Abstract

Abstract This study entitled the effect of Village Original Income (PADes), Village Funds (DD), Village Fund Allocation (ADD), and Revenue Sharing Taxes and Retribution (BHPR) on Village Expenditures in the Education Sector (Case Study in Bringin Village, Wajak District, Malang Regency). The purpose of this study was to identify the influence of PADes, DD, ADD, and BHPR on village spending on education in Bringin village, Wajak sub-district, Malang district. The independent variables in this study were PADes, DD, ADD, and BHPR, while the dependent variable was village spending on education. The object of this research is the village income and expenditure budget report (APBDes) starting from the 2015-2021 period. The data for this research are from the Bringin village office, Wajak sub-district, Malang district. The analysis technique used in this research is descriptive statistics, normality test, classical assumption test, and multiple linear regression test. In the interpretation of this research, it is shown that PADes, DD, and BHPR have a positive and significant influence on village spending on education. Meanwhile, ADD does not have a significant effect on village spending on education. Keyword : Village Original Inc ome (PADes), Village Funds (DD), Village Fund Allocation (ADD), and Tax and Retribution Revenue Sharing (BHPR) on Village Expenditures in the Education Sector.

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study was to explain entrepreneurial knowledge, family environment, motivation, and interest in entrepreneurship and to find out partially explain entrepreneurial knowledge, family environment, and motivation to interest in entrepreneurship. This research method uses quantitative methods and this type of research is probability sampling using purposive sampling technique. The sample of this study was 83 FEB students class 2017 at the Islamic University of Malang. To obtain accurate and detailed data, this study used a questionnaire data collection method. The data analysis used is descriptive analysis, instrument test, normality test, classical assumption, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and coefficient of determination using SPSS 25 for Windows. The results of this study indicate that entrepreneurial knowledge, family environment, and motivation affect the interest in entrepreneurship in students of the 2017 Faculty of Economics and Business at the Islamic University of Malang.  Keywords: entrepreneurship knowledge, family environment, motivation, dan interest in entrepreneurship.

Abstract

Abstract This study was used to determine how the influence of leadership, discipline and work motivation on employee performance partially at the Village Unit Cooperative (KUD) Pakis Kab.Malang. In this study, there are 4 variables used, namely the variables of leadership, discipline and work motivation are independent variables and employee performance which is the dependent variable. The research data collected was through a questionnaire using a Likert scale and the data analysis used was multiple linear regression analysis tested using SPSS. Sampling data using the Slovin formula with an error scale of 0.1, which is as many as 57 respondents. The results showed that leadership had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work discipline had a positive effect on employee performance and work motivation had a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance. Keywords: Leadership, Discipline, Work Motivation, Employee Performance

Abstract

Abstract Employee performance is very important for the company. This study aims to analyze the effect of role conflict, role ambiguity and workload on employee performance at PT. SBC Blessing Together. Sampling for this study used the Slovin formula with a population of 200 and resulted in 66 samples of employees. Data collection was done by distributing questionnaires. In this research, the analytical technique used is SPSS. The results showed that there was a negative and significant influence between Role Conflict, Role Ambiguity on Employee Performance and positive and negative influence between Workload on Employee Performance. Keywords: Role Conflict, Role Ambiguity, Workload and Employee Performance

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine how the influence of market risk (X1), financial risk (X2), and business risk (X3) on stock returns (Y) in pharmaceutical manufacturing companies listed on the IDX. This research data was obtained from the financial statements of pharmaceutical manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) and the website www.idx.co.id The research sample consisted of 9 pharmaceutical sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for 4 years, namely the 2017 period. -2020. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistical analysis, and multiple linear regression analysis with the t test method. The results showed that the market risk variable had a significant positive effect on stock returns, financial risk had an insignificant negative effect on stock returns and the business risk variable had an insignificant negative effect on stock returns. With the magnitude of the determinant coefficient (R2) of 0.657 which indicates that 65.7% of the dependent variable stock returns can be explained by independent variables consisting of market risk, business risk, and financial risk and the remaining 55.7% is explained by other variables that are not researched. Keywords: Market Risk, Business Risk, Financial Risk, Return Saham

Abstract

Abstract The main goal of the company is to increase the value of the company. The purpose of this study was to determine the partial and simultaneous effect of debt policy, dividend policy, and earnings per share (EPS) on the values of mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2016 – 2020. The method in this study using analysis. multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that the debt policy as measured by DER has a negative and significant effect on firm value as measured by PBV and dividend policy as measured by the DPR has a negative and insignificant effect on firm value as measured by PBV. While earnings per share as measured by EPS has a positive and significant effect on firm value as measured by PBV. For investors who will analyze the factors using firm value, dividend policy, dividend policy, and earnings per share (EPS) so that the investment made can be optimal. Keywords : debt policy, divident policy, earning per share, and company value.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine how the influence of gross domestic product (GDP), earnings per share (EPS), Return on Assets (ROA), market value added (MVA), and debt to equity ratio (DER) to stock prices empirical studies in companies that listed on the LQ45 index on the Indonesian stock exchange in 2018-2020. The population in this study are all companies included in the LQ45 index listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2018-2020 period with 57 companies. Sampling technique using purposive sampling method obtained data samples of 27 companies. This research data collection method uses the method of data documentation listed in the annual report (IDX). The data analysis technique in this study used panel data regression with software eviews 9. The results showed that partially gross domestic product (GDP) and earnings per share (EPS) had a positive and insignificant effect on stock prices. Return on Assets (ROA) and Market Value Added (MVA) had a positive and significant effect on stock prices, and the Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) has a negative and significant effect on stock prices. Keywords: Gross Domestic Product (GDP), Earning Per Share (EPS), Return on Assets (ROA), Market Value Added, Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Stock

Abstract

Abstract This study was conducted to determine the effect of Capital Structure, Financial Performance and Dividend Policy on Firm Value (a study of the Property and Real Estate sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2020 period). This study uses explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were 65 property and real estate sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2020 period. Determination of the sample based on purposive sampling method obtained a number of 7 companies. The analysis was carried out using secondary data and multiple linear regression analysis methods. The results of this study prove that: 1) capital structure proxied by Debt to Equity Ratio has a positive and significant effect on firm value, 2) Financial performance as proxied by Return on Equity has a positive and significant effect on firm value, 3) Dividend policy proxied by Dividend Yield has an insignificant negative effect on the value of the company.  Keywords: Capital Structure, Financial Performance, Dividend Policy, Firm Value.

Abstract

AbstractThe study is aimed at understanding the impact of prices, the appeal of promotion and the quality of products on the decision of purchase on emina cosmetic products (class of poor, class of 2018), both partial and simultaneous. The research method used in this study is the quantitative method. The data used in this study are the primary data. The sample in this study represents 75 individuals from a total population of 298 management students with sampling samples taken. Hypothetical testing in this study using linear berganda regression. Research shows that price variables, promotional attractiveness and product quality are partial to purchase decisions. Price variables, the appeal of promotion and product quality simultaneously have significant impact on purchasing decisions. Keywords : Price, Promotional Appeal, Quality Of Product And Purchase Decisions.

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of organizational commitment and work conflict on turnover intention simultaneously and partially in CV. Karya Surya Sejati.This study uses quantitative methods by collecting data through questionnaire. The population in this study were employees at CV. Karya Surya Sejati. The sampling technique used the census method. Example consisting of 54 respondents with questionnaire collection technology. That The data analysis method used in this study used descriptive analysis and multiple regression analysis.The results of this study indicate that organizational commitment and work conflict have a significant impact on turnover intention. research results can provide input to employees CV.
