Abstract

Peer-to-Peer (P2P) lending merupakan instrumen pemberian pinjaman secara online yang dapat membantu peminjam yang tidak dapat mengakses bank konvensional, seperti UMKM. Kesulitan mendapatkan modal merupakan salah satu kendala yang membuat UMKM sulit untuk berkembang. Peer-to-peer (P2P) lending sebagai lembaga keuangan non-bank dapat dijadikan alternatif modal usaha karena persyaratan dan penggunaan aplikasi yang mudah. Kemunculan fintech ini memberikan solusi terhadap permasalahan permodalan yang menjadi salah satu kendala bagi UMKM. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah persepsi kemudahan, persepsi risiko, dan kepercayaan berpengaruh terhadap minat penggunaan Peer to peer lending. Penelitian ini mengambil sampel para pelaku UMKM di Kabupaten Bogor yang telah menggunakan Peer to peer lending dengan menyebarkan kuesioner secara langsung maupun melalui kuesioner online. Data diperoleh melalui metode purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan menggunakan Teknik analisis PLS (Partial Least Square). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi kemudahan, persepsi resiko dan kepercayaan memiliki pengaruh terhadap minat penggunaan peer to peer lending.

Abstract

he application of technology that can be used to support the buying and selling transaction system is e-commerce. The purpose of this study is to determine user perceptions of service quality and identify factors that have the greatest influence on user satisfaction and loyalty. The number of samples in this study were 315 respondents who were e-commerce users for at least one year. Sampling was carried out using purposive sampling technique. The data analysis process is carried out based on the PLS-SEM approach with SmartPLS software version 3.3.3. The model used is a combination of the ServQual model with the Expectation Confirmation Model (ECM). Overall, this study found that users' perceptions of service quality are dissatisfied with reliability and tangibels services. Of the 5 hypotheses accepted, the factors that influence satisfaction are assurance and the factors that influence customer loyalty are reliability, tangibels, assurance and satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to predict and analyze the potential for financial distress in telecommunications companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2019-2022 period using the Altman Z-Score, Springate, and Zmijewski models. The type of data used is secondary data in the form of financial statements of telecommunications companies listed on the IDX for the 2019-2022 period. The analysis was carried out using the financial distress prediction method of the Altman Z-Score, Springate, and Zmijewski models. The results showed that there were three companies predicted to have potential financial distress using the Altman Z-Score and Springate models during the observed year. While the calculation results with the Zmijewski Model in 2019 and 2020 there is one company that is predicted to potentially experience financial distress.
