Abstract

Changes to the needs of the development of science and technology required management of educators and educational staff in order to improve the quality of education. In the Bani Hasyim educational institution the motivation of teachers is one of the bases in raising teachers to improve performance in building the nation's generation. The study uses qualitative interpretive paradigm. Teachers at the Bani Hasyim educational institution have 2 types of motivation, namely responsibility motivation and worship motivation. Motivation of responsibility shapes the belief in the teacher that the profession as a teacher is not just transferring knowledge but rather the transfer of personality. Motivation of worship, is a belief in spiritual values that underlies devotion to the profession. The understanding of worship and responsibility as a form of teacher professionalism leads to spiritual values. Keywords: management, educators and education personnel, teacher motivation

Abstract

Forming human character into a religious character can be started with daily habits. Because basically religious activities do not only occur when worshiping but also by carrying out other activities that are driven by supernatural powers. In pesantren life, apart from inculcating cognitive effective and psychomotor domains in the learning process, pesantren also has three main domains: Faqohah (adequacy or deep understanding of religioun, Thabiah (temper character, or character) and Kafa’ah (operational skills). This research is descriptive qualitative research type of field research using interview, ovservation and documentation. Abstract

The importance of learning media used in the learning process makes a lot of innovations in terms of learning media that can be used by teachers. One of the learning media used by teachers at SMP Negeri 6 Singosari Malang is Kahoot! This study aims to determine the effect and level of student learning outcomes in using the Kahoot! As a digital game based learning on Fiqh subjects. The method used in this research is quantitative research with quasi-experimental research type. The results of this study are the use of the pre-test and post-test design group learning models have differences between the control and experimental classes so that significant results are obtained, namely 0.000.

Abstract

The program curriculum designed and compiled at the Bani Hasyim Islamic MiddleSchool is a curriculum that was developed by integrating and based on the school'svision and mission. In this study using descriptive qualitative. The programcurriculum model at Bani Hasyim is synergizing 19 programs in various subjects. The program activities are carried out by all Bani Hasyim Islamic Middle Schoolacademics namely students, teachers, and employees. Basic abilities equip students in ways of learning that are meaningful, resulting in a sense of independence,awareness, and movement. Learning activities carried out according to developmentand growth through exploration, discovery, heart, and emotional.Keywords: Curriculum, Program Based
