Abstract

Abstract This research was conducted at Timbul Jaya Tulungagung Company. The type of research used is quantitative with the method of distributing questionnaires. The sample used is 59 respondents who are all employees of Timbul Jaya Tulungagung Company. The data analysis method used in this research is instrument test, multiple linear analysis, classical assumption test, f test, t test, and determination test using SPSS tool. The variables used in this study are work productivity variables (dependent variable) while the independent variables are compensation and motivation.The results of this study conclude that the compensation variable has an effect on employee work productivity, motivation has an effect on employee work productivity. Compensation and motivation have a simultaneous effect on employee productivity. Keywords: Compensation, Motivation, and Employee Work Productivity.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the impact of Institutional Ownership, Managerial Ownership, ROA and Company Size on CSR disclosure in Property & Real Estate manufacturing sub-sector companies listed on the IDX in 2017-2019. The data analysis method used multiple linear regression analysis. The population of this study is the property & real estate manufacturing sub-sector companies listed on the IDX in 2017-2019, which are 65 companies. In this study, the sample selection used purposive sampling technique, in order to obtain 14 companies that matched the criteria in the property & real estate manufacturing sub-sector companies. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously institutional ownership, managerial ownership, return on assets (ROA) and firm size have no effect on CSR disclosure. Partially shows that (1) Institutional Ownership has a positive and insignificant effect on CSR disclosure, (2) Managerial Ownership has a negative and insignificant effect on CSR disclosure, (3) Return on Assets (ROA) has a negative and insignificant effect on CSR disclosure, (4) Firm size has a positive and insignificant effect on CSR disclosure. Keywords: Institutional Ownership, Managerial Ownership, Return On Assets (ROA), Company Size, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).

Abstract

Abstract This study was undertaken to evaluate how Product Quality, Price, and Promotion affected Purchase Decisions at Salika Land Housing. This study employs primary data and a quantitative methodology. Technique for obtaining samples, especially nonprobability sampling with a sample size of 52 individuals. Using validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests, multiple linear regression tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests, and traditional assumption tests to tackle the problem in this research. The research employed SPSS multiple linear regression analysis. The outcomes of this study include the Product Quality, Promotion, and Purchase Decision Motivation factors concurrently, with the Product Quality variable having no influence on Purchase Price Purchase Decisions and Promotion of Purchase Decisions at Salika Land Residence. Keywords : Promotion, Product Quality, Price, Purchase Decisions

Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this research is to know whether the location factor, product completeness, price and promotion to the repurchase of consumers (case study on the consumer Tiara Toserba Banjarwati Village, Paciran subdistrict, Lamongan Regency), which is located on Jl. Sunan Drajat No. 393. Independent variables: Location factors, product completeness, pricing and promotions. Dependent variables: consumer repurchase. The samples used in this study were 90 respondents who had re-purchased in Tiara Toserba with the Maholtra formula (the number of items of the declaration at five or X 5). Data source and method of collecting data by collecting primary or scale data of Likert by rounding out questionnaires. Analysis of the data used includes validity and reliability tests, test normality, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression tests, hypothesized testing, and coefficient of determination testing with the help of SPSS 26 Software.The results showed that the variable location factor, product completeness, price and promotion simultaneously had significant effect on the repurchase of consumers in Tiara Toserba. As for the partial location factor variables, completeness of the product, prices have significant effect on the repurchase of consumers in Tiara Toserba. However, partial promotions have no significant effect on rebuying consumers in Tiara Toserba. Keywords: location factors, product completeness, price, promotion, consumer repurchase

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of organizational commitment and work conflict on turnover intention simultaneously and partially in CV. Karya Surya Sejati.This study uses quantitative methods by collecting data through questionnaire. The population in this study were employees at CV. Karya Surya Sejati. The sampling technique used the census method. Example consisting of 54 respondents with questionnaire collection technology. That The data analysis method used in this study used descriptive analysis and multiple regression analysis.The results of this study indicate that organizational commitment and work conflict have a significant impact on turnover intention. research results can provide input to employees CV. Karya Surya Sejati especially organizational commitment and work conflict. Keywords: Organizational Commitment, Work Conflict, Turnover Intention.
