Abstract

CV. Brilliant is a manufacturing company engaged in the convection industry in themanufacture of various types of clothing, namely shirts, t-shirts, school uniforms and officeuniforms. In running its business where there are complaints from production employees on workreports regarding performance appraisals that do not have measurable standards so thatperformance appraisals tend to be subjective, and there is no target and reciprocity on employeeperformance achievements so that employees feel uncomfortable and unmotivated at work whichresults in decreased production in the period from January to June 2019. The purpose of thisstudy is to find out the causes of the decline in employee performance and solutions to increaseemployee productivity, the researchers analyzed using the Behaviorally Anchor Rating Scale(BARS) and Management By Objectives (MBO) methods using SPSS software. From the resultsof the analysis obtained several factors in the performance appraisal including Personality worth5,167, Work Behavior 2,069, Quality of work 1,825, Reliability 1,355 work and Managerial1,028 as well as the existence of standard goals and reciprocity for employees in performance appraisal to increase productivity. Using both methods can solve performance appraisal problemsso that employees can work comfortably and full of motivation.

Abstract

Penerapan hukum sariqah (pencurian) di negara-negara Islam didasarkan pada prinsip-prinsip Syariah yang bersumber dari Al-Qur'an, Hadits, dan konsensus ulama Islam. Landasan hukum utama pencurian terdapat dalam Surat Al-Maidah ayat 38 Al-Qur'an yang mengamanatkan hukuman potong tangan bagi pencuri laki-laki dan perempuan. Akan tetapi, penerapan hukuman ini mensyaratkan terpenuhinya kriteria tertentu, seperti nilai barang curian mencapai ambang batas tertentu (nishab), barang tersebut dianggap berharga menurut Syariah, pencurian dilakukan secara sembunyi-sembunyi, dan barang berada dalam pengawasan yang tepat pada saat pencurian. Di negara-negara yang secara formal menerapkan hukum Islam, seperti Arab Saudi, hukuman potong tangan bagi pencuri diterapkan sesuai dengan ketentuan Syariah, dengan mempertimbangkan aspek keadilan dan memastikan semua persyaratan yang ditetapkan terpenuhi. Penerapan hukuman hudud, termasuk potong tangan bagi pelaku pencurian, mensyaratkan terciptanya kondisi masyarakat yang ideal, yaitu terpenuhinya kebutuhan dasar setiap individu, dan tidak ada faktor yang memaksa seseorang untuk mencuri. Oleh karena itu, sebelum menerapkan hukuman hudud, negara berkewajiban untuk menjamin kesejahteraan dan keadilan sosial bagi seluruh warga negaranya.

Abstract

Islamic Religious Education (PAI) plays a strategic role in developing a generation that is not only intellectually intelligent but also possesses faith and noble morals. One relevant approach is the integration of science and religion, which aims to align spiritual values ​​with scientific advancement. This integration is based on the concept of monotheism as a foundation, which affirms that there is no contradiction between God's revelation and true science. In the context of PAI, this integration can be realized through the study of Quranic verses relevant to scientific phenomena, the teaching of scientific ethics based on Islamic values, and a contextual learning approach. With this approach, students are expected not only to understand Islamic teachings in depth but also to be able to apply them in social life. However, this integration faces various challenges, such as curriculum gaps and limited competency of educators. Therefore, synergy is needed between educational institutions, educators, and educational policies to realize a holistic education.
