Abstract

Kualitas pelayanan merupakan hal yang penting bagi suatu perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang jasa, untuk menjalin hubungan dengan pelanggan yang pada akhirnya dapat membantu memenuhi kepuasan pelanggan agar perusahaan tetap tumbuh dengan baik di masa yang akan datang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan jasa baik secara parsial maupun simultan dan untuk mengetahui variabel yang berpengaruh paling dominan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada Auto2000 Singaraja. Hasil uji instrumen menunjukkan hasil yang valid dan reliabel dari seluruh item pertanyaan. Hasil uji asumsi klasik, yakni data berdistribusi normal dan terbebas dari masalah multikolinearitas serta heteroskedastisitas. Berdasarkan hasil regresi linier berganda diperoleh persamaan regresi Y = 1,292 + 0,184X1 + 0,185X2 + 0,179X3 + 0,150X4 + 0,279X5. Koefisien determinasi menunjukkan pengaruh sebesar 69,3%. Hal tersebut menjelaskan bahwa terjadi hubungan antara kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pengguna jasa servis sebesar 69,3% sementara 30,7% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Hasil uji t menunjukkan kualitas pelayanan secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Hasil uji F menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Variabel dominan yang paling berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan adalah variabel jaminan sebesar 0,333. Auto2000 Singaraja diharapkan agar tetap mempertahankan kualitas pelayanan yang sudah baik diberikan dan dirasakan oleh para pelanggan, melakukan peningkatan pada kualitas pelayanan yang masih kurang memuaskan bagi para pelanggan, dan menerapkan strategi-strategi pemasaran yang berkaitan dengan kepuasan pelanggan sesuai dengan standar perusahaan.

Abstract

Background. Delirium in critically ill patients who have decreased consciousness is a case that’s found in the ICU. Disorientation and anxiety are common characteristics shown in delirium patients. Collaboration between nurses and patients can be done by giving reorientation through voice recording of family members in delirium patients in the ICU.Methods. Implementation is carried out using experimental studies with a pre-post control group. Six patients were selected by simple random sampling technique which was divided into three groups. The criteria for patients in implementation included, patients aged > 18 years, entering the ICU within ? 24 hours, and positive delirium based on the score of the Confusion Assessment Method for the ICU (CAM-ICU) assessment.Results. There was a change in the family voice intervention group with an RASS rating scale. But in the three groups, patients were still diagnosed with delirium positive after being given an implementation based on the CAM-ICU rating scale.Conclusion. Giving reoriented message recordings using family voice can be used to reduce symptoms of delirium in patients undergoing treatment in the ICU.

Abstract

Background. Intensive Care Unit (ICU) is an inpatient room with patients who has critical disease and must be monitored every hour, attached devices, and intensive treatment. When the patient has woken up to a different room and attached devices such as ETT, OPA, mechanical ventilator, and others can cause anxiety to the patient. This anxiety can enhance the hemodynamic status, therefore it is necessary to have an independent nurse action, namely Swedish massage therapy to reduce the level of Anxiety and stabilize vital signs.Method. The method of implementation was used a case study with a cross sectional design. Total respondents were 6 respondents and divided into two groups, namely the intervention group 3 respondents and the control group 3 respondents. The implementation was conducted in ICU RSUD Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo.Result. There was a differentiation in anxiety level in the intervention group, respondents who feel quite anxious became a less anxious. The differentiation in hemodynamic status were more stable in the intervention group than in the control group.Conclusion. Swedish massage therapy can reduce anxiety levels and stabilize vital signs in patients in the ICU.
