Abstract

This study aims to describe the relationship between polygamy and gender equality in the perspective of Islamic law. Research using this literature review shows that in the perspective of Islamic law Polygamy is permissible with strict terms and conditions that polygamy is limited to four wives, and the main condition is that it must be fair. In Surah An-Nisa' verse 3, it is explained that if you are afraid of not being able to do justice, then marry only one person, then in Islamic law based on the Qur'an and Hadith polygamy is not a recommendation, but an option When in a state of absolute urgency to resolve the case. which cannot be solved in any other way. Or in other words that polygamy is permitted by Islam and is not prohibited unless it is feared that the good will be defeated by the bad. Nowadays, the problem of polygamy is often debated, especially for feminists, that polygamy in this century is carried out based on women only to satisfy men's desires and this is a form of gender inequality. Meanwhile, explained in (QS. At-Taubah 9:71) is an explanation of gender equality which is the procedure for how men and women live on earth where each other is obliged to uphold good deeds and good deeds, namely by helping each other. , compassion and respect for human rights as human beings and also as servants, regardless of gender quality.

Abstract

 The study entitled Divorce of State Civil Apparatus / Civil Servants in the Religious Courts Perspective of Nahdlatul Ulama Figures discussed three problem formulations, namely the requirements for ASN divorce according to KHI, views of NU figures on the requirements for ASN divorce in KHI, conflicts and the impact of differences that occur in ASN divorce cases in the Religious Courts Between the views of KHI and NU figures.The method used in this research is a qualitative research with a descriptive type of research. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. Based on this research, the results of the study show that, first, the main requirement in the ASN/PNS divorce procedure is to file a divorce lawsuit with the superior or the authorized party. Second, NU figures prefer to use the basis of Islamic law as legal divorce is the divorce that is pronounced by a husband to his wife, even if it is serious or joking. Third, there is a difference of opinion regarding the ASN/PNS divorce procedure between the Islamic Law Compilation and NU figures due to the lack of socialization of the ASN/PNS divorce law.

Abstract

Marriage is an inner and outer bond between a man and a woman as a happy and eternal husband and wife based on the One Godhead. This has been regulated in Law Number 16 of 2019 concerning marriage, which regulates marriage, one of which is the minimum age limit for marriage. However, this study focuses more on the ratio of the legal age of marriage dispensation according to the law. This study presents the problems and views that are studied in concepts and behavior in social life, namely qualitative research with descriptive research. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. Based on this research, the results of the study show that, first, the age dispensation according to the Marriage Law is someone who wants to get married but is less than 19 years old. when the bride is not of that age, she can apply for dispensation to the religious court. Two, the comparison of this marriage law is, the difference in the minimum age limit for marriage of prospective brides from 16 years to 19 years as stated in article 7 paragraph (1) but this change has caused a lot of polemics in the community.

Abstract

Women as heads of families from the perspective of Islamic law. This research uses direct research located in the Sukomulyo Village. This type of research is direct, which aims to obtain a complex picture of reality and find patterns of interactive relationships. This research was conducted by describing and analyzing data expressed in the form of sentences or words, namely qualitative.The results of the research obtained are that women become heads of families not because of their own desires but are forced by circumstances, many factors are behind this case such as her husband has died, her husband doesn't want to work and doesn't even want to know about domestic life, and some are want to appreciate a form of ideals that have not been realized, on the other hand all these problems or problems certainly have an impact on children, such as children rarely getting a smile, not getting pocket money, and so on, according to Islamic law, activities that make women the head of the family are allowed as long as not leaving an obligation such as working outside with the husband's permission, working to cover the genitals and so on.

Abstract

Forming human character into a religious character can be started with daily habits. Because basically religious activities do not only occur when worshiping but also by carrying out other activities that are driven by supernatural powers. In pesantren life, apart from inculcating cognitive effective and psychomotor domains in the learning process, pesantren also has three main domains: Faqohah (adequacy or deep understanding of religioun, Thabiah (temper character, or character) and Kafa’ah (operational skills). This research is descriptive qualitative research type of field research using interview, ovservation and documentation. Abstract

