Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi produktivitas kerja. Penelitian ini difokuskan untuk mampu mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh dari variable fasilitas kerja, kompensasi dan kesejahteraan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan baik secara parsial ataupun secara simultan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di UMKM Bakso Bakar SS Kota Malang yang memiliki karyawan sejumlah 30 orang. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan Jumlah sampel sebanyak 30 orang dengan menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Metode analisis yang digunakan ialah analisis regresi linier berganda serta uji asumsi klasik. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukan variabel kompensasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan dengan hasil t hitung <t tabel dan nilai probabilitas signifikan >0,05. Namun variabel fasilitas kerja dan kesejahteraan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan. Dan secara bersama variabel bebas berpengaruh signifikan dilihat dari hasil f hitung >f tabel dan nilai probabilitas signifikan <0,05.

Abstract

This study was made to investigate what factors can have an impact on work productivity. The investigation here focuses on knowing whether there is an effect of the variables of work facilities, compensation and welfare on the work productivity of employees, both productivity in certain aspects and overall. This research was conducted at MSME Bakso Bakar SS Malang City which has 30 employees. The type of approach that will be applied in the research is the quantitative method and saturated sampling of all MSME employees without exception will be involved as the research sample. From the data that has been further processed, it shows that the provision of compensation does not have a significant impact on increasing employee productivity as evidenced by the t arithmetic value which is smaller than t table and the significant probability value parameter obtained above 0.05. The variables that actually have a more significant effect on the work productivity of employees are supporting facilities and welfare insurance. This is proven by the value of calculated f which is higher than f table and the significance probability value is below 0.05.

Abstract

People increasingly understand that education at an early childhood is very impactful on the development of basic education. Children's basic education starts from early childhood education. One of the children’s developments is motor development. It is a broad opportunity to move, learning experiences to find, sensory motor activities which include the use of large and small muscles that allow children to have motor perceptual development. Therefore, the team carried out community service activities in Dalisodo Village to improve children's motor skills using the simple game method on August 25, 2022. Its aim is that mothers have knowledge in choosing the right games that can help children improve motor skills and can help children Dalisodo village growing to their full potential. This community service is carried out using by giving lectures and trainings for young mothers and toddlers in Dalisodo Village. The enthusiasm of the participants showed their curiosity in terms of games that could train children’s basic motor skills.

Abstract

This research is a quantitative study titled "Collaborative Networking and Innovation Capability in Enhancing the Performance of Tempeh and Tempeh Chips MSMEs in the Tempeh Tourism Village of Sanan." The objective of the research is to maximize the role of collaborative networking in improving the performance of Tempeh Chips MSMEs and to maximize the innovation capability in enhancing the performance of Tempeh Chips MSMEs. The method used in this research employs a quantitative approach to test the formulated hypotheses. Quantitative research is a process of discovering knowledge using numerical data as a tool to analyze information about what we want to know. The population consists of 500 Tempeh and Tempeh Chips craftsmen scattered throughout the Tempeh Tourism Village of Sanan. The sample was calculated using the Slovin formula, resulting in 223 samples. Based on the research findings, the results are as follows: (1) There is an influence of Collaborative Networking on the Performance of Tempeh and Tempeh Chips MSMEs, thus H1 is accepted; (2) There is an influence of Innovation Capability on the Performance of Tempeh and Tempeh Chips MSMEs, thus H2 is accepted; (3) There is an influence of Collaborative Networking and Innovation Capability on the Performance of Tempeh and Tempeh Chips MSMEs, thus H3 is accepted.
