Abstract

ABSTRACThis study aims to analyze and discuss customer value, service quality and customer satisfaction. The population consists of 550 and the sample consists of 85 consumers. Data collection in this study through a questionnaire. Data analysis in this study uses SPSS version 14. Testing the application of data used in this study include multiple regression analysis, validity test, reliability test, normality test, classic assumption test, and research hypothesis test. Partially the customer value variable does not have a significant effect on the BRI customer satisfaction variable of the bank martadinata Malang branch. While service quality variables have a significant effect on customer satisfaction at BRI Malang Martadinata branch. That there is a simultaneous effect of variable customer value and service quality on customer satisfaction at the BRI branch of the Martadinata branch in Malang.Keywords: Customer Value, Service Quality, Customer Satisfaction

Abstract

This study aims to explore the role of entrepreneurship-based social studies learning in building the independent character of 5th grade elementary school students. Using a qualitative approach, this study examines the impact of implementing entrepreneurial learning in the context of social studies on the development of students' independent attitudes, social skills, and ability to innovate. Data were obtained through literature review and content analysis of various relevant literatures, as well as observation of entrepreneurship learning practices in elementary schools. The results show that entrepreneurship-based social studies learning significantly contributes to improving students' independent character, including the ability to make decisions, manage resources, and innovate in solving problems. In addition, this learning also strengthens students' social skills, such as cooperation, communication and leadership. This research suggests that entrepreneurship-based social studies learning should be further expanded at the primary school level to support better development of students' independent character and prepare them to face future social and economic challenges.

Abstract

Nilai akhlakul karimah merupakan unsur utama dalam pembentukan karakter siswa di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi strategi yang digunakan guru dalam menginternalisasikan nilai-nilai akhlak mulia melalui pembelajaran Akidah Akhlak. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi literatur. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa guru tidak hanya sebagai pengajar, tetapi juga sebagai teladan moral (qudwah hasanah), fasilitator nilai, dan pembina karakter. Strategi pembelajaran efektif meliputi ceramah inspiratif, diskusi reflektif, simulasi nilai, studi kasus, dan pembelajaran berbasis proyek. Keteladanan guru berperan signifikan dalam proses internalisasi nilai, didukung oleh lingkungan madrasah yang religius serta keterlibatan aktif keluarga dan masyarakat. Proses pembentukan akhlak menjadi lebih optimal melalui kolaborasi antar elemen pendidikan yang konsisten. Dengan demikian, pembelajaran Akidah Akhlak yang integratif dan kontekstual dapat membentuk generasi berakhlak mulia dan berkarakter Islami.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the benefits of assessing attitudes (affective) in Islamic religious education (PAI) lessons in elementary schools. This research uses a qualitative method which aims to gain a deeper understanding of the use of attitude (affective) assessment in Islamic religious education (PAI) lessons in elementary schools. So, the data collection method used uses previous research data, then the data is analyzed using data obtained from relevant sources. After previous research has been analyzed, the conclusion of this research is that although behavioral assessment requires students to behave in accordance with Islamic values, their behavior often does not go well. Teachers tend to focus on skills assessment and face difficulties in creating clear and consistent assessment tools. To overcome this problem, more efforts need to be made to assess the importance of assessment by using assessment and testing tools. Additionally, behavioral assessments should be included in the report card and not just as a formality. In this way, it is hoped that the PAI learning process can be more meaningful and contribute to the formation of students' character as a whole.
