Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of service quality, price, and brand image toward customer satisfaction on GrabBike online transportation services in Malang City, either partially or simultaneously. The population in this study comes from the customers who use the GrabBike online transportation in Malang City which consists of 100 respondents. The sampling technique that used in this study is purposive sampling with the respondent's criteria, namely the Malang citizens who used GrabBike more than three times in less than six months and have Grab application on their own smartphone. The results of this study indicates that service quality, price, and brand image has a positive and significant impact toward customer satisfaction on using GrabBike online transportation services in Malang City, either partially or simultaneously. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that service quality, price, and brand image has a positive and significant impact toward customer satisfaction on using GrabBike online transportation services in Malang City.

Abstract

This article discusses the importance of fulfilling the rights and obligations of citizens in accordance with the values of Pancasila. In this context, values such as justice, unity, democracy, prosperity and belief in the one and only God are the main foundation. The emphasis on fulfilling rights includes human rights, participation in democratic life, and legal protection, while obligations include obedience to the law, compliance with social norms, and active contribution to nation building. Through the strong implementation of Pancasila values, it is hoped that a just, prosperous and prosperous society can be realized in accordance with the ideals of the Indonesian nation.

Abstract

Kemampuan peserta didik dalam belajar masi sangat kurang maksimal penelitian ini dilakukan di SMA Negeri 06 Bombana dengan pendekatan kualitatif menggunakan metode flipped classroom yang terdiri dari dua siklus dan setiap siklus melalui 4 tahap, yaitu perencanaan, tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Efektifitas Pembelajaran Agama Islam Terhadap Motivasi Dan Hasil Belajar Peserta Didik Menggunakan Flipped Class Room Di SMA Negeri 06 Bombana. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan Kemampuan belajar peserta didik dengan metode flipped classroom setelah melakukan penelitian ini mengalami peningkatan. Hal ini terbukti dengan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukua pada pra siklus sebelum melakukan model flipped classrom memperoleh persentase hasil belajar sebesar 15% (kategori kurang sekali) dengan rata-rata hasil belajar peserta didik yaitu : 43,55, kemudian pada siklus I guru menggunakan model flipped classroom dengan beberapa metode yang digabungkan mengalami peningkatan menjadi 70% (kategori sedang) dengan rata-rata 65,5 dan pada siklus II terjadi peningkatan lagi dengan perolehan persentase 90% (kategori sangat baik) dengan rata[1]rata hasil belajar peserta didik 83,75.
