Abstract

Berbagai upaya telah dilakukan oleh pemerintah untuk menekan penularan Covid-19. Salah satu upaya yang dapat dilakukan untuk mencegah penularan penyakit ini yaitu dengan mengkonsumsi makanan dan minuman yang secara klinis dapat menjaga imunitas tubuh. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan para santri tentang empon-empon dan cara mengolahnya. Metode kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yaitu dengan melakukan penyuluhan mengenai pemanfaatan empon-empon dan cara mengolahnya. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan penyuluhan pemanfaatan empon-empon ini memberikan pemahaman dan kesadaran kepada santri tentang pentingnya menjaga imun tubuh agar tidak mudah tertular virus covid-19 dengan cara mengkonsumsi empon-empon yang sebenarnya mudah diperoleh. Pada saat ini semua masyarakat termasuk yang ada di lingkungan pesantren harus senantiasa menjaga imun tubuh agar tidak mudah terkena virus covid-19. Upaya pencegahan yang bisa dilakukan dengan cara menerapkan Pola Hidup Bersih dan Sehat dengan menerapkan 3 M serta mengkonsumsi empon-empon guna meningkatkan imun tubuh, sehingga tidak mudah terkena penyakit

Abstract

Indonesia has a large waqf potential but has not been optimized. This study aims to examine how the interest of cash waqf donation behavior in the people of West Java Province. This research develops previous theories by using a combination of reputation, integrity, trust, Islamic egalitarian, perceived ihsan, and Islamic religiosity variables. Hypothesis testing in this study uses the Structural Equation Model Partial Least Square approach. Respondents in this study were 250 people who live in West Java Province, are Muslim, and have a basic understanding of the concept of cash waqf. The results of this study are almost all the variables used in the study have a significant influence either directly or indirectly on the interest in waqf money, only the variable perception of ihsan has no influence on the interest in waqf money. This research only covers the people of West Java Province, in the future samples can be added that cover all of Indonesia or between countries. Waqf institutions also need to improve integrity, reputation, and public trust so that interest from the community.

Abstract

This article investigates the underexplored role of waqf in preserving cultural artifacts within the context of Indonesian waqf regulations, with a specific emphasis on royal waqfs. It examines the distinct contributions of royal waqfs to the preservation of cultural heritage. It offers a contextual analysis within the legal and historical boundaries of Indonesian waqf traditions. This article utilizes ethnography methods, which involve conducting extensive fieldwork consisting of in-depth interviews and direct observations at the Sumedang Larang Palace and the Prince of Sumedang Waqf's Nazir Foundation. These methodologies helped to achieve a detailed comprehension of the operating dynamics and conservation procedures of royal waqfs. This article emphasizes two crucial activities that are necessary for the protection of waqf assets: conservation and asset restoration. This indicates that these efforts are crucial for preserving the structural stability and cultural significance of historical artifacts that are handled under royal waqfs. The article also highlights the challenges and approaches required to combine traditional waqf principles with modern preservation requirements. This article enhances the overall discussion on cultural heritage management by suggesting a specific governance model designed for waqf institutions associated with royal families. This resource provides practical knowledge and frameworks that may be customized by waqf managers in different regions of Indonesia. Its goal is to improve the effectiveness of waqf in the protection of cultural heritage. This work is an important resource for policymakers, cultural heritage specialists, and waqf administrators who want to link waqf management with cultural conservation goals.
