Abstract

The..teacher's role as one of the components in.teaching and.learning activities has a very decisive role in the success of learning. especially non-permanent teachers, which revolve around welfare issues and clarity of professional status, competence, and staffing. The focus of the research discusses the performance, motivation, and factors supporting and inhibiting the work of non-permanent teachers at MA Al-Aziz Dampit, Malang Regency. To achieve this goal, the researcher uses a qualitative by using a case study type of research. The researcher found that the results of this study included one sheet of certificate that the researcher had conducted research.  The work motivation of temporary teachers is to motivate non-permanent teachers when the performance of the MA Al-Aziz administration and performance in the classroom. The supporting factors of this research are adequate facilities and infrastructure. The inhibiting factor for this research is that the condition of non-permanent teachers is still in the process of extension lectures at Unira so that the delivery and teaching experience is still not optimal.

Abstract

Advance in science and technologi, especially information technology have a great influence on the preparation and implementation of learning strategies. The implementation of poster session media in the subject of Islamic Education is a new challenge of SMA Islam Alma’arif Singosari. The focus of this research is to discuss the understanding of Islamic education material for student, the implementation of the poster session media, and the obstavles to the application of the poster session media. This research uses a qualitative approach with the type of case study research. Data collection is done by data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. The audit of research result is carried out with obsever diligence peer examination, and triangulation. The result of study explain that student understanding Islamic education is quite good, implementation of poster session media has been carried out, but not all Islamic education material can use poster session media, and the main obstacle to using poster session media lies in student discipline in working and the lack of adequate facilities fot student in Islamic Boarding.

Abstract

In this study, researchers tried to link moral and moral education with the use of language. There are many declines in moral character in the community that make the government concerned about this situation, thus giving rise to character education; This research can be seen from the research location which is an educational institution in Indonesia that still exists and develops, namely pesantren; The author uses a qualitative approach and case studies with observation and interviews as research methods. To know and analyze the phenomenon; Not all strategies are carried out by students in communicating with the ustaz, there are only three that appear, namely positive politeness, negative politeness, and Bald On Record. However, what Ustadz uses are all types of strategies, namely positive politeness, Bald On Record, negative politeness, and Of Record. Then, in its application the verbal language politeness of the santri and ustaz is applied both when they are in formal or informal situations. The results show that there are no different strategies used in both formal and informal activities. So, neither social distance nor social strength becomes an obstacle to communicating between students and the ustaz.
