Abadi tidak efisien dalam menjaga pinjaman jangka pendeknya, yakni berdasarkan Current Ratio selama 5 (lima) tahun berturut-turut dari tahun 2011-2015 sebesar 50,75%, 55,67%, 54,60%, 51,78%, 51,37%. Quick Ratio sebesar 35,10%, 38,40%, 37,58%, 39,45%, 37,51%. Cash Ratio sebesar 20,20%, 21,64%, 21,27%, 19,72%, 18,75%. Working Capital to Total Assets sebesar -Rp.195.000.000, -Rp.172.000.000, -Rp.192.000.000, -Rp.176.000.000,-Rp.168.500.000. Hal ini berarti UD. Karunia Abadi tidak memiliki kemampuan dalam melunasi kewajiban-kewajiban jangka pendeknya. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut, UD. Karunia Abadi harus memperhatikan setiap jumlah pinjaman yang dilakukan dan mengoptimalkan penggunaanya atau dengan menggunakan pinjaman tersebut seefisien mungkin.

Abstract

The scope of this research aims to find out and analyze whether the allocation of Village Funds to improve the Development of Hilionaha Village, Onolalu District, South Nias Regency, has been effective. This type of research is qualitative research that is descriptive. The location studied is in Hilionaha Village, Onolalu District, South Nias Regency. The data collection procedures carried out in this study are observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis uses analysis according to Miles and Huberman, namely data reduction, presentation, and verification. The results of this study show that the Allocation of Hilionaha Village Funds in Onolalu District of South Nias Regency for village development has been effective and in accordance with the laws and regulations. Village Funds are very useful for increasing development in Hilionaha Onolalu District, South Nias Regency. Village Funds are able to encourage progress in various aspects both in the field of economy and health. So that it can be concluded that the use of village funds 2015-2019 in Hilionaha village increases village development. The proposed suggestion is that the village head and the community are expected to support each other's village development program in accordance with existing procedures to make Hilionaha village into a village that has competitiveness to catch up with other villages that have been developed.

Abstract

The problem of this research is Storey Level officer contribution which is expressed in solving of duties becoming its responsibility relative lower. The target of this research is to know the influence of work compensation, work motivation and culture organizational to Employee Performance at Inspektorat Office Sub-Province of South Nias. This Type Research is quantitative. Subject in this research is an Employee at Inspektorat Office Sub-Province of South Nias. The result of this research indicate that the workers compensation, work motivation and culture organizational have effect positive and significant to Employee Performance proved with value of Fcount equal to 50,528 > value of Ftable equal to 3,31 and level of signifikan equal to 0,000 < 0,05. Thereby can be concluded that work compensation, work motivation and culture organisation to Employee Performance to officer performance at Inspektorat Office Sub-Province of South Nias. Raised by Suggestion researcher is shall apply work compensation, work motivation and culture organizational better and effectively to maintain and improve officer employee performance through indicators of work compensation, work motivation and culture organizations to increase good employee performance now and also in the future and expected by period to come more improved again in the effort reaching the target of organization.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of budget participation, budget target clarity and budget realization with organizational commitment as a moderating variable in South Nias Regency. The population in this study were 189 people from 63 OPD Departments / Agencies. The sampling technique used was 28 SKPDs selected using cluster sampling. Thus, the total sample was 84 respondents. This type of research is quantitative research. The analytical tool used is the Likert scale. The results of this study indicate that budget participation and budget target clarity significantly affect budget realization in South Nias Regency. Organizational commitment cannot moderate the effect of budget participation and budget goal clarity on budget realization in South Nias Regency. This study uses descriptive statistical and partial least squares analysis with Smart PLS 4.0 software.

Abstract

Ruang lingkup penelitian ini adalah studi tentang analisis kebangkrutan menggunakan model Altman Z-Score pada PT. Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk periode 2016-2020. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menilai kecenderungan kebangkrutan PT. Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk dengan menggunakan model Altman Z-Score selama periode 2016-2020. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah model Altman Z-Score yaitu analisis yang memperhitungkan nilai dari kombinasi rasio-rasio keuangan perusahaan dengan menggunakan persamaan diskriminan multivarian dalam menunjukkan tingkat kecenderungan kebangkrutan perusahaan. Berdasarkan perhitungan Z-Score selama periode 2016-2020 memperoleh nilai Z-Score yang fluktuatif dan berada di bawah titik cut-off < 1,81 setiap tahunnya. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa perusahaan mengalami kesulitan keuangan yang sangat serius. Jadi perusahaan diklasifikasikan sebagai perusahaan yang tidak sehat serta berpotensi untuk bangkrut. Dengan mengetahui kondisi kesehatan keuangan perusahaan, manajemen perusahaan mampu mengevaluasi setiap permasalahan keuangannya agar dapat bertahan dan bersaing.

Abstract

Ruang lingkup dalam penelitian ini adalah studi tentang Analisis Rasio Likuiditas untuk Menilai Kinerja Keuangan di CU-Kasih Setia Pulau Tello periode 2015-2019. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kinerja keuangan CU-Kasih Setia Pulau Tello Periode 2015-2019 berdasarkan rasio likuiditas. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode analisis rasio likuiditas diantaranya Rasio Lancar, Rasio Kas dan Rasio Cepat dengan menggunakan laporan keuangan CU-Kasih Setia Pulau Tello. Hasil penelitian yang didapat selama 5 tahun menunjukkan bahwa rasio likuiditas untuk Rasio Lancar (Current Ratio) adalah sebesar 108%, 110%, 125%, 121% dan 125%. Untuk Rasio Kas (Cash Ratio) adalah sebesar 20%, 18%, 12%, 10% dan 5%. Sedangkan untuk Rasio Cepat (Quick Ratio) adalah sebesar 108%, 110%, 125%, 121% dan 125%. Berdasarkan standar pengukuran yang digunakan maka dapat diketahui bahwa untuk rasio lancar masuk dalam kriteria baik, untuk rasio kas masuk dalam kriteria kurang baik dan sedangkan untuk rasio cepat masuk dalam kriteria baik. Maka dalam hal ini kinerja keuangan CU-Kasih Setia Pulau Tello tidak sepenuhnya efektif.

Abstract

The scope of this research is the study of the analysis of financial statements to assess the financial performance at PT. Telesindo Shop Mandrehe Branch of West Nias Regency 2015-2019. This research aims to find out the financial performance of PT. Telesindo Shop Mandrehe Branch of West Nias Regency 2015-2019 which is reviewed from the analysis of financial ratios namely liquidity, solvency and rentability ratios. Based on the results of the research conducted it can be known that the calculation of liquidity ratio with unfavourable results, which are reviewed from the current ratio, cash ratio and quick ratio obtained less good results for five years. Then the results of solvency ratios reviewed from the results of debt to asset ratio and debt to equity ratio get less good results. But if viewed from the calculation of the ratio of rentability seen from return on asset get good results because it is above the standard average of measurement. Similarly, the return on equity results gets good results.
