Abstract

Tafsir merupakan upaya untuk memahami dan menerangkan maksud dari kadungan al-Qur’an sebagai sember utama pedoman ummat Islam, diamana tafsir ini mengalami perkembangan yang cukup bervariasi. Ibn Taimiyyah berpendapat bahwa al-Qur’an itu harus ditafsirkan dengan yang ma’tsur. Oleh karena itu, Ibn Taimiyyah menafsirkan al-Qur’an dengan pendapat Nabi atau Sahabat. Menurut M. Hasbi, Ibn Taimiyyah ini sangat keras berpegang teguh kepada pendiriannya, dan ini terbukti dari karya tafsirnya yaitu Tafsir al-Kabir. Berbicara mengenai isi tafsir berarti membahas tentang karakteristik tafsirnya baik dari segi sumber, metode dan coraknya. Sumber yang digunakan Ibn Taimiyah dalam tafsirnya bukan hanya menggunakan ma’tsur seperti pendapat yang dikemukakan oleh M. Hasbi, karena ra’yu pun digunakan Ibn Taimiyyah dalam tafsirnya. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode tahlili, dimana penafsirannya itu sangat terperinci dan menggunakan urutan mushaf Usmani. Sedangkan corak yang nampak dalam tafsir ini adalah theology, karena unsur aqidah lebih dominan.

Abstract

The present study aims to discover the essence of syukur in Al-Qur’an perspective. This study employs a qualitative study by gathering object of the study in form of written sources such as Al-Qur’an, interpretation books, and Al-Qur’an translation books. This study employs an inductive method by gathering all the verses and interpretation explanations and ultimately portraying conclusions regarding the meaning and nature of gratitude (syukur). The findings indicate that gratitude (syukur) is an acknowledgement of the blessing from the Giver (mun’im) through obedience. Gratitude is also a manifestation of thankfulness for Allah’s blessings. An act of gratitude will provide benefits for the committer where Allah will give His endless blessings. Gratitude can also be realized by a speech (bi al-lisan) without using verbal but to only praise Allah, bodies (bi al-badan) in which without using entire body structure except to obey Him, heart (bi al-qalb) in which without burdening heart but to only to praise Him through dhikr (prayers), and wealth (bi al-mal) in which not spending wealth except only on the path of pleasure and love for Him.

Abstract

The Qur'an is the word of God which is full of miracles, and will always be in accordance with the times and times (shâlihun likulli zamân wa al makân). Muslims should use the Qur’an as a solution to every problem they face and are constantly changing, considering that the Koran is easy to understand and live up to and all things are summarized in the Koran. There are so many miracles that the Qur'an possesses, including that the Qur'an is a medicine (syifâ) or an antidote and an antidote to all kinds of diseases, both spiritual and physical, including as an antidote to jinn, devils or magic. How the Koran becomes a panacea for every disease and how to meditate with the Koran where meditation is known in Chinese medicine as a way to relieve pain.

Abstract

The controversy about the al-Maqâshid al-Dlarûriyyah al-Khams hierarchy has an effect on the understanding of the Maqâshid al-Syarî'ah hierarchy in the MUI version of the Fiqh Pandemic, especially the fatwa on congregational and Friday prayers in mosques. In dzahir, the fatwa prioritizes hifdz al-nafs over hifdz al-dîn, while the majority of scholars are of the opinion that hifdz al-dîn occupies the highest hierarchy. This research aims to reveal a moderate understanding of the Maqâshid al-Syarî'ah hierarchy in Fiqh Pandemic from the perspective of Fiqh al-Awlawiyyât. This research is qualitative by using Istiqrâ̕, Muqâranah and Tawtsîqî methods. The results of this study are: first, the al-Tarjîh rule used by the theocentric group allows for a middle way to bring together views between theocentric and anthropocentric groups in determining the Maqâshid al-Syarî'ah hierarchy; second, Fiqh al-Awlawiyyât is a comprehensive instrument to determine the Maqâshid al-Syarî'ah hierarchy in Pandemic Fiqh, because it accommodates the rules of al-Tarjîh, Fiqh al-Muwâzanah and Fiqh al-Taisîr wa Raf' al-Haraj, even in harmony with Fiqh al-̒Adzâr through Qiyâs Awlawî; third, Fiqh al-Awlawiyyât becomes a middle ground for the controversy between theocentric and anthropocentric groups in the context of the Maqâshid al-Syarîʻah hierarchy. In conclusion, the Maqâshid al-Syarî'ah hierarchy in Pandemic Fiqh with the priority of hifdz al-nafs over hifdz al-dîn is set moderately by using Fiqh al-Awlawiyyât.Kontroversi tentang hirarki al-maqāshid al-dlarūriyyah al-khams berpengaruh pada pemahaman hirarki Maqāshid al-Syarī’ah dalam Fikih Pandemi versi MUI, khususnya fatwa tentang shalat Jama’ah dan Jum'at di masjid. Secara dzahir, fatwa tersebut mendahulukan hifdz al-nafs atas hifdz al-dīn, sedangkan Jumhūr ulama ber­pendapat bahwa hifdz al-dīn menempati hirarki tertinggi. Kajian ini bertujuan untuk meng­ungkap pemahaman moderat tentang hirarki Maqāshid al-Syarī’ah dalam Fikih Pandemi perspektif Fiqh al-Awlawiyyāt. Penelitian ini bersifat kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode Istiqrâ̕, Muqāranah dan Tawtsīqī. Hasil penelitian ini adalah: pertama, kaidah al-Tarjīh yang digunakan kelompok teosentris memungkinkan adanya jalan tengah mempertemukan pandangan antara kelompok teosentris dan antropo­sen­tris dalam penentuan hirarki maqāshid al-syarī’ah; kedua, Fiqh al-Awlawiyyāt merupakan instrumen komprehensif untuk menentukan hirarki Maqāshid al-Syarī’ah dalam Fikih Pandemi, karena ia mengakomodir kaidah al-Tarjīh, Fiqh al-Muwāzanah dan Fiqh al-Taisīr wa Raf' al-Haraj, bahkan selaras dengan Fiqh al-A’dzār melalui Qiyās Awlawī; ketiga, Fiqh al-Awlawiyyāt menjadi jalan tengah bagi kontroversi antara kelompok teosentris dan antroposentris dalam konteks hirarki Maqāshid al-Syarīʻah. Kesimpulannya, hirarki Maqāshid al-Syarī’ah dalam Fikih Pandemi dengan prioritas hifdz al-nafs daripada hifdz al-dīn ditetapkan secara moderat dengan menggunakan Fiqh al-Awlawiyyāt.

