Abstract

AbstractThis research was conducted to determine the teacher’s strategi in overcoming learning difficulties, especially in grade 2 students of MI Al Maarif 02 Singosari. This research uses interview, observation and documentation methods. In this study researchers used interview instruments. At this time most students are not aware of what learning difficulties are experienced. Strategy is the main goal to overcome learning difficulties in students so that students learning in the classroom can be achieved in accordance with educational goals. The implementation of strategies used by teachers is not as long as it runs smoothly, there are obstacles from family environment factors, the school environment. In connection with this, researchers sought information on strategies that were suitable in overcoming the learning difficulties of MI Al Maarif 02 Singosari students. Keywords : Strategy, Difficulty Learning

Abstract

AbstrakTeacher's profession is a job that has special expertise, where many people don't have. Whereas to be a professional teacher can be achieved with indicators including being able to prepare all the needs of planning, implementation, evaluation and assessment that are in accordance with the objectives of the institution. In schools that have professional teachers with high indicator values, then in the category of experts educate students, especially holding different student characters. Discussing the character of students is very closely related to cognitive value in number two, right. So it is very important, the morals of students who must be fostered if there are less good and make it better than before. This research was conducted at MI Sunan Kalijogo, Karangbesuki, Sukun, Malang City. The researcher used quantitative research with the type of associative research using a survey approach. Intends to find the relationship of teacher professionalism (Variable X) to the character of students (Y). With the results according to the data that rxy = 0.96 which indicates a very strong relationship between teacher professionalism towards the character of students.Keyword: professionalism teachers, student characters

Abstract

AbstractEducation is all conscious activities or efforts carried out by edducators to students on all aspect of personality development both physically and spiritually. Every student has their right,both the raight to obtain education and the raight to protect themselves, various forms of violence because every student has the right to obtain knowledge withaout any discrimination/violence. The phenomenon of violence against children has made MI Tarbiyatul Ulum Batu make efforts in overcoming it through the Child Friendly Education Program and always to implement child friendly education program and always to implement child friendly educations in the school environment. Based on the results of observations made at MI Tarbiyatul Ulum Batu, that the school is implementing Child Friendly Educations, this is seen from the way all educations sttaf in the school environment treat their students without any acts of physical violence. To achieve these objectives above research with a type of qualitative research. The procedure of data collection is done using observation methods. The implementation of child friendly education at MI Tarbiyatul Ulum Batu has been quite good even though there is still something that must be improved for its impermeability.Keywords : Implementation, Education, Child Friendly

Abstract

AbstractImproving the quality of learning processes and outcomes can be supported by the existence of learning media, because media is one of the determinants of learning success. With media that is well designed and equipped with image objects, colors, and even attractive illustrations, it will stimulate students to make full use of the media. The existence of media is increasingly important because of the increasing progress of science and technology that affects the world of education. Therefore, the development of independent and interactive media is very useful for the world of education in this age of sophisticated technology. This study aims to develop learning products in the form of demonstration video media writing short stories for third grade students in the even semester of Indonesian Language thematic subjects at Nurul Ulum Arjosari MI. This type of research is development research. The form of research used by researchers is the research and development method (Research and Development), where research methods are used to produce certain products and test the effectiveness of these products. This research and development method refers to the Borg and Gall model.Keywords: development, media, demonstration videos, writing short stories