In this study, researcher focuses on lesson planning, lesson implementation, also the characteristics in Fiqih based on Kitab Kuning at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Darun Najah Karangploso. To achieve thit study, researcher uses qualitative method with data collection using observation, interview, and documentation during research process. To achieve this study researchers used a type of field study. The result of this study is the head master decided to use yellow book in lesson planning since the very beginning of Madrasah. This is done to make the generation of tafaqquh fi al-ddin. In the implementation process, teachers should adjust the curriculum from the government with the study exist in Kitab Salafin accordance with the material needed by the students. According to the researcher, the using of Kitab Kuning as the learning media is one of unique characteristicsin this Madrasah.  Key words : Salafi School, Yellow Book, Learning

Abstract

The education of a child gets brilliant achievements with parents who only graduate from elementary school while children whose parents are highly educated are not even cared for in terms of education, it is because of the attention of parents and the motivations given to a child, as is the case in MA plus Burhanul Hidayah. The focus of the research discusses how the level of parents, how to motivate parents, and how the influence of parental education on students' motivation. To achieve this goal, the researcher used a descriptive quantitative approach. Researchers conducted observations, interviews, and distributed questionnaires. Here the researcher will collect data followed by scoring to find the value of the distribution of the questionnaire. Validation and reliability tests are used to determine whether there is a correlation between variables X and Y. Finally, to determine whether the regression coefficient is significant or not (in the sense that the X variable has or does not affect the Y variable), it is possible to test the hypothesis by comparing the significant value of 0.05. If the significant value is less than 0.05 then there is an effect between the X variable on the Y variable and vice versa.

Abstract

The problem currently encountered by globalization in education in Indonesia is the lack of religious knowledge, one of the factor is the indifference of Islam values in the learning process and the lack of students’ morals. The aim of this study is to describe the effort of Islamic Religion teacher in expanding the spiritual intelligence of class IX students at SMPN 2 Bantur Malang, describing the supporting and inhibiting factors to expand students' spiritual intelligence.The research is a qualitative research. The data was collected using observation method, documentation and interviews. In this case, the researcher played a role as a participant and also the researcher was as a planner, executor, data collector, analyzer and reporter on the results of the research. The result of this research showed that the effort of Islamic Religion teacher in expanding the students' spiritual intelligence at SMPN 2 Bantur directed to the formation of morals through religious activities, habit and learning. Religious activities are appreciated so effective because a habit intended as a preparation to strengthen the faith, extend the insights about Islam and created  Muslims who are able to filter out the negative influences from the environment and become young generation of morality.

Abstract

Islamic education is education that is based on the teachings of the Islamic religion. Because, the teachings of Islam rely directly on the Qur'an, As-Sunnah (hadith), the opinions of the Ulama '(Ijma'), Qiyas, and historical heritage. Islamic education has the same essential values and meanings as moral education and moral education values. The morals of Islamic students have now begun to be eroded, the Qur'an and Sunnah have also begun to be ignored, meanwhile these guidelines are the primary elements in the formation of morals. The morals of Islamic students in Indonesia began to decline due to several factors. Among them are: guidelines for faith in religion have begun to be pressured; the effectiveness of moral development in the family, school and in the community is still lacking; one's desire to follow western cultural trends which are materialistic, hedonistic and secularistic; lack of religious and moral education, and so on. The background of the above research is about educational values in the story of Prophet Moses  and the Prophet Khidr in QS. Al-Kahf verses 60-82. The purpose of this study is to describe the educational values in the story of the Prophet Moses and the Prophet Khidr in QS. Al-Kahfi verses 60-82. To achieve the above research objectives, the study was conducted with the type of library research. In this study, researchers interpreted the educational values of the story of the Prophet Musa and the Prophet Khidir in the QS. Al-Kahfi verses 60-82. educational values among others are tawadhu value, the value of patience, trust value, the value of discipline, meek value, the value of being serious in learning, the ethical value of the teacher towards students, the ethical value of students towards the teacher and I'tiqadiyah values (have faith in the provision of God).

Abstract

The application of google classroom based learning media in Islamic religious education subjects is one of the lessons applied by teachers and students at SMK Islam An Nuuru Tirtoyudo Malang. The focus of this research is on planning, implementation and several factors that influence Islamic education subjects. To achieve this goal, the researcher uses a qualitative approach based on phenomenology by using a case study type of research. Based on this research, it can be stated related to planning which can be seen from the preparation of materials, applications, and learning objectives. The implementation of this learning includes the delivery of strategies, methods, and applications that are used according to student needs and evaluation of learning. For several factors that affect the course of this learning, there are limitations of technology that can be evaluated by providing school facilities for the smooth running of this learning.