Abstract

Every letter in the Qur'an has a purpose, including the letter al-Muzzammil. According to Wahbah Az-Zuhaili in Tafsir Al-Munir, explained that Surah Al-Muzammil as a letter that was revealed in the early days of Islam consisting of 20 verses contains three themes, each of which contains spiritual values. Through Maqashidi analysis, these values are maqashid surah which includes maqashid Tawhid, worship, sincerity, humility, patience, and morality. The maqashid became the initial provision for Muslims in the early days of Muhammad's apostleship as a universal value that guided the life of Muslims from the time of the Companions to the end of time.

Abstract

Badzl al-Mâ’ûn Fî Fadhl al- Tâ’ûn is a thematic hadith book that comprehensively discusses annual hadiths with various perspectives including historical, medical and jurisprudential perspectives. This diversity of perspectives departs from Ibn Hajar's understanding of the hadiths about the meaning of ta'un and its characteristics. This article aims to reveal Ibn Hajar's method when understanding hadiths that talk about the meaning of ta'un and its characteristics. To analyze the data, the researcher use the inductive method, namely by taking an inventory of the products of Ibn Hajar's understanding of the hadiths about the meaning of ta'un and other hadiths related to ta'un, then conclude what methods were used by Ibn Hajar with textual and contextual perspectives. The results of this study are that Ibn Hajar's method of understanding the hadiths about the meaning of ta'un is carried out through two approaches, namely the intratextual and intertextual approaches. In the intratextual approach, he uses the sharh and al-jam' wa al-tawfi>q methods to conclude the history of the beginning of the ta’un. through an intertextual approach, he uses linguistic, scientific, historical and asbab al-wuru>d methods. Through an intertextual approach, he draws conclusions regarding the differences between years and epidemics, as well as the main causes of ta’un and their characteristics.

Abstract

The preferred choice of understanding the Hajj verses is in a very limited time, even though these verses show flexibility in the time of implementation, namely in 3 months, namely Shawwal, Dzulqa'dah and Dzulhijjah. According to Masdar, expanding the time for the Hajj must be implemented by Muslims today by returning to the understanding of the verses regarding the flexibility of time as understood from the verses, however, Masdar's understanding is considered rare and difficult to accept by the majority of Islamic scholars with evidence to date that the application of the Hajj verses still indicates limited pilgrimage time. At this point it is necessary to trace the sources, methods and contributions of Masdar Farid Mas'udi's thoughts in understanding the Hajj verses. To handle this research problem, researchers used contextual interpretation theory, using a socio-historical approach. The results of the research are 1) the ideas of Masdar Farid Mas'udi (Surat al-Baqarah verse 197) which refers to the classical mufassir era, to be precise, four schools of thought are true, namely the months of Shawwal, Dzulqa'dah and Dzulhijjah. It's just that this month is understood as an extension of the ihram time, while the Hajj is still carried out on 8-13 Dzulhijjah; 2) the interpretation method used by Masdar F.M. Hermeneutical contextual in nature
